The experience of staying at Sanchaya is so fabulous, impressed me deeply. The Ratree is very comfortable and lovely. The service and support from the whole team are very nice and promptly. I really love the smile of them, very sincerely and warmly. And aslo the foods in the dining room are very delicious, I really like the Indonesian foods, high quality. The hotel has beautiful lake and many lush trees, walking in the garden is so enjoyable. I am enjoying the moment at the library, peaceful and joyful. The time to circle around the lake is unforgettable to us, the best time to circle is the late of afternoon, the sunset above the lake is shocked me. Thank you guys, looking forward to staying here again.

Nuestro estancia en Said Beach House no fue nada menos que sorprendente. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal realmente fue más allá y más allá para nosotros – no sólo haciendo el mínimo, sino que constantemente hacen el esfuerzo adicional para asegurarnos que estabamos cómodos y bien cuidados. Todo fue sin salpicadura y bien organizado durante nuestra estancia! La villa en sí era muy acogedora, bien mantenida y excepcionalmente limpia. Fue un espacio cómodo para volver a la casa después de un largo día de actividades. Sólo una pequeña punta: recuerde mantener las puertas cerradas para evitar que los insectos o los mosquitos entren. Hablando de ello, Sadi Beach House es sin duda un lugar donde se sentirá muy conectado con la naturaleza. Puedes encontrar insectos o lisos (o incluso gatos desgarrados!), pero realmente advertis la experiencia global en lugar de tomarlo – es todo parte del encanto. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los metropolitanos, los metropolitanos y los metropolitanos. We loved the hospitality and service by the team at the residence. Beautiful resort with tons of activities to do. However, our room assigned was a let down as we had booked a sea view villa with a private pool. We were really looking forward to using the pool the whole stay but alas, there was a tree right on top of the pool which led to the pool being filled with leaves . On top of that, there was a wild monkey that came to our area and perched on top of the said tree. Fearing that it would snatch our items , we had to come out of the pool get back into our rooms for our own safety. When we tried to come out again when we saw that the monkey had left, we instead got chased by bees that were buzzing around the tree just on top the pool. So overall, we only managed to use the pool a total of just 20mins for our entire stay as soon after, the pool was just filled with dead leaves and dead insects. Really disappointed that we didn’t manage to fully enjoy this beautiful villa to its fullest. We had plans to have a nice relaxing rest at our balcony/pool only to not have it at all. I hope the management can do something about this. For reference, my room was 313, booked on 15-16 August 2026.

¡Tuvimos una estadía genial en Cassia! 1) El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a saludar a las personas con una sonrisa, charlas informales, se esforzó al máximo para brindar un servicio de primera. Un agradecimiento especial a Yance (lo conocimos en el club de playa Xana), que fue muy amable y estuvo dispuesto a hacer todo lo posible para garantizar que la pasáramos muy bien ☺️ y al instructor de Zumba, que era un derroche de energía 😂 2) La comida estaba deliciosa, Lotus Cafe, U Beach Club, Vista, Treetops, probé la comida de todos los lugares mencionados y ¡fue increíble! Deliciosa, limpia y superó mis expectativas. 3) Actividades divertidas: bádminton, voleibol de playa, fútbol, ​​tenis de mesa, aqua Zumba, fiesta en la piscina con espuma, etc. ¡La piscina infinita también fue genial! Estaba súper limpia y el agua no estaba fría. 4) La habitación estaba limpia, brindan agua potable todos los días, torre de playa con una bolsa (¡lo cual es genial!). También brindan servicio de transporte gratuito para recoger y dejar en la terminal de ferry (en autobús operado por el hotel). No tengo nada de que quejarme de este lugar, muy recomendable 🫶🏼

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Bintan! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, clean, and offering breathtaking views that made our vacation truly unforgettable. What made our experience even more special was how the team went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday. They surprised me with thoughtful decorations and a lovely birthday arrangement that made the day extra memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality exceeded all our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the city. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you for making my birthday celebration and our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Bintan!

The free shuttle from the ferry to the resort was super smooth. We got a great fruit juice and a warm welcome from the front desk. Lots of free activities there too. I was really looking forward to the dance and aqua dance, but after waiting in the lobby, we found out there wouldn't be a class that day. It would've been nice if they'd put up a notice so we didn't wait for nothing. Then we did other stuff like rock painting, animal education, and tie-dye tote bags, which was awesome. I even chatted with Mizhelle as she passed our dried tie dye the next morning while she did my henna – such a happy person! The room was pretty clean and roomy. The AC worked great, and they even gave us a cute, big woven bag to use. I brought earplugs because reviews said you could hear people outside. But all we heard were buggies, crickets, and frogs, so it was all good. Our stay included daily breakfast, and the hospitality was amazing. They greeted us by name, which made us feel special. The staff even remembered our names when we just walked by them – effort 10/10! We did the BBQ, which was an 8/10. It was a cozy dinner setup. Unfortunately, there were tons of mosquitoes feasting on us while we BBQ'd and ate, even with repellent on. The staff forgot the oil spreader, so we couldn't cook for a bit. But the night was still a great experience for us both. Definitely a memorable vacation. I just wish the lagoon stayed open longer than 6 pm.

En nuestras 2 días de viaje de bicicleta padre/hijo a través de Bintan Occidental, hemos encontrado este hermoso lugar, y nos encanta el campo de tipo grano, que está entre las colinas y las savanas con la tierra roja y los árboles de palmeras de Bintan. La comida es muy deliciosa y con un poco de especias, la máquina de café es italiana, el desayuno ofrece una selección de dos menús que le hace fácil no elegir mal. Yanu fue muy favorable al ingeniero de un kite y nos ayudó a hacer que volara (incluso fuera de su turno). Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this resort. Nice room with a balcony and sea view. Daily breakfast included , and has plenty of options, buffet style , from local food to eggs your way , fruit , bread and the best of all - prata. Restaurant on site offers delicious food. Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again.

Clean and excellent stay with great service and massage! Cleanliness - rooms, amenities in the resort were clean Amenities/ facilities - great for the price. Quite a few activities to do which you can book through the resort, reasonably priced. Swimming pool is beautiful, and there’s many small quiet areas to chill. Service from staff is really great Food - there’s no Uber / grab here so settle all food at the resort. Food is yummy and reasonably priced! Location - More of a boutique resort I’d say, nestled in a quiet kampung by the beach and surrounded by mangroves. No Uber / grab from the ferry terminal so you have to drive or book with them for IDR400K. It’s an hour’s journey with a comfortable car. Massage - EXCELLENT Javanese massage, therapists know what they’re doing. It’s located by the beach which is really soothing
