The experience of staying at Sanchaya is so fabulous, impressed me deeply. The Ratree is very comfortable and lovely. The service and support from the whole team are very nice and promptly. I really love the smile of them, very sincerely and warmly. And aslo the foods in the dining room are very delicious, I really like the Indonesian foods, high quality. The hotel has beautiful lake and many lush trees, walking in the garden is so enjoyable. I am enjoying the moment at the library, peaceful and joyful. The time to circle around the lake is unforgettable to us, the best time to circle is the late of afternoon, the sunset above the lake is shocked me. Thank you guys, looking forward to staying here again.

Doulos Phos the Ship Hotel is a place of total serenity and peace. Upon arrival ,we were greeted by the warm hospitality of the hotel team. Andri, the hotel manager gave us a good overview of the activities that we can enjoy at the hotel. He personally conducted the tour and the ship hotel and briefed us on its interesting history. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The sunset and sunrise were beautiful. In the evening, we had a 10-course Rijstafel, an Indo- Dutch semi fine dining comprising a welcome drink, appetizer,, main course and dessert plus a very special brew of coffee. Overall, it has been a wonderful weekend getaway for me and my wife. Will come back again to explore the surroundings more.

It was a pleasant and perfect stay for both my husband and I for a short getaway trip after our wedding!  The staff there were really friendly polite and thoughtful too!  After picking us up from the ferry terminal, Nabil, asked us if we needed anything to buy and he drove us to get what we needed before heading to the resort!  Upon reaching the resort, we were greeted warmly by the staff and checked in. The restaurant within the resort serves delicious food and a wide variety of dishes to choose from!  Recommend RICA RICA restaurant that serves authentic indonesian food and is affordable !!  The room itself is very clean and comfortable to stay in! We also went to the public pool for a swim and it was just so nice with the sea breeze 👍🏻  Wanted to try out island hopping but the weather conditions weren’t good so had to give it a miss. Instead we went to the spa area for a massage, it was ookayy  They also provide bicycles 🚲 at your room and you can cycle around the resort which was really nice!!  I would come back again someday!! Not a place to missed when staying in Bintan resort to relax ! Good job to all the service staff !!

Un lugar increíble para alojarse si lo que necesita es relajarse y recargar energías en un ambiente tranquilo. Simplemente disfrute de su tiempo libre sentado en el patio de su villa con vista al mar y contemple el océano o camine por la playa recogiendo conchas y encontrando cangrejos de barro en su interior. No era la primera vez que nos alojábamos en Mayang Sari ni en ninguna otra propiedad de Nirwana. Por lo tanto, el personal sonriente con su servicio impecable nunca sorprende, sino que siempre es un placer. Mayang Sari tiene su propio restaurante, el Deli Cafe, donde podrá degustar delicias locales e internacionales y bebidas. La propiedad cuenta con un restaurante indio, Spice, a 5 minutos a pie de Mayang Sari, y Nirwana también tiene su propio restaurante. Ofrecen un servicio de transporte desde y hacia la terminal de ferry, lo que resulta muy conveniente. Cabe mencionar que esto es Lagoi, así que no espere encontrar centros comerciales cerca, y el centro de la ciudad se encuentra en la zona de Tanjung Pinang.

Todo fue genial, pero por favor aprende a entregar un mensaje ”no” a su cliente en lugar de estancar tácticas. My second time visiting beautiful Bintan Island, and I chose the Grand Lagoi Hotel once again. Its location right at Lagoi Bay gives you seamless access to a gorgeous beach. I also highly recommend the food and vibe at Warung Yeah! nearby. My only critique is that fresh fruit is very hard to find here. It would be a huge improvement if Plaza Lagoi could bring a mini-market or supermarket into the area.

El hotel es muy bueno. El ambiente y las instalaciones son muy buenas. La desventaja es que hay demasiado aceite de silicona en la playa. Tomé algunas fotos y pisé el aceite. Afortunadamente, el servicio del hotel fue muy bueno. El camarero fue a la habitación para ayudar a limpiar. ¡Estamos muy satisfechos con el servicio del hotel! Hemos vivido en villas y casas de playa. ¡Es realmente acogedor y relajante! Lo que quiero sugerir en particular es si la comida china se puede hacer más deliciosa, como los restaurantes de ollas calientes ... hay muy pocos ingredientes ... Espero que el hotel pueda ser cada vez mejor, porque vivimos en Singapur, a menudo se irá de vacaciones y espero con ansias la próxima vez. ¡Nuevo sentimiento!

Comfortable and convenient. Attended a wedding and the stay made it easier to get around.

The pod at Anmon looked nicer, but it was on the pricier side. The villa we stayed in wasn’t bad, but definitely worn down—some spots weren’t painted well, the toilet sink clogged, and there was this weird smell in the room. The service was great and location is alright since you pretty much need to travel around with a car anyways

當天我丟失了我的包，感謝兩位酒店的工作人員幫我看守了我的包，包裏有我的護照銀行卡還有很多現金，時間長達三個小時，如果丟失了我的包我甚至回不了中國，感謝兩位拾金不昧的員工，這是我最幸運的一次旅行👍👍👍 Hari itu saya kehilangan tas saya. Terima kasih banyak kepada kedua staf hotel yang telah menjaga tas saya. Di dalam tas ada paspor, kartu bank, dan banyak uang tunai. Mereka menjaganya selama tiga jam. Jika tas saya hilang, saya bahkan tidak bisa kembali ke Tiongkok. Terima kasih kepada kedua karyawan yang jujur ini. Ini adalah perjalanan paling beruntung yang pernah saya alami.
