Muy espacioso , excelente recepción y disponible inmediatamente. Buen desayuno y abundante. Excelente ubicación, literalmente cerca de la autopista, calle cómoda!! . Habitación bastante espaciosa. El baño completo de confort. Ultimate pena el agua de la ducha no era muy estable , continuó cambiando la temperatura continuamente, de caliente a frío y frío a caliente, estabas más en disputa con el agua que hacer la ducha .

Hoteles en Prato Central, el hotel está situado en una excelente ubicación, a cinco minutos a pie de la estación de tren y del mismo centro de la ciudad. Habitación limpia, con ventana con una agradable vista al río Bisenzio, sin belleza estética particular (puede ser ligeramente más luminosa) pero funcional para el propósito, es decir, hacernos dormir bien y en tranquilidad gracias a la buena insonorización y a la cómoda cama. Aire acondicionado, TV y baño moderno con baño. De este último el único pecado pequeño (pero es querer ser pingüinos) es la posición un poco incómoda del interruptor de luz, posicionado cerca del espejo y no en la entrada. No está a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas, 3 estrellas, el más alto. La conducción autónoma es bastante conveniente, y el estacionamiento gratuito es excelente. Hay muchos desayunos, así como albóndigas al vapor y rollitos de primavera chinos. La recepción es muy cálida

En una parada en Prato y con compromisos en la zona nos confiamos en este Hotel. Estructura típica para cortas paradas, no muy barata desde mi punto de vista, ya que la estructura es bastante fechada, el correo de nuestra habitación para cerrarla tenía que empujar con fuerza, las habitaciones limpias al mejor. Notas positivas; Recepcionista, aparcamiento gratuito amplio, buena cama, buena aire acondicionado en la habitación, aunque objetivamente un poco ruidosos los ventiladores, pero con la fatiga se supera el ruido. Notas negativas; desayuno a 5 euros me parece excesivo, cuando otras instalaciones de recepción incluyen en el costo de la habitación, puerta de la ducha estrecha (al menos en nuestra habitación), si un cliente tiene que ser ”frecuentemente” duda de que puede entrar, Y como ya he dicho, limpia un poco superficial, un hotel sin elogios y sin humillación.

This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.

La recepción era muy buena. La habitación estaba bien. Decidimos comer en el restaurante. La ama no estaba realmente interesada. Esperamos y esperamos que sólo el menú llegara. Nos encargamos de la comida que vino relativamente rápido, la sopa que se enumeró no parecía ninguna sopa que hayamos experimentado. La crema de hielo que no podía comer fue desagradable. La ama de la que se había ido no podíamos hablar de esto en absoluto. Habiendo viajado casi 600 kilómetros ese día en el calor, no podíamos esperar porque estabamos tan cansados. En la mañana en que fuimos a liquidar la cuenta, encontramos que ya se había tomado y el Recepcionista no quería entender y nos ofreció dos cervezas, una pequeña compensación.

I visited here with a group to see the Puccini Opera Festival. The hotel is spotlessly clean with lovely staff and a great pool. Breakfasts were excellent - wide choice, fruits, cooked eggs, meats etc and plenty of it. My only cavil was with the first set evening’s meal - a miserable chicken leg and a few chips. However our tour guide did complain and the second set meal was excellent. This complaint seems to have been given before - and not always heeded. Villa Capuggi is such a nice hotel that I wonder why they stint sometimes - even though the cost of living crisis impacts here too. Just a little more luxury and this would be the perfect Italian hotel.

Quite, clean and cozy hotel. All staffs are nice and kind. Bathroom condition and room condition is stunning. Only one cons is not good to come here with public transport. If you can rent a car or using taxi, here is nice hotel in florence. I'm sure you love here.
