UUsuario invitadoEl hotel y sus instalaciones son muy agradables. Aquí y allá se necesitan algunas mejoras, pero por lo demás es un hotel muy atractivo con características encantadoras. Una estancia muy agradable comienza con un salón exclusivo en la terminal de ferry que está disponible a la llegada y a la salida (se encarga de su visado y otros requisitos). El viaje al hotel propiamente dicho se realiza en unos 20 minutos en autobús lanzadera del hotel. Puede elegir entre suites de estilo colonial en el edificio principal o cerca o villas de estilo tailandés/bali en el gran terreno y a un corto paseo del edificio principal. Las villas tailandesas son muy bonitas, llenas de todas las comodidades necesarias y algunos productos de alta gama. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, terraza al aire libre con asientos y un exterior bien cuidado lo hacen realmente agradable. En la sección principal, la piscina con sus 50 metros de longitud es un verdadero punto destacado, junto con la muy fácil y cercana proximidad a la prístina y enorme sección de playa. Aunque está orientada al norte, la playa está en realidad en una bahía y se puede explorar durante horas. También vale la pena mencionar el spa que ofrece tratamientos realmente sorprendentes administrados por terapeutas muy experimentados que realmente lo mimarán de principio a fin. Lamentablemente, también hay una serie de deficiencias. Aunque el hotel proporciona repelente de insectos para su uso diario, ni siquiera las mejores medidas de prevención y los mejores esfuerzos de limpieza y fumigación del personal evitarán que miles de millones de pulgas de arena lo ataquen en la playa, especialmente después de la lluvia o durante las horas de la noche, cuando se convierte en su cena. Sin embargo, el mayor inconveniente es la sección de comida y bebida. Para un hotel que opera en una categoría de precio tan alta, el restaurante es una verdadera decepción, tal vez incluso la única razón para no volver. Sí, el personal en todas partes es muy amable, atento y se esfuerza por conocerlo por su nombre de pila desde el principio, pero toda la sección de comida y bebida necesita muchas mejoras para acercarse siquiera a un servicio con estrellas. Sí, las bebidas están bien preparadas (supongo que se puede esperar a precios de más de 20 dólares estadounidenses), pero el servicio del restaurante realmente carece de lo necesario. La comida, por cara que sea, carece de cualquier tipo de imaginación, carece de toques especiales y, sin duda, no representa la cocina indonesia en ninguna forma. Como ya hemos dicho, el personal es muy amable y hace todo lo posible, pero si no se les enseña lo básico o están dirigidos por gerentes indiferentes, entonces las cosas tienen que cambiar. La gestión viene de arriba. En resumen, si buscas un lugar agradable para relajarte en un edificio de estilo colonial, no demasiado concurrido y con una hermosa piscina, prueba el Sanchaya. Sin embargo, si buscas una cocina que no sea mala, ni siquiera ordinaria, entonces es mejor que busques en otro lado.

The quiet tranquility and peace coupled with nice breakfast meals were what my wife and I were quite looking forward to...away from the hustle and bustle. It is an art this days to just sit back and reconnect with each other and perhaps do...nothing except enjoy each other's company... We had one of the most delectable deep fried calamari at the Kelong Elly located just next to SADI Beach House. The 2 nights spent at SADI has been a great experience. The SADI Team has been very attentive and making every bit of our stay memorable. Looking forward to revisit next time with a whole group of friends seeking solace! Special mentioned to Tika and Irma, the customer service staff, who connected with me via WhatsApp prior to our arrival so that we are aware of the necessary. Much appreciated. Overall, we feel recharged after our stay. 😊🙏🏼

The room was clean with a beautiful view, and the pool was large with plenty of daybeds. There are many activities to choose but laying all day in pool daybed was our favorite activities. However, pool management really needs improvement. Used daybeds were not cleared, with dirty towels left everywhere also dirty plates/floors, making it hard to tell which was available. There was also no staff readily providing towels, requests took too long. If no staff is assigned, towels should simply be prepared on the daybeds.

HHope SanctuaryWe recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. UUsuario invitadoEn nuestras 2 días de viaje de bicicleta padre/hijo a través de Bintan Occidental, hemos encontrado este hermoso lugar, y nos encanta el campo de tipo grano, que está entre las colinas y las savanas con la tierra roja y los árboles de palmeras de Bintan. La zona de recepción ya está en el centro de la ciudad, y usted está en un mundo muy agradable y bienvenido. El propietario ha establecido que es un centro de formación y aprendizaje sostenible para los jóvenes, al mismo tiempo que ofrece actividades de huéspedes excelentes y bien integradas para familias, niños y grupos. El hotel está situado en una de las casas de lago, cerca de uno de los lagos pequeños y relajados, y mi hijo 5o amó cada pulgada de él. La comida es muy deliciosa y con un poco de especias, la máquina de café es italiana, el desayuno ofrece una selección de dos menús que le hace fácil no elegir mal. Yanu fue muy favorable al ingeniero de un kite y nos ayudó a hacer que volara (incluso fuera de su turno). NNotcommonOur stay was just perfect. It is a beautiful Balinese traditional set-up villa, every staff was friendly and so kind and it really touched my heart. It's a bit old property but perfectly maintained, I didn't feel it's old at all and I was rather impressed how well they kept this beautiful villa. You can also notice a great attention to detials, the person (people) came up with this design and architect must be genius! I was worried after seeing the review on bugs, yes there are bugs, but it's perfectly natural cause the villa is in the middle of the nature! That's the charm of this resort. I would be concerned if they use too much chemicals to kill the bugs. I hate bugs but there was nothing harmful - like a roach I always see in HK.. so I was totally ok! There are cute lizards roaming around too, I really loved watching them. I really enjoyed staying in Banyan Tree but most of all it was people who made my stay memorable - everyone smiles and greeted so nicely which really made my trip. They were very attentive and accommodating too. I wish I could go back one day!

MMixworldStayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer ! Will definitely recommend my friends and family here. Thank you to all team from Pantai Indah :)

On our first day, there is no buffet breakfast in the Mayang Sari facility. Request us to go to Nirvana Resort where the breakfast hall is very crowded and the food is on average only.

UUsuario invitadoExcellent location away from the usual water parks and tourists. The resort is only an hr from the ferry terminal, for an additional fee, they can arrange pickup/drop off. The room is way better than the photos advertised. Every amenity you can think of is available including insect repellent cream. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to nature. There are a few species of kingfishers, sandpipers and swifts, raptors, etc just to name a few. The main highlight of this place is when the tide is low, you can walk out and go fish hunting, spot different species of crabs, and mudskippers, etc. Since it is a mangrove beach, inevitably there are sandflies so it's important to cover up when heading to the beach. The staff are friendly and food is amazing. I will be back again hopefully in the near future.
