Accueil sympathique et agréable du personnel et du patron. Les femmes de chambre sont aussi sympathiques. Chambre propre et assez pour deux personnes. Les lits sont confortables et assez grands, Comme il s'agit d'un ancien etap hôtel je crois, le défaut est qu'il y a une place pour une troisième personne au dessus du lit principal. Ce qui peut être gênant pour les grandes personnes. Une couette plus épaisse serait appréciée. Mais la climatisation fonctionne très bien. Pour éviter trop de bruit de route, car nous sommes à Apt, proche du centre je conseille le côté cour. Là la tranquillité est certaine. L'établissement est situé à peu près à 300 m du centre de la ville. Nous y avons séjourné plus d'une semaine et nous en gardons un bon souvenir. L'établissement est situé proche de commerces dont un centre Leclerc. L'office du tourisme est juste à côté de l'hôtel. Je recommande cet établissement. Le plus il possède un garage et des places de parking en nombres importantes.

Atmosphere: Comfortable/cozy. This place is beautifully/tastefully decorated while also being very approachable where people feel they can sit and relax. To me, this is the perfect/ideal combination. Great for a group of friends, family, or a date night. Probably my most favorite location in terms of venue. Parking: There is parking available along the street in front of the hotel and more around the corner (as well as a small parking lot) if needed. When we arrived there were 2 spots available on the street in front of the hotel for our 7:30pm reservation. Dress code: It’s part of the hotel so you see a wide assortment of clothing, leaning more casual. Jeans and a nice top are appropriate. Service: Good. Professional and attentive. Drinks: I had a mocktail which was a homemade earl grey iced tea which was subtle and not very sweet. My husband had a rose recommended to him and enjoyed it. Food: - Pacing: Perfect amount of breathing room between courses so you did not feel rushed or felt like you were waiting too long. - Bread: Nice rustic bread served with local olive oil and salt - Water tip for any restaurant: if you just want tap water, ask for a “carafe d’eau” - Appetizers: I had the burrata with cucumbers, mint, and jalapeños and this was incredibly good. More of a spring dish than a fall dish, but it did not matter because it was hands down delicious. My husband had the the squash/egg/shaved carrot dish. My husband enjoyed it but I found it a bit sweet for my liking. - Mains: We took the waiter’s recommendation. I had the lamb shoulder with quinoa which was a miss in my husband’s and my opinion and combined we did not finish the dish. If you do not like cilantro, steer clear of this dish. I do like cilantro and it was a lot/overpowering for me. The meat was a stew meat consistency (soft/a bit fatty) that I usually like, but the flavoring just missed the mark. My husband had the butcher’s cut with potatoes. For the evening it was a pork tenderloin. It was perfectly cooked, a little pink and very juicy. It comes with this brown sauce and green sauce that worked well with the meat and the piping hot roasted potatoes. - Dessert: We shared 3 scoops of the Ravi’s ice cream which is in the town’s square. Consistency was perfect. Our favorite was the almond flavor which little pieces of almond. Orange blossom flavor was very light (I could not taste it but my husband could). The lavender had a strong but not overpowering taste.

Comemos todos nuestros desayunos en la terraza. La habitación es muy cómoda y bien servida dos veces al día - agua fresca proporcionada cada día. El desayuno era delicioso y abundante, aunque la mayoría de los días no se obtuvieron exactamente lo que ordenamos era siempre saboroso! ¡Ojalá tuviera tiempo suficiente para un masaje, así como ..... Nuestros alimentos fueron excepcionales. En nuestra segunda noche, comimos en la de su estrella única -- La Table de Xavier Mathieu -- y fue fabuloso. Cada curso era excepcionalmente creativo - teníamos el menú de descubrimiento y especialmente nos gustaba el Sha-bu-Sha-bu y el ternero con la salsa de Túnez, pero todos los cursos fueron deliciosos y creativos reinvenciones sobre comidas de todo el mundo. Nos encantaba Provence - especialmente las ciudades de Luberon de Saignon, Rousillon y Lourmanin (tenemos un excelente almuerzo en Lourmanin!). En nuestro segundo día de viaje, visitamos Chateneuf de Pope para el sabor del vino, tuvimos un excelente almuerzo, y luego la visitada Avignon -- que es una hermosa y viviente ciudad!!- y tuvimos una cena fabulosa allí. Así que comíamos bien en toda Provence! En general, Le Phébus & Spa es un lugar excelente y una gran base para explorar Provence, y nos recomendamos encarecidamente!!!

In a wonderful position next to the river but a great disappoin**ent . The hotel room was good but the food in the restaurant was inedible and I suggest if you stay there you eat elsewhere . It was a very badly balanced set menu as I sat down to read it My heart sank as I had been looking forward to the dinner My wife had was what was called Tarte tartin of vegetables it was a tasteless cold mush and was left unfinished Main course was the dish of the day described as duck with home made French fries I would be very very surprised that they were home made if they were the chef had done a good job in making them look and taste just like frozen chips the duck was stewed and again inedible and tasteless I had Foie Gras OK but just cut off a roll of supermarket Foie Gras or again well disguised to look and taste like it had been bought from a supermarket I was then left with a very limited choose for the main course I did not want Maigre the hamburger was vegetarian the beef was an extra €16 on the B menu so went a la Carte and chose a very small dried up trout with masses of artichokes as the only vegetable It was not worth risking the desserts clearly nobody could cook We wanted to relax after our “dinner “ in a bar or lounge There was a bar but no seats we were directed to what they called the salon it was in fact just two plastic chairs at the end of a restaurant that was enormous and had no charm The dining area had been set for perhaps 100 Wisely only About 8 people had heard the warning with nowhere to sit we had to go to our room We had left our lovely home to stay away a night and ended up in really no more than a motel with empty restaurant poor food and I have to say friendly staff who I am sure were looking forward to closing for the winter We very wisely cancelled our second booked night and left

Hotel just outside Joucas is in a beautiful, quiet location and commanding amazing views across the Luberon valley. Perfect location to visit Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes and other stunning hilltop villages in this region. Staff were extremely friendly on check-in and in general throughout our 7 night stay. Our room was Superior Room but certainly not close to 5 star standard. Firstly many dings on the walls and scrapes from luggage. Easily fixed with a coat of paint but not done on our arrival. Also mould on bathroom tiling and grout where fixture had been removed. Pump soap and amenity dispensers found in the bathroom, rather than individual toiletries, always look cheap and appear to be counting pennies and trying to economize which I don’t expect in a true 5 star hotel. One 330ml of water per day during service also suggests same and another guest was seen complaining about this and comparing to other 5 star hotels. There appeared to be many helpful and friendly staff during our stay but service just did not seem great and somewhat unrefined, especially at breakfast, which seemed chaotic. On our last day, a Friday and likely busiest day, one poor guy was trying to service the whole of the breakfast terrace on his own. No pool service really either, so again, seemingly plenty of staff just not attending to 5 star expectations. Beautiful area, views and buildings at the hotel but just needs some refining, attention to detail and taking care of some key expectations to become truly 5 star.

La habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy agradable. En el hotel, el hotel está situado a pocos minutos de Roussillon, donde comimos la mayoría de las cenas. We stayed here for 3 nights,and we received Cambre del Maestro at first floor. This Mas is part of Les Collectionneurs and entering here seems like you are home or in your very good friend’s home. Everything is authentic and well positioned, in a peacefull place, just over the street there is a meadow where there were two white horses( like a story…). We also had a elegant bathroom with all amenities, very clean. The single minus was that there was not a little fridge in the room - the weather was so hot-but Mara helped us by keeping some beer and water in them fridge. This Mas has a wonderful yard with a large swimming pool, with and amazing view of Falaise de la Madeleine, pool beds, umbrellas. Breakfast is so “french” : different kind of bread, croissants, different kind of confiture, butter, fruits, cakes, yogurt and -the most important- a very good coffee. We also had the possibility to make tea, coffee all day long, we found limonade at swimming pool, water, etc. Everything was excellent , the owners Mara and Jerome are very kind and helpful. We mad enew friends : Jango and Shippy - the dog and the cat - the real owners of Mas aux Cedre. I recommand staying here and for sure we’ll come back.
