The room is clean but there’s a weird smell in the room. I love that the location is accessible to lots of establishments including restaurants, bars and cafes which I enjoyed. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. It’s good that they have free use of gym and there’s a spa in the building. I believe they should upgrade their shower tho because it’s not functional.

HONEST REVIEW AND AWARENESS FOR THE FUTURE CUSTOMERS.This app displays incorrect information for this Room 302. Room is DIRTY.
No refrigerator, no in-room safe—according to the receptionist, the details on trip.com are simply incorrect because none of their rooms have these features. I asked if there was another room I could transfer to, and they responded no because all rooms have been reserved.
Around 7-8 a.m., the water in my shower abruptly stopped. When I called the receptionist, they said they would have someone fix it. I didn't wait because I needed to run errands and was in a hurry. Fortunately, the water service was working when I returned around 4 p.m. But, if I remember correctly, I never received a single apology for the inconvenience. Overall, this is not recommended.

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because it's conveniently located within the city. Having an on-site restaurant was also a plus."
"However, I did encounter a couple of issues. The bath towels provided had an unpleasant odor, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, I was surprised by an extra charge of 200 pesos for just 6 minutes of overtime during our checkout."
"While these issues were drawbacks, the location and the convenience of having a restaurant on-site made the stay enjoyable overall."
"I would recommend that the hotel pays more attention to the quality of their towels and considers a more reasonable approach to handling minor checkout delays."
