Very nice stay overall. The room was super nice and fully up to Mövenpick’s premium standard. The staff were also extremely friendly, and they were very flexible — they even offered breakfast, which I really appreciated. I spent my Christmas Eve there, and they had an event by the swimming pool. It was a bit pricey, but you could see they put a lot of effort into it, and higher prices are expected in a premium hotel. The location is very good, close to the main attractions and also near the airport by taxi. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi, and the view from the pool area is quite open with a beautiful mountain backdrop. There are also several restaurant options on-site, which is convenient. Overall, it was a solid and enjoyable stay, and I definitely recommend it.

Very nice place to stay in, located in the center of Muscat and 20 minutes by car from the airport. We stayed in an executive suite, which is more than 70m2, with terrace. It was great. You have also a swimming pool on the last floor where you can swim and enjoy the view of Muscat

El hotel ofrece un servicio de traslado para llevarlo al centro comercial Mall of Oman en horarios específicos. ¡Puede llamarlos para organizar que lo recojan de regreso al hotel cuando haya terminado de comprar y cenar! Está cerca del aeropuerto y de las principales atracciones turísticas. El hotel es nuevo, la cama es súper cómoda y la ama de llaves Perera y el personal del restaurante, como Aamir, hacen que te sientas absolutamente como en casa. Es un hotel pequeño, pero tiene un gimnasio y una piscina con un restaurante. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel!

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, the room was comfortable, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were two issues that significantly affected my experience. First, the hotel charged a very large security deposit of approximately AED 1,600 for a two-night stay. This amount was charged to my card without a clear explanation during check-in, and I was not informed in advance about the size of the deposit. As of writing this review, I have still not received the amount back. Better communication and transparency regarding security deposits would be greatly appreciated. Second, the housekeeping service was disappointing, especially on my checkout day. I requested ice cubes three separate times and only received them after approximately 1.5 hours. In general, whenever I requested something, it took a long time to arrive, and I had to repeatedly follow up with the staff. That said, I would like to sincerely thank Carolyn Muimi for her professionalism and support during my checkout process. She took the time to assist me, address my concerns, and promptly send an email to the finance department regarding the refund of the security deposit. Her assistance was greatly appreciated and left a positive impression. While I enjoyed the hotel overall and appreciated the facilities and atmosphere, I believe improvements are needed in guest communication regarding deposits and in the responsiveness of the housekeeping team.

Durante un viaje de negocios a Mascate, Omán, me alojé en el Hilton Garden Inn Kuvel Muscat. Esta estancia resultó increíblemente conveniente para mi viaje, convirtiéndolo en un hotel de negocios excepcional en todos los sentidos. Ubicación privilegiada, ideal tanto para negocios como para placer La céntrica ubicación del hotel en Mascate facilitó enormemente mis actividades de negocios. La excelente red de transporte me permitió acceder fácilmente al centro de negocios de la ciudad y a diversos lugares de reuniones, ahorrándome mucho tiempo. Después de una jornada laboral, las comodidades cercanas me permitieron relajarme por completo. Numerosos restaurantes cerca del hotel ofrecían una amplia variedad de cocinas, desde especialidades locales hasta platos internacionales. Disfrutar de una barbacoa tradicional omaní, jugosas carnes a la parrilla o un plato de pasta era muy sencillo. La habitación era espaciosa y luminosa, con una zona de trabajo bien diseñada. El escritorio y la silla tenían una altura cómoda, y la iluminación abundante y los enchufes a mano me permitieron manejar fácilmente diversos documentos, realizar reuniones en línea y completar mis tareas laborales con eficiencia. La cama, suave y cómoda, me permitió dormir plácidamente cada noche después de un día agotador de trabajo, recuperando energías rápidamente. Además, la conexión Wi-Fi de alta velocidad y estable cubría todos los rincones del hotel, garantizando una conexión fluida en las habitaciones, el vestíbulo y el restaurante, lo que mejoró notablemente mi productividad. Servicio atento y humanitario Me impresionó profundamente el servicio cálido y considerado del personal del hotel. Desde el momento del registro, el personal de recepción recibió a cada huésped con eficiencia y profesionalidad, respondiendo pacientemente a todas mis preguntas. Durante mi estancia, el equipo de limpieza siempre respondió con prontitud a mis solicitudes, asegurándose de que las habitaciones estuvieran limpias y ordenadas, y de que contara con todos los artículos de tocador. El servicio de restaurante del hotel fue igualmente encomiable; el desayuno ofrecía una amplia variedad de opciones para satisfacer diferentes gustos, proporcionándome energía para el nuevo día de trabajo.

Hotel decente, habitaciones fueron grandes por nada realmente barato y decoración plain falso techos de mármol interior no correspondía al precio del hotel o alquiler de pisos, por el precio del hotel todas las comodidades y minibar también se cargaba el precio del desayuno no era Vale el dinero, la mesa de vestir fue una broma inusable plugs socket en la mesa de vestir, enorme sitio de construcción fuera del hotel sólo atracción fue los restaurantes de 5 estrellas en el sitio manteniendo sus bolsillos cargados 😉

Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and memorable. The hotel itself is spotless, with immaculate attention to detail in every corner. My room was beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort, and the views were nothing short of breathtaking — overlooking the serene mountains and the city’s picturesque skyline. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a rich variety of delicious options that catered to every palate. From fresh local delicacies to international favorites, everything was prepared to perfection. The facilities at the hotel were everything one could ask for in a luxury stay: a world-class spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, stunning pools, and several dining options that offered an exquisite culinary journey. Overall, it was a flawless experience that exceeded all expectations. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. I would absolutely love to return and stay for a few more nights — one visit simply isn’t enough.

Удобное расположение рядом с аэропортом. Номера большие, очень чистые, все новое. Кровать удобная, постельное белье и полотенца свежайшие. Завтрак не брали, про него не знаем так как рядом Макдональдс :)

The Chedi brand never fails to disappoint. And the Muscat experience does it so much justice. And more. The usual “black pool” (2 of them actually), a gym like really really no other. And… the service. All the way up there. There should be more Chedi in the world! Special to Marebel and Anton who made our breakfast just perfect

Booked this for our 1st time visit to Oman and we stayed here for 12 days. If you are only staying 2-3 days this hotel may be ok - but for longer stays I would not recommend. Positives: Great location if you like genuine Asian food - excellent cheap and mid-price restaurants within a few minutes walking distance - Indian Vegetarian and non-veg restaurants too. Mosque within walking distance Friendly helpful cleaning staff - most of them try their best to make your stay comfortable. Very big room sizes Good Wifi Comfortable beds. Free water bottles on request Fairly easy to get OTaxi within 2-3 minutes each time. Negatives: Mould in the bathroom, water leaks out of the shower onto the main bathroom floor - making a slip hazard No caddy in the shower to hold your soap or shampoo etc, so you have to keep bending down to the floor to get or put your shampoo bottle. Shower pressure was very very low - so no refreshing shower after a long day out. It was enough to wash your body but takes several minutes (water was hot OK). Some of the sockets in the room do not work - so you have to keep unplugging things to use something else. When we asked for an iron, the gave us a barely functional one with steam controls missing and no heat level markings so you are scared to use it in case you get a shock and/or burn your clothes. The 1st ironing board we were given belonged in the bin - I am not exaggerating - the cover to the board was ripped in multiple places, and bits of metal were sticking out - guaranteed to rip your clothes when ironing. The 2nd ironing board was new but the cover did not stay in place - so you spent twice as long constantly re-adjusting the cover than ironing your clothes. The hairdryer had a difference plug than the sockets in the room - luckily I had my own converter. The access card for our room door kept resetting every single day for the 1st 6 days. Every evening we come back, go up to our room and the card does not work - so we have to go back down again to get the card programmed. One on evening, I had to go up and down the lift 4 times - yes 4 times - because the lady on reception seemed to hear the number 3 when I say 2 - I don't know how to confuse room xx2 for xx3 - English is my 1st language and I speak at conferences, and with English speaking colleagues and clients around the word every working day. Even though, the first two times I went down the card actually had a sticker with the room number on it - but she still managed to program the wrong room number twice. On the 3 visit, she gave me a new card - but still programmed the wrong room number. On the 4th visit she finally said 'ah you mean xx2 not xx3' - and then she laughed and shared a private joke with her colleague. I got the feeling she was bored of the job and liked to play games with the hotel guests to cheer herself up. Eventually after 6 days of this, I complained to a male member of staff on the desk and he programmed the card once and it worked fine for the remaining days. The small fridge freezer remained on 24x7 - even on the lowest setting - so you heard the constant buzzing sound all day and night. It even froze and ruined some of our fruit which was in the fridge section and not in the freezer section. The batteries in the safety deposit box had corroded and you could not operate or program it. They gave us some keys for the safe, but they did not work properly - so we were scared to lock anything in the safe - in case you could not unlock it again - funny hah! The shampoo and shower gel bottles were called something like Eco wash - but they were almost always only half full - so you had to use a single bottle of each every time you showered - so we probably used at least 45-50 bottles between us during our stay - what a waste of plastic.
