The experience of staying at Sanchaya is so fabulous, impressed me deeply. The Ratree is very comfortable and lovely. The service and support from the whole team are very nice and promptly. I really love the smile of them, very sincerely and warmly. And aslo the foods in the dining room are very delicious, I really like the Indonesian foods, high quality. The hotel has beautiful lake and many lush trees, walking in the garden is so enjoyable. I am enjoying the moment at the library, peaceful and joyful. The time to circle around the lake is unforgettable to us, the best time to circle is the late of afternoon, the sunset above the lake is shocked me. Thank you guys, looking forward to staying here again.

Our stay at Said Beach House was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond for us – not just doing the bare minimum, but consistently making the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness really made the experience so much more special, and it's honestly what stood out to us the most. The food was also great and always prepared on time... everything was seamless and well-organised throughout our stay! The villa itself was very cozy, well-kept and exceptionally clean. It was a comfortable space to come back to after a long day of activities. Just a small tip: do remember to keep the doors closed to prevent insects or mosquitoes from entering. Speaking of that, Sadi Beach House is definitely a place where you will feel very connected to nature. You may occasionally come across insects or lizards (or even stray cats!), but it really ads to the overall experience rather than taking away from it – it's all part of the charm. The location was perfect for us. While amenities like minimarts may be a little further out, it meant that the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It's the ideal place if you're looking to unwind and take a break from the noise and pace of city life. Overall, we had such a lovely stay and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff who made everything feel so effortless and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend Sadi Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Great service overall. From ferry arrival to check-out. Front desk and restaurant staff were excellent. The room was clean with a beautiful view, and the pool was large with plenty of daybeds. There are many activities to choose but laying all day in pool daybed was our favorite activities. However, pool management really needs improvement. Used daybeds were not cleared, with dirty towels left everywhere also dirty plates/floors, making it hard to tell which was available. There was also no staff readily providing towels, requests took too long. If no staff is assigned, towels should simply be prepared on the daybeds.

En nuestras 2 días de viaje de bicicleta padre/hijo a través de Bintan Occidental, hemos encontrado este hermoso lugar, y nos encanta el campo de tipo grano, que está entre las colinas y las savanas con la tierra roja y los árboles de palmeras de Bintan. Yanu fue muy favorable al ingeniero de un kite y nos ayudó a hacer que volara (incluso fuera de su turno). Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

Initially we were excited and found the resort very beautiful with beautiful beaches n lots of good food. The whole experience was marred due to the check-out episode which we believe should not have happened. The towels which should have been changed every day, were not changed accordingly but we did not complain. The episode of a missing bathrobe which we used on the 2nd day was informed when checking out. We were actually quite pissed off, the reason why we checked out so early was because we need to take the earliest ferry back to Malaysia and yet we are delayed because of the missing bathrobe... who in their right mind would want to steal your wet damp bathrobe? After nearly half an hour of explaining, the man manning the receptionist counter finally allowed us to go. Luckily thanks to our drivers who managed to reach the Ferry Terminal safely especially thru the long n winding road to the Terminal.

Clean and excellent stay with great service and massage! Cleanliness - rooms, amenities in the resort were clean Amenities/ facilities - great for the price. Quite a few activities to do which you can book through the resort, reasonably priced. Swimming pool is beautiful, and there’s many small quiet areas to chill. Service from staff is really great Food - there’s no Uber / grab here so settle all food at the resort. Food is yummy and reasonably priced! Location - More of a boutique resort I’d say, nestled in a quiet kampung by the beach and surrounded by mangroves. No Uber / grab from the ferry terminal so you have to drive or book with them for IDR400K. It’s an hour’s journey with a comfortable car. Massage - EXCELLENT Javanese massage, therapists know what they’re doing. It’s located by the beach which is really soothing

From my room, the view is beautifully natural, and around the hotel, there are facilities such as flying fox activities to enjoy. It is a great place for family bonding.

Families first time to this place very nice to relax. So thankful who fetch us Tedi (martedi) very kind , good service and pleasant. To manger Hardi first assist us very clear to explain so helpful, kind, good service and friendly. Nur who smiling face. Good ambience and relaxing. Breakfast good complete. My kids love it especially egg prata but our last day prata over cook,(sad),cannot service . The best snorkelling we recommend this water sport. Everything perfect except to shower so little water come out and cannot control heat . Cleaning of room Okay everyday cleaning but never wash the cups. And never give shower gel and shampoo. Overall relax and wonderful experience. We will come back here hope got changed for shower.
