The experience of staying at Sanchaya is so fabulous, impressed me deeply. The Ratree is very comfortable and lovely. The service and support from the whole team are very nice and promptly. I really love the smile of them, very sincerely and warmly. And aslo the foods in the dining room are very delicious, I really like the Indonesian foods, high quality. The hotel has beautiful lake and many lush trees, walking in the garden is so enjoyable. I am enjoying the moment at the library, peaceful and joyful. The time to circle around the lake is unforgettable to us, the best time to circle is the late of afternoon, the sunset above the lake is shocked me. Thank you guys, looking forward to staying here again.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente: el hotel es fantástico, el personal es muy amable, especialmente Aminah, quien siempre nos recibió con una sonrisa radiante y fue un placer conversar con ella. La limpieza del hotel es impecable. El desayuno buffet también es delicioso. Sin embargo, tuvimos una queja sobre el almuerzo: el Angilo Olio tenía un sabor muy insípido y el Soto Ayam, servido en el restaurante, estaba demasiado salado. Un lugar increíble para alojarse si lo que necesita es relajarse y recargar energías en un ambiente tranquilo. Simplemente disfrute de su tiempo libre sentado en el patio de su villa con vista al mar y contemple el océano o camine por la playa recogiendo conchas y encontrando cangrejos de barro en su interior. No era la primera vez que nos alojábamos en Mayang Sari ni en ninguna otra propiedad de Nirwana. Por lo tanto, el personal sonriente con su servicio impecable nunca sorprende, sino que siempre es un placer. Mayang Sari tiene su propio restaurante, el Deli Cafe, donde podrá degustar delicias locales e internacionales y bebidas. La propiedad cuenta con un restaurante indio, Spice, a 5 minutos a pie de Mayang Sari, y Nirwana también tiene su propio restaurante. Ofrecen un servicio de transporte desde y hacia la terminal de ferry, lo que resulta muy conveniente. Cabe mencionar que esto es Lagoi, así que no espere encontrar centros comerciales cerca, y el centro de la ciudad se encuentra en la zona de Tanjung Pinang.

Second time with Grand Lagoi. Great location near lagoi bay beach. There’s shops in close proximity to the hotel. Hotel has decent breakfast buffet. The warung yeah cafe near the hotel has really fragrant Ayam Bakar. Staff are super friendly and hospitable. Offers free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal. There is a massage place right beside the hotel for a quick relaxation after you reach Grand Lagoi.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this resort. Nice room with a balcony and sea view. Daily breakfast included , and has plenty of options, buffet style , from local food to eggs your way , fruit , bread and the best of all - prata. Restaurant on site offers delicious food. Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again.

El hotel es muy bueno. El ambiente y las instalaciones son muy buenas. La desventaja es que hay demasiado aceite de silicona en la playa. Tomé algunas fotos y pisé el aceite. Afortunadamente, el servicio del hotel fue muy bueno. El camarero fue a la habitación para ayudar a limpiar. ¡Estamos muy satisfechos con el servicio del hotel! Hemos vivido en villas y casas de playa. ¡Es realmente acogedor y relajante! Lo que quiero sugerir en particular es si la comida china se puede hacer más deliciosa, como los restaurantes de ollas calientes ... hay muy pocos ingredientes ... Espero que el hotel pueda ser cada vez mejor, porque vivimos en Singapur, a menudo se irá de vacaciones y espero con ansias la próxima vez. ¡Nuevo sentimiento!

Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

La cabaña en Anmon se veía mejor, pero era bastante cara. La villa en la que nos alojamos no estaba mal, pero definitivamente se notaba desgastada: algunas zonas no estaban bien pintadas, el lavabo del inodoro estaba atascado y había un olor extraño en la habitación. El servicio fue excelente y la ubicación está bien, ya que prácticamente necesitas un coche para moverte por la zona.

當天我丟失了我的包，感謝兩位酒店的工作人員幫我看守了我的包，包裏有我的護照銀行卡還有很多現金，時間長達三個小時，如果丟失了我的包我甚至回不了中國，感謝兩位拾金不昧的員工，這是我最幸運的一次旅行👍👍👍 Hari itu saya kehilangan tas saya. Terima kasih banyak kepada kedua staf hotel yang telah menjaga tas saya. Di dalam tas ada paspor, kartu bank, dan banyak uang tunai. Mereka menjaganya selama tiga jam. Jika tas saya hilang, saya bahkan tidak bisa kembali ke Tiongkok. Terima kasih kepada kedua karyawan yang jujur ini. Ini adalah perjalanan paling beruntung yang pernah saya alami.
