The experience of staying at Sanchaya is so fabulous, impressed me deeply. The Ratree is very comfortable and lovely. The service and support from the whole team are very nice and promptly. I really love the smile of them, very sincerely and warmly. And aslo the foods in the dining room are very delicious, I really like the Indonesian foods, high quality. The hotel has beautiful lake and many lush trees, walking in the garden is so enjoyable. I am enjoying the moment at the library, peaceful and joyful. The time to circle around the lake is unforgettable to us, the best time to circle is the late of afternoon, the sunset above the lake is shocked me. Thank you guys, looking forward to staying here again.

Nuestro estancia en Said Beach House no fue nada menos que sorprendente. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal realmente fue más allá y más allá para nosotros – no sólo haciendo el mínimo, sino que constantemente hacen el esfuerzo adicional para asegurarnos que estabamos cómodos y bien cuidados. Su calor, atención, hospitalidad y pensamiento realmente hizo la experiencia mucho más especial, y es honestamente lo que nos mostró más. La comida también fue grande y siempre preparada a tiempo ... Todo fue sin salpicadura y bien organizado durante nuestra estancia! La villa en sí era muy acogedora, bien mantenida y excepcionalmente limpia. Fue un espacio cómodo para volver a la casa después de un largo día de actividades. Sólo una pequeña punta: recuerde mantener las puertas cerradas para evitar que los insectos o los mosquitos entren. Hablando de ello, Sadi Beach House es sin duda un lugar donde se sentirá muy conectado con la naturaleza. Puedes encontrar insectos o lisos (o incluso gatos desgarrados!), pero realmente advertis la experiencia global en lugar de tomarlo – es todo parte del encanto. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los metropolitanos, los metropolitanos y los metropolitanos. We loved the hospitality and service by the team at the residence. Beautiful resort with tons of activities to do. However, our room assigned was a let down as we had booked a sea view villa with a private pool. We were really looking forward to using the pool the whole stay but alas, there was a tree right on top of the pool which led to the pool being filled with leaves . On top of that, there was a wild monkey that came to our area and perched on top of the said tree. Fearing that it would snatch our items , we had to come out of the pool get back into our rooms for our own safety. When we tried to come out again when we saw that the monkey had left, we instead got chased by bees that were buzzing around the tree just on top the pool. So overall, we only managed to use the pool a total of just 20mins for our entire stay as soon after, the pool was just filled with dead leaves and dead insects. Really disappointed that we didn’t manage to fully enjoy this beautiful villa to its fullest. We had plans to have a nice relaxing rest at our balcony/pool only to not have it at all. I hope the management can do something about this. For reference, my room was 313, booked on 15-16 August 2026.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Bintan! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, clean, and offering breathtaking views that made our vacation truly unforgettable. What made our experience even more special was how the team went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday. They surprised me with thoughtful decorations and a lovely birthday arrangement that made the day extra memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality exceeded all our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the city. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you for making my birthday celebration and our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Bintan!

The free shuttle from the ferry to the resort was super smooth. We got a great fruit juice and a warm welcome from the front desk. Lots of free activities there too. I was really looking forward to the dance and aqua dance, but after waiting in the lobby, we found out there wouldn't be a class that day. It would've been nice if they'd put up a notice so we didn't wait for nothing. Then we did other stuff like rock painting, animal education, and tie-dye tote bags, which was awesome. I even chatted with Mizhelle as she passed our dried tie dye the next morning while she did my henna – such a happy person! The room was pretty clean and roomy. The AC worked great, and they even gave us a cute, big woven bag to use. I brought earplugs because reviews said you could hear people outside. But all we heard were buggies, crickets, and frogs, so it was all good. Our stay included daily breakfast, and the hospitality was amazing. They greeted us by name, which made us feel special. The staff even remembered our names when we just walked by them – effort 10/10! We did the BBQ, which was an 8/10. It was a cozy dinner setup. Unfortunately, there were tons of mosquitoes feasting on us while we BBQ'd and ate, even with repellent on. The staff forgot the oil spreader, so we couldn't cook for a bit. But the night was still a great experience for us both. Definitely a memorable vacation. I just wish the lagoon stayed open longer than 6 pm.

En nuestras 2 días de viaje de bicicleta padre/hijo a través de Bintan Occidental, hemos encontrado este hermoso lugar, y nos encanta el campo de tipo grano, que está entre las colinas y las savanas con la tierra roja y los árboles de palmeras de Bintan. La zona de recepción ya está en el centro de la ciudad, y usted está en un mundo muy agradable y bienvenido. El propietario ha establecido que es un centro de formación y aprendizaje sostenible para los jóvenes, al mismo tiempo que ofrece actividades de huéspedes excelentes y bien integradas para familias, niños y grupos. El hotel está situado en una de las casas de lago, cerca de uno de los lagos pequeños y relajados, y mi hijo 5o amó cada pulgada de él. La comida es muy deliciosa y con un poco de especias, la máquina de café es italiana, el desayuno ofrece una selección de dos menús que le hace fácil no elegir mal. Yanu fue muy favorable al ingeniero de un kite y nos ayudó a hacer que volara (incluso fuera de su turno). El Bintan Ferry toma bicicletas para transporte, así que haz cabinas 6-seater en Singapur.

Un lugar increíble para alojarse si lo que necesita es relajarse y recargar energías en un ambiente tranquilo. Simplemente disfrute de su tiempo libre sentado en el patio de su villa con vista al mar y contemple el océano o camine por la playa recogiendo conchas y encontrando cangrejos de barro en su interior. No era la primera vez que nos alojábamos en Mayang Sari ni en ninguna otra propiedad de Nirwana. Por lo tanto, el personal sonriente con su servicio impecable nunca sorprende, sino que siempre es un placer. Mayang Sari tiene su propio restaurante, el Deli Cafe, donde podrá degustar delicias locales e internacionales y bebidas. La propiedad cuenta con un restaurante indio, Spice, a 5 minutos a pie de Mayang Sari, y Nirwana también tiene su propio restaurante. Ofrecen un servicio de transporte desde y hacia la terminal de ferry, lo que resulta muy conveniente. Cabe mencionar que esto es Lagoi, así que no espere encontrar centros comerciales cerca, y el centro de la ciudad se encuentra en la zona de Tanjung Pinang.

Room was a little dirty (we found bugs on the bed, lizards on the walls and cats meowing at the door when we were trying to sleep). Room service was good for the first few days, but over the thursday and friday it took 1 hour 30mins for 3 drinks to reach the room -- it was as if they forgot about our order. location is out of the tourist area on the east side of the beach, so not much to do at night but we already knew this before hand so no complaints there. Pool breakfast was great, food was decent and overall a decent stay for its price point, although definitely room for improvement

Clean and excellent stay with great service and massage! Cleanliness - rooms, amenities in the resort were clean Amenities/ facilities - great for the price. Quite a few activities to do which you can book through the resort, reasonably priced. Swimming pool is beautiful, and there’s many small quiet areas to chill. Service from staff is really great Food - there’s no Uber / grab here so settle all food at the resort. Food is yummy and reasonably priced! Location - More of a boutique resort I’d say, nestled in a quiet kampung by the beach and surrounded by mangroves. No Uber / grab from the ferry terminal so you have to drive or book with them for IDR400K. It’s an hour’s journey with a comfortable car. Massage - EXCELLENT Javanese massage, therapists know what they’re doing. It’s located by the beach which is really soothing

Si no estás enojado con un hotel ”derecha en la ciudad”, este es un hotel perfecto para ti y tu familia. El barrio es muy amable y con muchos pequeños restaurantes y tiendas de comidas locales que no son caros. Las habitaciones son muy básicas y sencillas y el hotel no está equipado con un ascensor, así que si se queda en el cuarto piso, tendrá que subir! En las habitaciones hay aparatos sencillos como televisión, cable, teléfono, copas de bebida, agua en botella, pantalones, cubiertas, tiradores, duchas de agua caliente y fría, tobillo con pasta dental, champú, jabón de barra pequeño, aire acondicionado, La habitación tiene unas cucharas firmes, y hasta un buen abrazo para que se abrasen a dormir! Desafortunadamente no hay cocinas ni café ni condimentos de té. El paquete del hotel que tomé vino con un desayuno sencillo. Las platas son locales y espicas y a menudo se abrió con manzanas. El desayuno viene en paquetes envasados (takeaway) con todas las salsas de plata, y/o arroz en papel y envases de plástico. El café y el té con azúcar (no leche ni crema) están disponibles para su uso. ¡Por el precio de unos S$26/day, pensé que era una estupenda estancia en este hotel! Aunque no hay mucho equipamiento (porque me gustaría ir a dar una vuelta en la ciudad y ir a dar un paseo de barco), recomiendo muy bien este hotel de 2 estrellas para una estancia sencilla y asequible en Tanjung Pinang! ¡Tenga un día bendito de Dios!
