Pobyt 30.04-03.05 2022 r. rodzina 2+2, wyjazd z TRAVELIST. Pokój nr 316 na trzecim piętrze. Hotel dość duży znajdujący się w starej okazałej odnowionej z zewnątrz kamienicy. Zlokalizowany w niedalekiej odległości od Starego Rynku – na piechotę to około 15 minut spacerkiem. W pokoju standardowe wyposażenie: telewizor, sejf, lodówka. Łazienka wyglądem jeszcze z tamtej epoki. Sam hotel i jego wygląd w środku oraz wielkość pokoi to takie maksimum trzy gwiazdki, na pewno nie cztery jakie posiada hotel. Jednakże ze względu na zabytkowy budynek i jego wystrój bo hotelu panuje ciekawy klimat z tamtych lat, mogę „przyznać” wyższą ocenę niż tylko trzy gwiazdki. Na uwagę w hotelu zasługuje bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa w szczególności w restauracji gdzie jedliśmy śniadania i czasami kolacje. Naprawdę panie bardzo się starały i reagowały na każdą naszą prośbę. Jedzenie również było dobre, było z czego wybierać. Fajnym rozwiązaniem była też możliwość wzięcia kanapek z restauracji po śniadaniu (były przygotowane, już gotowe dla gości włożone w papierowe torebeczki i ułożone w koszyczku) – nie w każdym hotelu nawet w tych posiadających większą ilość gwiazdek coś takiego istnieje i jest taka możliwość (ogólnie średnio jest postrzegane zabieranie jedzenia w postaci np. kanapek z restauracji – co oczywiście uważam za nietrafione, bo kanapki z reguły robi i bierze się dla dzieci na potem, a nie zabiera się je w ilościach umożliwiających np. sprzedaż). Obsługa w recepcji również była miła. Jedyny mały minus to fakt, że w dwóch pierwszych dobach nasze samochody (byliśmy ze znajomymi) musiały być zaparkowane na parkingu centrum finansowego – tuż obok hotelu, ponieważ na hotelowym parkingu nie było wolnych miejsc (była impreza zamknięta – wesele). Trochę musieliśmy się nagimnastykować z przenoszeniem naszych walizek z parkingu do hotelu – kilka metrów, jazda windą z parkingu podziemnego centrum finansowego. Ogólnie hotel ok, umiejscowiony bardzo dobrze w Bydgoszczy, obsługa tak jak wskazałem zasługuje na pochwały, stąd w mojej ocenie za całokształt cztery gwiazdki.

Un hotel limpio y básico con precios razonables. El servicio parecía un poco sorprendido de nuestra estancia. La habitación y la cama eran cómodas. Había una buena variedad de desayunos, tanto calientes (huevos revueltos, salchichas, frijoles en salsa de tomate) como fríos (cereales, leche / yogur, jamón y queso, verduras, frutas, así como café / té y jugos a elegir. El hotel está justo al lado de la estación de autobuses PKS Bydgoszcz, por lo que es muy conveniente si desea viajar en autobús.Al lado de la estación también hay paradas de tranvía y autobús, por lo que es bastante fácil llegar a otras partes de la ciudad.

I arrived on a Friday late for a weekend stay at this hotel. Before arrival I have seen already in the app, that I have been upgraded from a booked standard room to a premium room. Most probably because I hold Platinum with IHG. At check-in I was asked, as always, if I prefer welcome points or a drink voucher. Choose the drink voucher but later more. Breakfast was not included, would have cost 69PLN which I did not try. The room was a smaller room compared to the other ones on the floor map. Location was on the top floor, center of the floor facing the gas station. Prime view for Platinum (sarcasm). Seemed the room has been refurbished but I have no idea who came up with these ”great” ideas. There was no seperate shower, only via bathtub. Once the showerhead was placed in position it did not kept the position it self. The waterpressure then did but flodding the bathroom. And the hose to the showerhead was that short, I am average height and the showerhead was the same height as my chest. Bending knees down to get the hair washed. The basin came with an open water tap. Once by mistake open it full, water spilled over the basin, floor flodded. Otherwise the room was equipped with minibar, ironing equipment, all you need. Room cleaning on request only but shower ammenities were already in the room to cover two nights. Free wifi. On my 2nd evening I returned at 11pm from the opera and wanted to use the drink voucher. I learned than that on Saturday evening 11pm, the bar was already closed. I went then to the reception to ask how I can redeem the voucher. I somehow expected that I could use the minibar for drink and snack but no, voucher was revoked and points credited to my account. Location was very good, in walking distance to the city center and access to public transport. Would I stay here again? Not sure as there is also a Mercure available in the center. IHG Platinum benefits given: Small room upgrade and either points or drink voucher.

Hemos estado aquí durante 3 días y nos ha gustado. La situación es buena. Estación de autobús delante de la puerta y tren justo alrededor del túnel. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama estaba bien. El servicio de televisión alemán (ZDF, neo, info, kika y 3 sat), el WiFi funcionó super. El desayuno fue suficiente y bueno, una vez que hubo una laguna, se llenó inmediatamente. Lo único que nos ha molestado fue que no había ninguna posibilidad de poner los toallas en el baño.
