El hotel y sus instalaciones son muy agradables. Aquí y allá se necesitan algunas mejoras, pero por lo demás es un hotel muy atractivo con características encantadoras. Una estancia muy agradable comienza con un salón exclusivo en la terminal de ferry que está disponible a la llegada y a la salida (se encarga de su visado y otros requisitos). El viaje al hotel propiamente dicho se realiza en unos 20 minutos en autobús lanzadera del hotel. Puede elegir entre suites de estilo colonial en el edificio principal o cerca o villas de estilo tailandés/bali en el gran terreno y a un corto paseo del edificio principal. Las villas tailandesas son muy bonitas, llenas de todas las comodidades necesarias y algunos productos de alta gama. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, terraza al aire libre con asientos y un exterior bien cuidado lo hacen realmente agradable. En la sección principal, la piscina con sus 50 metros de longitud es un verdadero punto destacado, junto con la muy fácil y cercana proximidad a la prístina y enorme sección de playa. Aunque está orientada al norte, la playa está en realidad en una bahía y se puede explorar durante horas. También vale la pena mencionar el spa que ofrece tratamientos realmente sorprendentes administrados por terapeutas muy experimentados que realmente lo mimarán de principio a fin. Lamentablemente, también hay una serie de deficiencias. Aunque el hotel proporciona repelente de insectos para su uso diario, ni siquiera las mejores medidas de prevención y los mejores esfuerzos de limpieza y fumigación del personal evitarán que miles de millones de pulgas de arena lo ataquen en la playa, especialmente después de la lluvia o durante las horas de la noche, cuando se convierte en su cena. Sin embargo, el mayor inconveniente es la sección de comida y bebida. Para un hotel que opera en una categoría de precio tan alta, el restaurante es una verdadera decepción, tal vez incluso la única razón para no volver. Sí, las bebidas están bien preparadas (supongo que se puede esperar a precios de más de 20 dólares estadounidenses), pero el servicio del restaurante realmente carece de lo necesario. La comida, por cara que sea, carece de cualquier tipo de imaginación, carece de toques especiales y, sin duda, no representa la cocina indonesia en ninguna forma. Como ya hemos dicho, el personal es muy amable y hace todo lo posible, pero si no se les enseña lo básico o están dirigidos por gerentes indiferentes, entonces las cosas tienen que cambiar. La gestión viene de arriba. En resumen, si buscas un lugar agradable para relajarte en un edificio de estilo colonial, no demasiado concurrido y con una hermosa piscina, prueba el Sanchaya. Sin embargo, si buscas una cocina que no sea mala, ni siquiera ordinaria, entonces es mejor que busques en otro lado.

We spent 2 nights in celebration of our Wedding Anniversary cum Valentine's Day. The quiet tranquility and peace coupled with nice breakfast meals were what my wife and I were quite looking forward to...away from the hustle and bustle. It is an art this days to just sit back and reconnect with each other and perhaps do...nothing except enjoy each other's company... We had one of the most delectable deep fried calamari at the Kelong Elly located just next to SADI Beach House. The 2 nights spent at SADI has been a great experience. The SADI Team has been very attentive and making every bit of our stay memorable. Looking forward to revisit next time with a whole group of friends seeking solace! Special mentioned to Tika and Irma, the customer service staff, who connected with me via WhatsApp prior to our arrival so that we are aware of the necessary. Much appreciated. Overall, we feel recharged after our stay. 😊🙏🏼

En nuestras 2 días de viaje de bicicleta padre/hijo a través de Bintan Occidental, hemos encontrado este hermoso lugar, y nos encanta el campo de tipo grano, que está entre las colinas y las savanas con la tierra roja y los árboles de palmeras de Bintan. La zona de recepción ya está en el centro de la ciudad, y usted está en un mundo muy agradable y bienvenido. El propietario ha establecido que es un centro de formación y aprendizaje sostenible para los jóvenes, al mismo tiempo que ofrece actividades de huéspedes excelentes y bien integradas para familias, niños y grupos. Yanu fue muy favorable al ingeniero de un kite y nos ayudó a hacer que volara (incluso fuera de su turno). Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer ! Will definitely recommend my friends and family here. Thank you to all team from Pantai Indah :)

The hotel is part of a bigger resort property. The hotel location is good and the staff service attitude is great. However, the quality of the foods served in the restaurants are not good. The goods sold in the Happy Marts inside the resort property are extremely overpriced which are 3 to 4 times more expensive than in Singapore. Further, the gym in the Recreation Centre has a very strong mouldy smell. The quality of the SPA is not good. The technique of the masseurs should be improved. Also, the air-conditioner in the massage room is broken. Not worth to have any SPA treatment there.

Pros: Kids club and kid-friendly pool/water play were great. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and amenities were provided. There’s also a gym and massage service available. Cons: Very poor soundproofing — could hear people talking and laughing from the street. Hotel was under maintenance and felt rundown. Floor felt sticky and not clean, room was stuffy with mosquitoes, and air-conditioning was not cooling even at 18°C. Bathroom was not kid-friendly. Massage was done in a regular hotel room with no music or ambience, making it uncomfortable. Reception staff were generally friendly, except during check-in. I was asked to provide proof for an issue that was not my mistake, which made the experience unpleasant. Overall: Good facilities for kids, but cleanliness, maintenance, air-conditioning, and check-in experience need improvement.

La entrada fue rápida y fácil. Las habitaciones ya estaban explotando la temperatura fría en 16C con una tarjeta insertada en el sistema. Mucho apreciado debido al clima super caliente. La piscina era pequeña. La sala de fitness era pequeña. Encerrada con vidrio con el aire libre superior, de modo que puede ser muy caliente y húmedo. La camioneta era pateada. Es más de un tipo de camioneta de origen que el que se encuentra habitualmente en los hoteles. Mi grupo de 14 adultos decidió cenar en el café/restaurante. El menú es limitado pero suficiente para probar la comida local. Desafortunadamente, la comida fue muy lenta y se llegó en pedazos y piezas, es decir, 1 plato salió después de esperar 10-15min. Excellent location away from the usual water parks and tourists. The resort is only an hr from the ferry terminal, for an additional fee, they can arrange pickup/drop off. The room is way better than the photos advertised. Every amenity you can think of is available including insect repellent cream. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to nature. There are a few species of kingfishers, sandpipers and swifts, raptors, etc just to name a few. The main highlight of this place is when the tide is low, you can walk out and go fish hunting, spot different species of crabs, and mudskippers, etc. Since it is a mangrove beach, inevitably there are sandflies so it's important to cover up when heading to the beach. The staff are friendly and food is amazing. I will be back again hopefully in the near future.
