The experience of staying at Sanchaya is so fabulous, impressed me deeply. The Ratree is very comfortable and lovely. The service and support from the whole team are very nice and promptly. I really love the smile of them, very sincerely and warmly. And aslo the foods in the dining room are very delicious, I really like the Indonesian foods, high quality. The hotel has beautiful lake and many lush trees, walking in the garden is so enjoyable. I am enjoying the moment at the library, peaceful and joyful. The time to circle around the lake is unforgettable to us, the best time to circle is the late of afternoon, the sunset above the lake is shocked me. Thank you guys, looking forward to staying here again.

Our stay at Said Beach House was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond for us – not just doing the bare minimum, but consistently making the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness really made the experience so much more special, and it's honestly what stood out to us the most. The food was also great and always prepared on time... everything was seamless and well-organised throughout our stay! The villa itself was very cozy, well-kept and exceptionally clean. It was a comfortable space to come back to after a long day of activities. Just a small tip: do remember to keep the doors closed to prevent insects or mosquitoes from entering. Speaking of that, Sadi Beach House is definitely a place where you will feel very connected to nature. You may occasionally come across insects or lizards (or even stray cats!), but it really ads to the overall experience rather than taking away from it – it's all part of the charm. The location was perfect for us. While amenities like minimarts may be a little further out, it meant that the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It's the ideal place if you're looking to unwind and take a break from the noise and pace of city life. Overall, we had such a lovely stay and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff who made everything feel so effortless and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend Sadi Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We recently stayed here for a family getaway with our 2-year-old daughter, and I cannot praise this hotel enough. Traveling with a toddler can be unpredictable, but the team here made our stay incredibly seamless and stress-free. What We Loved: Incredible Family Hospitality: From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our little girl feel welcome. They were patient, smiling, and always greeted her warmly. Fantastic Toddler-Friendly Facilities: The amenities for young children are top-notch. Whether it was the shallow pool areas or the play spaces, everything was clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. There are both in and outdoor playground Seamless Convenience: The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with our requests to ensure our toddler was comfortable throughout the stay.

It was a pleasant and perfect stay for both my husband and I for a short getaway trip after our wedding!  The staff there were really friendly polite and thoughtful too!  After picking us up from the ferry terminal, Nabil, asked us if we needed anything to buy and he drove us to get what we needed before heading to the resort!  Upon reaching the resort, we were greeted warmly by the staff and checked in. The restaurant within the resort serves delicious food and a wide variety of dishes to choose from!  Recommend RICA RICA restaurant that serves authentic indonesian food and is affordable !!  The room itself is very clean and comfortable to stay in! We also went to the public pool for a swim and it was just so nice with the sea breeze 👍🏻  Wanted to try out island hopping but the weather conditions weren’t good so had to give it a miss. Instead we went to the spa area for a massage, it was ookayy  They also provide bicycles 🚲 at your room and you can cycle around the resort which was really nice!!  I would come back again someday!! Not a place to missed when staying in Bintan resort to relax ! Good job to all the service staff !!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. While the resort itself is lovely—we especially enjoyed our seaview rainforest villa—it was the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. The service and hospitality were incredible. The staff went above and beyond, from enthusiastically helping my husband coordinate birthday surprises to providing exceptional service at every meal. We were consistently impressed by the team members who delivered and beautifully set up our room service, the housekeeping staff who kept our villa pristine, and the thoughtful team who surprised my son with a fantastic turndown treat. The genuine care shown by the staff is the primary reason I would return, and I truly hope the resort continues to value and foster such an amazing team. Regarding the amenities, while the resort does show its age, it didn’t detract from our experience. Our only suggestion would be to refresh the villa pools, as we encountered some issues with water clarity during our stay. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend the resort for its world-class service. Shout out to Winny (reception), Daus, Lilik, Darwis, and Hamid who made our stay (and my birthday and Mother's Day) truly magical! I also want to compliment the staff of all three restaurants: Treetop (they made my son his favorite orange and carrot juice every morning), Saffron, and Cove — food was great but service even better.

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

En nuestras 2 días de viaje de bicicleta padre/hijo a través de Bintan Occidental, hemos encontrado este hermoso lugar, y nos encanta el campo de tipo grano, que está entre las colinas y las savanas con la tierra roja y los árboles de palmeras de Bintan. La zona de recepción ya está en el centro de la ciudad, y usted está en un mundo muy agradable y bienvenido. El propietario ha establecido que es un centro de formación y aprendizaje sostenible para los jóvenes, al mismo tiempo que ofrece actividades de huéspedes excelentes y bien integradas para familias, niños y grupos. El hotel está situado en una de las casas de lago, cerca de uno de los lagos pequeños y relajados, y mi hijo 5o amó cada pulgada de él. La comida es muy deliciosa y con un poco de especias, la máquina de café es italiana, el desayuno ofrece una selección de dos menús que le hace fácil no elegir mal. Yanu fue muy favorable al ingeniero de un kite y nos ayudó a hacer que volara (incluso fuera de su turno). Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer ! Stayed in the private pool ocean view villa, and it was one of the best villas I’ve ever visited! 😍 The villa itself was beautiful: * 🚽 Japanese/Korean heated toilet * 🚿 Large shower * 🛀 Large bathtub * 🪞 Couple’s sink with plenty of space * 🛏️ Big, comfortable bed The ocean is clear and unpolluted, and each villa comes with an inflatable paddle—high tide was so fun, and low tide lets you spot little fishes. It felt like a private beach —perfect for fun and amazing photos with no photo bombers.✨The pool was perfect too, cleaned daily, and the resort was very private and peaceful. 💡 If I were to share my advice 🤿 Go snorkeling! My biggest regret was not going 🥺. If the water in front of the villa is already this clear and full of fish, I can only imagine the snorkeling spots. 🐠 🍽️ The Ocean Restaurant was excellent—fresh local fish and seafood noodles for 385k IDR. I didn’t plan enough time for it 🤏🥲 but it’s seriously worth it. 💡 My advice: Stay in the ocean view villa—it’s absolutely worth it. Transport is easy to arrange, but this level of ocean view and privacy at this price is rare. ✨ The best vacations are the ones with regrets from not knowing more—so go for this. A true hidden gem—100% worth visiting! 🌊💙 ❤️ Huge thank you to the manager and team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. Everyone was friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more memorable.

Excellent location away from the usual water parks and tourists. The resort is only an hr from the ferry terminal, for an additional fee, they can arrange pickup/drop off. The room is way better than the photos advertised. Every amenity you can think of is available including insect repellent cream. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to nature. There are a few species of kingfishers, sandpipers and swifts, raptors, etc just to name a few. The main highlight of this place is when the tide is low, you can walk out and go fish hunting, spot different species of crabs, and mudskippers, etc. Since it is a mangrove beach, inevitably there are sandflies so it's important to cover up when heading to the beach. The staff are friendly and food is amazing. I will be back again hopefully in the near future.
