The room is spacious, facilities are actually good. the private onsen in room is not huge one enough for 2. speaker there are using a good brand, foods are good, just make sure you got some snacks for yourself before going in. they do provide some snacks .

I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

The hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

Superb onsen hotel with very chill lounge. Food was great and location is good. Ample parking spaces. Room was quite spacious with own private onsen. Public onsen is also very decent. Good place to stay in Jozankei 👍🏻

La ubicación es excelente. A pie a Sapporo Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Si estás con equipaje, caminando en la calle de compras subterráneas, una vez que ves Parco en tu izquierda, gira a la derecha y verás un escalador no lejos. Sube y verá GongCha. Vamos a pasar por la puerta de deslizamiento al lado de ella. Volva a la derecha y mantenga caminando hasta una cruz. El hotel es el lado izquierdo de la próxima juncción. El cuarto es espacioso. Este año hay una nueva ley con impuestos para los hoteles en la zona de Sapporo.

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

친구와 함께 인생 버킷리스트인 눈오는 곳에서 노천탕 즐기기 여행에서 조잔케이 내 여러 료칸을 찾던중 방에 외부 노천탕이 있는 수이잔테이 클럽 조잔케이 료칸을 방문하게 되었습니다!! 보자마자 둘이서 여기다!!하고 찾아가게 되었네요. 우선 첫느낌으로 숙소가 엄청 프라이빗하고 조용한 곳입니다. 서비스는 전체적으로 다 친절하시고 좋았으며 대접받는 느낌 들게 해주셨습니다. 그리고 저녁식사는 코스요리로 나오는데 충분히 만족스러운 식사였네요. 무엇보다 개인실에서 눈오는걸보며 노천탕을 즐길수 았다는것도 좋았고, 저녁식사 후 대중탕도 방문해봤는데 넓진 않지만 숙박인원이 적다보니 전세낸듯이 사용할 수 았었어요. 프라이빗하고 조용한 곳에서 노천탕을 즐기시고 싶다면 이만한 곳이 없을것 같습니다!!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It's a slightly awkward distance — a bit too close for a taxi but not ideal when carrying luggage. It is also located in the opposite direction from popular attractions such as APIA and Odori Park. The room was generally clean & tidy, and the facilities were excellent, including the spa and rooftop observation area. I enjoyed the view from the higher floor. Housekeeping was also good. However, there seemed to be dust in the air, which caused frequent sneezing and a runny nose for one of my family members with allergies. One small suggestion would be to provide two complimentary bottles of water daily rather than replacing toothbrushes every day. The laundry facilities were also quite limited, with only three machines available, so waiting times could be long. A special mention goes to the FamilyMart G/F, which was very convenient. The staff there were also exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Despite language barriers, they always made every effort to communicate and assist us with our requests. Overall, a comfortable stay with great facilities and excellent service.

El hotel ofrece un servicio de autobús desde la estación de Sapporo (terminal de autobuses), pero las reservas solo se pueden realizar por teléfono. No se aceptan solicitudes por correo electrónico. Llegamos un domingo y el autobús ya iba lleno al salir de la estación, así que conviene reservar con antelación. El hotel es algo antiguo, aunque los baños públicos parecen haber sido renovados recientemente. Las piscinas onsen públicas son grandes y relajantes, pero el suelo de baldosas de piedra puede estar resbaladizo tras un uso prolongado, así que tenga cuidado al caminar por la zona de baños. El bufé ofrece una buena variedad de platos. Disfruté especialmente de la sopa miso de vieiras, el sushi artesanal y los postres. El restaurante era animado y estaba lleno de familias japonesas y turistas extranjeros. Un pequeño inconveniente fue la fruta de temporada, como el lichi. Sería mejor que el hotel se asegurara de lavar bien la fruta antes de servirla. La conexión wifi del hotel es potente y estable, a diferencia del gran hotel spa del lago Toya en el que me alojé hace unos días.

JR站有免費Shuttle Bus接送，搭1300嘅班次，1345到酒店，職員提早俾我CI，真係好好呢，有水上樂園，大型溫泉設施，早晚buffet都好食呀，雖然款式唔太多，但食物水準穩定，Chateraise嘅甜品雪條真係好好味呢！入住當天有日本團、香港團、台灣團、韓國團、日本學校團，雖然人多，不過酒店範圍大，而且早晚buffet refill都好快。酒店係有歷史感，但各方面維護都好好，最傳統係房嘅冷氣都預設咗嘅25度，窗又不能打開，而家嘅天氣係有啲悶熱呢⋯
