-Hay un salón del hotel en el muelle
-El ama de llaves lo ayudará con todos los visados y controles de seguridad de equipaje durante todo el viaje. Solo necesita sentarse en el tranquilo salón, beber café o té y esperar
-El ama de llaves organizará un automóvil especial para ir al hotel a registrarse
-El hotel presta gran atención al servicio. Todo el personal puede atenderlo con calidez y consideración. Casi todos me llaman por mi nombre, lo que es realmente cálido
-La comida y el vino son los aspectos más destacados del hotel. Puede pedir con los ojos cerrados y cada plato es delicioso
-Hay una gran playa de arena blanca fuera del hotel, que es muy adecuada para practicar kayak y tablas de surf (las tablas cortas son más adecuadas). El hotel tiene tablas gratuitas que se pueden usar
-Aunque la decoración general no es muy nueva, está bien mantenida

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and amenities was Secntia brand which was nice. The check-in snd check out process was seamless, service staff was great throughout as they were always greeted us with a smile, very friendly and helpful (shoutout to willy, ilman,tommy, adel & many more). We loved the hotel's pool area, and the breakfast buffet could have more live stations and variety. The location was near Plaza Lagoi & i would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

NNotcommonOur stay was just perfect. It is a beautiful Balinese traditional set-up villa, every staff was friendly and so kind and it really touched my heart. It's a bit old property but perfectly maintained, I didn't feel it's old at all and I was rather impressed how well they kept this beautiful villa. You can also notice a great attention to detials, the person (people) came up with this design and architect must be genius! I was worried after seeing the review on bugs, yes there are bugs, but it's perfectly natural cause the villa is in the middle of the nature! That's the charm of this resort. I would be concerned if they use too much chemicals to kill the bugs. I hate bugs but there was nothing harmful - like a roach I always see in HK.. so I was totally ok! There are cute lizards roaming around too, I really loved watching them. I really enjoyed staying in Banyan Tree but most of all it was people who made my stay memorable - everyone smiles and greeted so nicely which really made my trip. They were very attentive and accommodating too. I wish I could go back one day!

SSavvytanEl hotel está muy bien, pero no es el último, pero todo está muy bien desde el bugy en el cuarto, hasta el tamaño de la habitación muy limpia, hasta el baño de bebé que ya se había proporcionado en el cuarto y el servicio de habitaciones.
La única cosa que sugiero para mejorar es que el lugar de masaje está demasiado cerca del restaurante y el bar vivo. Sugiero que se mueva más lejos o que se instalen paredes de prueba de sonido para la tienda.
Nos hemos dado tiempo suficiente para explorar el centro de actividades como era para niños de 3 años y más.
La última cosa es que todo es gravable por alquiler que me parece que algunas cosas podrían haber sido proporcionadas a un precio menor o gratuito. Sus ruedas 2/3 fueron alquiladas completamente y no baratas para alquilar también.

Queríamos celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas, el hotel ofreció un paquete de decoración con una taza de torta a un precio determinado pero les dijimos que podemos hacerlo sin ella pero nos sorprendió agradable y felizmente cuando entramos en la habitación, la cama estaba ¡Qué bien decorado para nuestro aniversario de bodas, luego un golpe en la puerta con la entrega de la torta de aniversario y una tarjeta de aniversario personalizada! Otra agradable sorpresa fue la nave que organizó un viaje de Heritage Ship para nosotros en un momento en 24/10/25 que podemos hacerlo. UUsuario invitadoEn nuestras 2 días de viaje de bicicleta padre/hijo a través de Bintan Occidental, hemos encontrado este hermoso lugar, y nos encanta el campo de tipo grano, que está entre las colinas y las savanas con la tierra roja y los árboles de palmeras de Bintan. La zona de recepción ya está en el centro de la ciudad, y usted está en un mundo muy agradable y bienvenido. El propietario ha establecido que es un centro de formación y aprendizaje sostenible para los jóvenes, al mismo tiempo que ofrece actividades de huéspedes excelentes y bien integradas para familias, niños y grupos. El hotel está situado en una de las casas de lago, cerca de uno de los lagos pequeños y relajados, y mi hijo 5o amó cada pulgada de él. La comida es muy deliciosa y con un poco de especias, la máquina de café es italiana, el desayuno ofrece una selección de dos menús que le hace fácil no elegir mal. Yanu fue muy favorable al ingeniero de un kite y nos ayudó a hacer que volara (incluso fuera de su turno). El Bintan Ferry toma bicicletas para transporte, así que haz cabinas 6-seater en Singapur.

Mm&m&mThe villa (especially the bathroom!!) was clean and above our expectation! Everything was working fine, and we were very well covered throughout the trip! We communicated with the very friendly and helpful staff through their WhatsApp to request for buggy ride, extra towel, housekeeping, whatever you want, and they responded very fast.
Legenda Cafe provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had our breakfast there, and for weekdays breakfast, they do semi buffet where there is a small spread of food, and you can also order dishes from the menu. On weekends, they do full buffet breakfast. Food is good, mostly local food which is awesome.
We did not see any minimarts within the resort, but the resort does provide transport to travel around Bintan. For instance, RP100k for two-way transport to Lagoi Bay.
Private beach is only a few steps away from the cafe, and also walkable from our villa. Sand is super clean and very well maintained!
Just note that since we are in nature, there are bound to be bugs / insects, so bring mosquito patches / sprays.
We will definitely come back here again next time with family!!

UUsuario invitadoIt was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

PPratibha AshwinWe stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Wwondrous lifeThis resort offers a truly unique and serene experience, tucked away in a secluded part of Bintan. It's perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. As it’s located in a rather remote area, there isn’t much in the immediate surroundings, and activities are quite limited unless you're willing to travel out to the main city, which is about an hour’s drive away. However, the villa itself more than makes up for it — beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully maintained. What really stands out is the level of service from the staff. They are prompt, attentive, and very responsive, especially when it comes to communication through messaging apps. If you’re in need of a peaceful short getaway to unwind and recharge, this place is definitely worth considering.
