Desde tu ventana, puedes disfrutar de la magnífica vista del río Songhua, disfrutando del brillo de las olas y las luces día y noche, lo que hace que viajar sea increíblemente cómodo. La habitación era espaciosa y lujosa, con ventanales que iban del suelo al techo con vistas al río. La ropa de cama era suave como una nube, y los baños, separados (con ducha y seco), estaban equipados con artículos de aseo de alta gama. El difusor de aromaterapia fue un detalle encantador. El desayuno fue abundante, el entorno precioso y las comodidades, completas. La salchicha roja local, los pasteles rusos y los fideos recién hechos estaban exquisitamente presentados, y los ingredientes eran frescos y deliciosos, lo que nos permitió empezar el día de maravilla. El servicio fue excepcional, especialmente Air, nuestro camarero, que fue muy amable e incluso nos preparó yogur impreso en 3D. El ambiente era elegante y tranquilo, el vestíbulo olía a perfume y las instalaciones estaban impecablemente cuidadas. We wanted more than luxury . We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem. Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined. The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable. The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have. 🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window. 🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

Came to Harbin with grand parents and kids. I must say that I’m very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The primary reason for picking this spot is for its location. Didn’t really want to stay too far away from the central street where all the actions are at, yet still need to be quite enough to have a good night sleep. This hotel takes pride in the brand and in every details in the hotel. From the exterior, the lobby, the breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, think and decorative curtains to block out the early summer sun. Yes sun raise is at 3:40am in June! There is a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. I’ve got upgraded to a larger room with bigger bathroom area. Service is also top notch. Very friendly staff, they great you, help with luggage. The lady who worked the night shift even helped me took the laundry out of the dryer and delivered to my room, folded! I must say this place is a great choice for foreign travelers, with awesome location, solid hardware, great food, (oh also offer afternoon tea and wine!), most friendly staff and best service. Highly recommended!

This is the best hotel anyone could have hope for, amazing staff, the room are super cozy and the shower is amazing, plus with great locations. we are actually sad to leave the room here, for sure will come back next time!

Hoteles en Carolina: Este hotel está situado en la calle central, en una habitación limpia, en un hotel con personal amigable, me han actualizado gratuitamente y me han dado un pequeño regalo cuando salimos, especialmente podemos dejar un equipaje durante 3 días cuando vamos a la ciudad de nieve, Así que cancelamos otro hotel y reservamos este hotel después de volver de la ciudad de nieve.

🤩 Fantastic Stay in Harbin! Highly Recommended! 🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money ! The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process. 🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems. 📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious. If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request. ⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy. We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day. If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
