UUsuario invitadoThe hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located away from the hustle and bustle, offering a very serene and peaceful environment. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was surprisingly delicious—our favourite was the fun platter. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner and the complimentary kayaking activity.
One area for improvement would be mosquito control. It may be helpful to increase the frequency of pest control services, as we experienced quite a severe mosquito issue and received more than twenty bites during just one dinner.

AAng Jian HaoWe had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always greeting us with smiles and going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Traveling as a family, we really appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating everyone was—it made the entire stay feel relaxed and special.
The highlight for us was Ocean Restaurant. The food was consistently delicious, well-presented, and offered a great variety, every meal felt fresh and satisfying. Dining with the sea view made the experience even more enjoyable.
The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere for families. We had so much fun together, whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and enjoyment.
Overall, Hotel Indigo Bintan delivered an unforgettable experience through excellent service, great food, and genuine hospitality. We left with happy memories and would definitely return again. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a refreshing getaway.

UUsuario invitadoEn nuestras 2 días de viaje de bicicleta padre/hijo a través de Bintan Occidental, hemos encontrado este hermoso lugar, y nos encanta el campo de tipo grano, que está entre las colinas y las savanas con la tierra roja y los árboles de palmeras de Bintan. La zona de recepción ya está en el centro de la ciudad, y usted está en un mundo muy agradable y bienvenido. El propietario ha establecido que es un centro de formación y aprendizaje sostenible para los jóvenes, al mismo tiempo que ofrece actividades de huéspedes excelentes y bien integradas para familias, niños y grupos. El hotel está situado en una de las casas de lago, cerca de uno de los lagos pequeños y relajados, y mi hijo 5o amó cada pulgada de él. La comida es muy deliciosa y con un poco de especias, la máquina de café es italiana, el desayuno ofrece una selección de dos menús que le hace fácil no elegir mal. Yanu fue muy favorable al ingeniero de un kite y nos ayudó a hacer que volara (incluso fuera de su turno). El Bintan Ferry toma bicicletas para transporte, así que haz cabinas 6-seater en Singapur.

UUsuario invitadoIt was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻
The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV.
Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it
The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful.

Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty.
Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy.
Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok .
Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain
Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer !
Will definitely recommend my friends and family here.

DDappy_PandaWas here for a company retreat. Location is really far from anything else, but I kinda like it this way. Its a double storey room, with a living area and a private pool on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Bathroom area is huge, there is some smell at the shower area, think its the drainage issue, and the sick is a lottle rusty. But the wonderful and friendly staff of the resort make all these small imperfection, perfect! Good job to the team! Oh, i was surprise by the breakfast spread 😃 quite a good spread of local and western choices that i kinda overeat 🤣. And credit to the chef too! I had lunch and dinner at Azura, food taste good! Recommend for family and friends gatherings.

IIrvin Jonah CheungSi no estás enojado con un hotel ”derecha en la ciudad”, este es un hotel perfecto para ti y tu familia. El barrio es muy amable y con muchos pequeños restaurantes y tiendas de comidas locales que no son caros.
Las habitaciones son muy básicas y sencillas y el hotel no está equipado con un ascensor, así que si se queda en el cuarto piso, tendrá que subir! En las habitaciones hay aparatos sencillos como televisión, cable, teléfono, copas de bebida, agua en botella, pantalones, cubiertas, tiradores, duchas de agua caliente y fría, tobillo con pasta dental, champú, jabón de barra pequeño, aire acondicionado, La habitación tiene unas cucharas firmes, y hasta un buen abrazo para que se abrasen a dormir! Desafortunadamente no hay cocinas ni café ni condimentos de té.
El paquete del hotel que tomé vino con un desayuno sencillo. Las platas son locales y espicas y a menudo se abrió con manzanas. El desayuno viene en paquetes envasados (takeaway) con todas las salsas de plata, y/o arroz en papel y envases de plástico. El café y el té con azúcar (no leche ni crema) están disponibles para su uso.
¡Por el precio de unos S$26/day, pensé que era una estupenda estancia en este hotel! Aunque no hay mucho equipamiento (porque me gustaría ir a dar una vuelta en la ciudad y ir a dar un paseo de barco), recomiendo muy bien este hotel de 2 estrellas para una estancia sencilla y asequible en Tanjung Pinang!
