The room is spacious, facilities are actually good. the private onsen in room is not huge one enough for 2. speaker there are using a good brand, foods are good, just make sure you got some snacks for yourself before going in. they do provide some snacks .

I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

The hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante desagradable y no cumplió con mis expectativas, dada su alta calificación. La habitación es espaciosa y limpia. Sin embargo, las instalaciones y el servicio son bastante regulares. El mayor problema es que el personal no habla inglés y no se comunica ni siquiera con un traductor (entiendo que algunos hoteles japoneses no sienten la necesidad de hablar en otros idiomas, lo cual está bien, pero tendrán que buscar otras soluciones para ofrecer directrices más claras a los huéspedes extranjeros). El personal parece amable al disculparse si no puede ayudar, pero no presta atención a nuestras necesidades ni nos ayuda. Nos alojamos dos noches y habíamos puesto un cartel de ”Por favor, limpien la habitación” en la puerta, pero no la limpian. Había dos onsen, uno de los cuales se asigna a hombres y mujeres a una hora específica, pero uno de ellos es viejo y tiene muy poca zona de limpieza, por lo que el onsen no es tan bueno como sugerían las fotos oficiales. La comida también es decepcionante: tiene buena pinta, pero el sabor es bastante malo y el pescado cocinado en todas nuestras comidas tenía una textura áspera.

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

Good location, 10mins walk to shopping district, easily access to places. There’s a train station exit in front of hotel as well. Room size pretty small, have to keep luggage under bed, there’s hot bath in the hotel roof, able to enjoy soaking in hot bath under cold weather, but you have to bring your own towel from the room. Try to avoid peak hour, I went at 6+7 is quite empty, however after dinner time 9+10 is very crowded. Breakfast is not as good as the photos shown in hotel website, but still have good varieties to choose from. Able to rent different kind of facilities, eg air humidifier, hair curler etc

Sólo tuvimos una noche para permanecer en este hermoso paraíso 🥲🤍 Fue la mejor estancia de nuestra viaje de 10 días en Japón y definitivamente estaríamos de vuelta para permanecer aquí otra vez 🤍 Ubicación: en la ciudad de Jozankei Onsen que es aproximadamente una hora + fuera de Sapporo. Sin duda si estás en un grupo, sólo reserva un camión, fue alrededor de $80++ para 3 de nosotros! De lo contrario, recuerde reservar el shuttle de autobús Onsen temprano a priori 🥹 La zona alrededor de Onsen no es mucho más que otras casas Onsen, un pequeño café y otros lugares de fotos turísticas. Back to the Ryokan: this was my first experience being in one and I'm so glad I chose this place! We stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo as a family traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable, especially when traveling with a baby. When we first entered our room, we unfortunately faced a few issues. The phone was not working, and part of a wall fixture was coming off, which raised safety concerns for us as parents. It was disappointing to receive a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a baby where safety is a priority. However, we would like to highlight the very professional reaction of the hotel staff. Once we reported the problem, they responded quickly and seriously. They upgraded us to their biggest room and fixed the issue, making sure we felt comfortable and reassured. Their attitude and willingness to solve the problem made a big difference and turned a negative first impression into a positive experience. Another strong point of the hotel is the restaurant inside the hotel, which was excellent. The food quality was very good, and the convenience of having such a good restaurant on-site was invaluable for us as a family. We ended up eating there almost every night. Overall, while we were initially disappointed with the condition of the first room, we were very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation, the great location, and the quality of the restaurant. Thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.
