UUsuario anónimoEl hotel es muy nuevo, muy limpio y tiene una buena ubicación. ¡Está a unos 560 metros de la estación de metro y de la estación de tren! ¡Muy conveniente! ¡La habitación también es bastante grande y muy cómoda! ! La calefacción también es cómoda y se puede ajustar. No hay hemorragias nasales secas como se menciona en Internet. ¡Aún tienes que experimentarlo tú mismo! La comida para llevar también la entregan robots. Principalmente el personal de recepción, tanto hombres como mujeres, es muy amable. ! ! Me sentí realmente conmovido. Mi habitación parece ser la 603. Me gustaría quedarme aquí de nuevo el año que viene. Limpio, seguro e higiénico. Sin embargo, algunos viajeros fumaban en el vestíbulo delantero, lo cual era realmente incómodo. Espero que pueda haber más señales de no fumar.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

The rooms are modern, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and a separate toilet area. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle, the courteous driver and staff, and even the elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—an affordable all-you-can-eat option for just 20 RMB. You can also order dumplings or wontons off the menu. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the countryside air was fresh, and there were restaurants just a short walk away. We liked it so much that we stayed here twice on our trip. Would definitely recommend it!

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede llegar a pie a Central Street, la iglesia de Santa Sofía, la Torre Conmemorativa de Control de Inundaciones y otras atracciones famosas en unos 10 minutos. Es conveniente ir a cualquier lugar si quieres ir a Barroco o Hielo y Nieve. Mundo, hay varias líneas de autobús abajo. Esta vez Recomendado por un amigo local, el hotel que elegí es muy satisfactorio. Solo si te quedas bien puedes pasar un buen rato. ¡Así que pruébalo!

This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. OOtautahianWe chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there.
All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside.
My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech
The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money
!
The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats.
👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process.
🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort
The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems.
📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day
The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious.
If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request.
⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient
Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy.
We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day.
If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.
