Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately greeted by the reception area. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourist and its also a budget friendly hotel. It's and excellent review for me and to my friends.

Este hotel es asequible y vale la pena el dinero que gastaste. La cama es grande (desde que viajo solo) y el personal fue amable y útil con todas mis preguntas. Fui afortunado que podía estacionar mi coche fuera. Justo cerca de Malls y restaurantes. Y luego la comida también es asequible.

La distancia desde el aeropuerto en coche hasta el hotel es de unos 13 km y está a 15 minutos de la terminal de autobuses del sur. Hay un supermercado y restaurantes en 10 minutos. El check in del hotel requirió un depósito de 1000piso, y los dos hoteles que cambié después no requirieron un depósito. El hotel dispone de pisos altos según sea necesario, pero el aislamiento acústico no es ideal. Puedo aceptarlo porque la ventana da a la calle. Las instalaciones básicas de la habitación son sencillas pero muy limpias y el espacio es lo suficientemente grande, y el diseño curvo de las ventanas es la primera vez que las veo. En general es satisfactorio.

Bad service I will definitely NOT recomment at all. We have booked ahead and they told us the rate wil not change at all. We would understand if they have informed us but we kept asking them and they said no the rate will stay as long you will pay the deposit which we paid right away. Now the person we talked to Ms Shayne has resign they wont honor the rate even we have the emailed but the other person Ms Jessica is still working at Bayfront Hotel Capitol, hasn't informed us at all at least we will know. Money is not an issue here, we were so frustrated about their communication and their service all they want is Money not the service. I even called ma y times but still the reception hasn't informed me at all. We have booked a room with kitchenette and there is stove but no pot to use or any basic things. Like what will I use then?! If you asked extra blanket/pillow/towel they want more money, which you have to pay more. This is why PHILIPPINES has a bad review at all I was looking forward as my friend recommended me to stay here but I should have listen to my GUTS then not to stay here but giving the benefits of the doubt. But I was right then. You don't want to stay here, you can stay at Cebu Parklane hotel and Radisson they have a good service and your money you paid for is worth it.

El hotel es bastante céntrico, a 10 minutos a pie de la plaza mango, donde se encuentran restaurantes, bares y discotecas. Un 7/11 también está bastante cerca. Los guardias de seguridad son muy amables, el resto del personal no lo era tanto. Evitar el contacto visual e incluso no decir hola / adiós. Había un convertidor de aire acondicionado funcionando toda la noche y fue muy ruidoso toda la noche. difícil dormir bien.
