Nicely renovated hotel, front desk, bellmen gave great support and services. In regards to housekeeping (assume outsourced staff) adjustments needed & amenities are quite basic for a grand hotel. While famous for withe tea amenities, the dispenser were empty (shampoo and bodywash) when housekeeper supervisor came to check and were informed the replacement was a different brand (Malin & Goetz) strange for a hotel which takes pride in the white tea branding. Complimentary water was completely not replaced on one day, only after reminder received water. Also during stay two times housekeeping supervisor came to check, knocked and immediately entered which should be adjusted and give guest a little more time to react. Toilet button not working properly. Breakfast plenty and staff very friendly. Overall despite the housekeeping issues nice hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 months now and was more than excited after hearing a JW Marriott would open in Frankfurt (also the first one in Germany at that time). After living in hotels in Frankfurt for more than 3 years, I knew that staying at the JW Marriott would be a different story as it provides beautiful skyline views (sunset towards the skyline and sunrise on the other side towards the Taunus) and is as central as it gets. As an ambassador elite I was always upgraded to a suite, mostly the skyline suite because nothings beats this view - see pictures attached. Even though the hotel may need some renovations in some parts, it still provides all the necessities you can think of. The skyline suites include an amazing bathtub, big mirrors, seating area and the unique skyline view which you can be seen from the bed when waking up or going to sleep. The staff is very attentive, extremely friendly and is trying to make the best out of your stay. Thomas from the front desk, Mr Nickol, the girls at breakfast and the two guys there as well are extremely friendly and highly trained professionals. As the hotel does not provide an executive lounge at this point, Elite members get a free breakfast with an la carte dining (recommendation: chef‘s choice) and lots of varieties at the breakfast buffet. For someone like me who wants to stay fit during travels, the JW Marriott Frankfurt has a collaboration with the Fitness First My Zeil meaning you can access a fully equipped gym when staying here and not just a treadmill or 5kg weights - one of the biggest plus of this hotel. Staying at Marriott hotels full time for the last 6 years, I can really see the differences. Unfortunately that hotel life comes to an end now, but the JW Marriott couldn’t have been a better ending to that hotel life. THANK YOU TEAM. This hotel is highly recommended if you want a special treat, the most central location and the full Frankfurt skyline experience.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

El hombre de la puerta roja ni siquiera me ayudó con mi carga pesada sobre el precio de la habitación , el ascensor muy viejo que tarda demasiado tiempo para llegar a no mucho comida y su divertido cuando se pide 10euro por servicio de habitación . En los pocos pasos de la parte encontrará la construcción que es tan ruidosa y muchos sin hogar dormirán en las calles no el lugar más seguro

La TV no es nuestra prioridad principal en nuestro viaje, pero esperamos ver cosas juntos en la habitación en nuestras vacaciones. ¡No hay opciones ni plugs para cobrar por la cama! Oh, y cuando llegas con tu coche no hay generalmente valet fuera ...Ambas veces no queríamos dejar nuestro coche fuera sin esperar pero nadie salió así que tuvimos que entrar. Mi última cosa ....I tuvo un dolor de cabeza y no tenían nada, mi marido tuvo que caminar a la farmacia. No estamos demasiado lazy para caminar, pero cuando estás en un hotel llamado 5 estrellas y no tienes dolor de cabeza, ninguna capacidad de streaming o selección de medios ...No vale la pena el dinero!

We stayed here for one night before we flew out of Frankfurt home to the U.S. I picked it because it was right across the street from the train station (or so someone told me). It's technically not ”right across the street.” You need to cross the street and walk maybe a block, turn left and it's right there, just in case you're like us and dragging luggage with you. There are also taxis that just sit outside the hotel if you ever need one. We are also Bonvoy members and I had enough points so that I could pay cash and points for this hotel. I reserved a junior suite because we needed a room that could accommodate us and our 12-year-old daughter. It is surprisingly difficult to find this in Europe. I called the hotel when I booked the room maybe a month or two in advance to make sure that the junior suite could indeed accommodate us and I was told it would (the pictures of this room on the Bonvoy website are not clear--where exactly in the room is the extra bed? There isn't one. It's a rollaway. This is why I called). When we arrived, there was some confusion or a problem with getting our room with an extra bed, and that's when I reminded them that I specifically called the hotel and asked if such a room could accommodate us and I was told yes. Whatever the problem was, they got it sorted out and we had a rollaway delivered to our room when we got up there. My suggestion is that if you need an extra bed(s) for your kids, call them the day before you arrive to (re)confirm that there will be a rollaway and/or the room you reserved will indeed accommodate your family. The junior suite is not very big, but it was fine for the three of us for one night. It's true that the hotel is not in the nicest area, but you can walk to the Rhine and restaurants. If I were staying more than one night and didn't have to fly out early the next morning, I would have stayed farther in town. The bed was very comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good--at least it was a lot better than the breakfast at the other hotel where we stayed before coming to Frankfurt, lol. The eggs were not rubbery and overcooked, and the food selection was just better overall.

Me alojé en este hotel el 10.2, el hotel está ubicado muy cerca del metro y el saneamiento es muy bueno, pero el ascensor de este hotel no está cerrado, ¡tienes que esperar a que se cierre automáticamente! En general, esta estancia fue buena & # 128077 ;, muy recomendable!

1. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Está muy cerca de las atracciones y también muy cerca de la calle comercial. Tardará 10 minutos en caminar. 2. Hay un pequeño estacionamiento gratuito detrás del hotel, y también hay estacionamientos de pago a su alrededor. Como llegamos más temprano (a las 9 de la mañana), primero dejamos el auto en el estacionamiento de peaje y luego lo estacionamos cuando había espacio libre por la tarde. Y la gente del hotel también nos dio la habitación, que es muy buena. 3. El tamaño de la habitación está bien, no hay aire acondicionado, pero no hace calor y hay agua mineral gratis.

This hotel was very nicely situated with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Eschenheimer Tower was right next door with a nice little outdoor dining terrace. The hotel has an unassuming street front and the reception is actually not on the ground floor as you enter. It is very clean and the rooms make good use of the space available. Our group of three had a queen bed with sofa bed and there was plenty of room for suitcases and personal belongings. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. We appreciated the kitchenette. Staff did not have my reservation on the computer when we arrived which caused some confusion, but they were able to get us into the room we needed. They also were able to extend our stay when transport strikes delayed our departure. One nice feature is that they share a courtyard with the Moxy. We love the cool vibe of Moxy but for this trip, the room would have been too small. But we were able to enjoy the bar and lobby area due to the close proximity to the RI. Taxi/Uber to airport does not take too long. Good value for the price.

Las habitaciones están totalmente equipadas y pueden ser de cualquier tamaño. Comparado con el precio de menos de 70 euros (quizás debido al mantenimiento de las carreteras que rodean el hotel), la relación calidad-precio es muy alta. Lo único que lamento es que está un poco lejos de la estación principal de tren, a 4 paradas de metro y a unos 10 minutos andando, cuesta 3,4 euros por persona. Pero puedes coger Uber por 9 euros, que no es caro. La ubicación del hotel es bastante conveniente. Puedes caminar a varias atracciones y a la ciudad para ir de compras y comer. Solo toma 5 a 10 minutos caminar. El check-in en el hotel es de autoservicio, pero hay asistentes para ayudarle. Si el horario de check-in es antes de las 14:00 te cobrarán 20 euros, pero el camarero fue muy amable y lo canceló. Simplemente deje la tarjeta de su habitación en la recepción al salir del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. El cuarto de baño de este hotel es una habitación de cristal completamente transparente, situada al lado de la cama. Si aquí se alojan dos personas que no son pareja, será incómodo duch**** porque no hay cortina de ducha.

Breakfast here was of very good quality with an excellent choice and certainly the best we enjoyed on our trip to Germany. The hotel, although centrally located is not situated in the best area. The room was comfortable and spacious although the shower did not work very well. We were disappointed to find that our room was not cleaned after the first night of our two-night stay and there was no apology forthcoming or any recompense other than the offer of a drink at the bar which we declined. After collecting fresh towels from Reception we were informed that housekeeping had come to our room that morning at 10.00 but we were still in it, which was untrue. We had eaten breakfast and left the hotel by 10.00 to go sightseeing. As we were required to pay in full prior to arrival at the hotel there was little we could do. It certainly did not leave us with a very good impression.

Die Zimmer auf der 4 Etagen haben eine schöne Aussicht. Aber Achtung. Da die Zimmer zur Sonnenseite liegen, heizen diese sich sehr auf. Temperatur von 27 Grad abends ist ohne Klimaanlage einfach zur warm zu nächtigen. Es gibt eine Rollo, allerdings sollte dies von der Reinigunhgskraft heruntergefahren werden, damit bei Ankunft die Zimmer nicht aufgeheizt sind. Ferner der Ausgang der Tiefgarage ist schlecht gekennzeichnet. Durch die verwinkelten Durchgänge ist es nicht einfach, den Ausgang zu finden. Ferner war der Preisunterscheid zwischen direkter Buchung und über Anbieter zu 1/3 unterschiedlich. Also über Anbieter buchen. Tiefgaragenplatz pro Nacht 20,00 EUR!

The first stay was 4 nights and 2nd stay was for 1 night during May 2023, the hotel has a prime location, close to everything you would need; undergrounds, shopping, taxi slots, supermarkets, and restaurants.. everything is located within 1-3 minutes walking distance. Service at the hotel is excellent and their dining options are reasonable particularly the 7th floor panoramic view restaurant. The only thing I didn’t like was the AC in the room .. it doesn’t cool at all and the room was too hot and had to open the window and suffer street noise. I will certainly consider booking it again ONLY IF AC IS FIXED.

El lugar está bien en gral. El internet es lento. La cama es un problema. Es chica. 1.40 de ancho. Nosotros reservando para 2 personas nos dieron esa cama. Deberían tener camas grandes en todas las habitaciones. La recepcionista al decirle del tema nos respondió que deberíamos haber reservado la habitación con cama extra grande. Sinceramente no sabíamos que existía dicha opción. Mala combinación que castiga lo demás bueno del lugar. No se puede cobrar ese precio por día y tener esa cama pensada para 2 personas. El precio que se paga no puede implicar tener una cama de plaza y media para 2 adultos. Armamos el sofá cama y dormimos en camas separadas.

Me gustaba este hotel. Nice personal, habitaciones OK y tranquilo. Buena ubicación cerca de la U-Bahn y paradas de tranvía o puede caminar a los alrededores de Bornheim o Zeil. No comí en el hotel. O comí en Cafe Bohne en el opuesto o caminé a Bornheim. Me quedaré aquí otra vez.

La ubicación es muy buena, todo alrededor es un lugar donde se puede limpiar. Goeders vive en dos minutos a pie, sólo unos minutos a la catedral, y a IV comprar y comprar también unos minutos, y a los ríos americanos también unos minutos... La habitación no es grande, pero la decoración es muy nueva y el desayuno también es bueno.
