El hotel tiene un personal muy profesional. Buen desayuno...variado y rico. Depende de la hora en que se baje se tiene que hacer un poco de cola por las medidas covid. La habitación muy limpia. Se tiene que avisar que te hagan la habitación cada día...si no se avisa no la limpian. Habitación con vistas espectaculares a las catedrales

TLDR: The Hotel Luc met minimum expectations of a luxury hotel, but its management failed to address a simple incident, ultimately impacting a very meaningful trip, during which I got engaged. When planning my recent trip to Berlin, I debated between Hotel Luc and the Westin, ultimately choosing the former. Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Luc has left me regretting this decision. A luxury boutique hotel should excel in room decor, cleanliness, accessible amenities, and courteous staff. However, what truly sets a luxury hotel apart is its management's ability to provide tailored service to guests in handling incidents or requests. So what happened? I got engaged on this trip and wanted to capture the moment in photos around Berlin. Excitedly putting on my favorite cotton dress shirt, I used the hotel iron on the cotton setting. Shockingly, the iron burned huge hole in my shirt, turning the fabric into plastic that stuck to the iron. Immediately, I reported the incident to the front desk, who directed me to email the manager. The manager’s response: “I am very sorry that your shirt apparently could not withstand the heat of the iron and was irreparably damaged. However, I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you a refund/ reimbur*****t for this. The use of irons in the room is at your own risk and we are not liable in this case. As it concerns the rear collar area, I hope that you will receive goodwill from the manufacturer by explaining the situation and explicitly pointing out that you have only selected the lowest ironing heat - this may change the liability towards the manufacturer.” In summary, the hotel manager: - Refuses to admit the iron was faulty - Denied any liability - Shifted blame to the clothing manufacturer (Bonobos) - Suggests that I should lie to the clothing manufacturer about the iron setting Upon returning to the US, I filed a complaint with Marriott, which accidentally directed my complaint to the wrong hotel (Moxy). Despite the error, Moxy, an international Marriott brand, promptly offered reimbur*****t, no questions asked. When I corrected the mistake and told them it was the Hotel Luc that was liable, the Hotel Luc manager continued to deny responsibility. A few takeaways from this: - Stay at a larger international brand when traveling abroad for better support - The Hotel Luc failed to address common incident, refusing accountability, while an international brand quickly addressed the issue While the Hotel Luc met my minimum expectations of a luxury hotel, its management’s failure to address a simple request ultimately impacted a very meaningful trip.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. El personal es totalmente amigable a todos - desde los empresarios en las habitaciones de desayuno justo a nosotros tipos de viajeros en nuestra flecha polar y REI pantalones de viaje:) El desayuno es excelente. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las habitaciones son increíbles. Tubo completo, ducha grande, espejos grandes, buena iluminación. Las toallas son L’Occitane. Hay un fabricante de café y pods. Las ubicacións son perfectas. Nos hemos dado una tonelada de caminar -y en caminar, vi muchos de los otros hoteles de Berlín que había considerado en mi investigación. Ninguno de los otros lugares es perfecto - especialmente para un primer turista a Berlín. Podríamos caminar a la Isla del Museo en menos de 10 minutos. 10 minutos a la La puerta de Brandenburg. 10 minutos a la zona de Checkpoint Charlie. No puedo felicitar al Regent suficiente. Es uno de esos raros hoteles que acaban de hacerlo bien para nosotros.

Ubicación: tienes dos estaciones de tren cerca, Ostbanhof es el siguiente, así que podrás salir del aeropuerto en unos 25 minutos, también tienen una estación de autobús a unos 50 metros de la entrada del hotel, Hay un centro comercial, A 40 m de la ciudad y a muchos restaurantes de Kreuzberg 5-10 minutos a pie, esto puede incluir el club Watergate. La habitación era muy limpia y confortable, el WiFi funciona bien y el personal siempre te recibe con un sonrisa. El desayuno está bien servido, con muchas opciones, me sorprendió que el chef supervisó todos los días cómo se estaba haciendo. También tienen un parking.

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

Hotel relativamente grande ubicado en una ubicación céntrica y conveniente con habitaciones limpias, modernas y agradables. La habitación era muy moderna y fresca, perfecta para pasar la noche en Berlín. La ubicación del hotel es bastante difícil de superar: en transporte público y en las inmediaciones hay restaurantes, tiendas, bares, lugares de interés, etc.

Hotel bueno, me sorprendió lo grande que era, el primer día nos dieron una habitación que tenia un problema con la calefacción y era excesivo el calor que se sentía en la habitación, esto teniendo en cuenta que ya estábamos en primavera y los días eran calurosos, la solución fue cambiarnos de habitación, sin embargo sentía que la nueva habitación tenia el mismo problema aunque a esta al menos le funcionaba un poco el aire, lo mejor para controlar el calor de la habitación fue dejar cerradas las persiana exteriores para que no calentaran la habitación y dejar el aire a -5 con las ventanas abiertas, así se soluciono el problema, buena habitación, cama confortable, baño correcto, desayuno bueno sin ser excelente repetitivo no había nada diferente pero correcto. El personal habla ingles perfectamente ya que nuestro Alemán es bastante básico. La ubicación muy buena eso si en la parte oriental donde todo es mas aburrido a mi parecer. Volveríamos por la ubicación y por que para lo que ofrecen el precio es correcto.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana alojados un grupo de amigos en una habitación y ha sido calidad precio excelente. La habitación y el baño súper limpio cuando llegamos, espacio suficiente para guardar las cosas y camas muy cómodas para ser un hostal. Por 4 euros compramos sábanas y manta y la verdad que no tenemos comentario negativo. El hall muy espacioso. Cuando llegamos preguntamos si había desayuno y ofrecen ”all you can eat” por 7.90€ y mereció mucho la pena! Además de desayunar una gran variedad de alimentos, las dos mañanas aprovechamos para hacer almuerzos. La distancia del centro ha sido muy cómoda, una media hora andando, pero sin pérdida y muy a mano. Sin duda, recomendable 100%!!

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no tiene nada que ver con el hotel. ¡No olvides que el café está bien! ¡No me olvides de que el café está bien! . Ahora los precios del gas son altos en mi casa tuve un hermoso baño aquí todos los días por más de una hora. El placer es ideal para viajar. Su cerca de todo el transporte público que necesita y puede incluso caminar a Alexander Platz! . ¡Aquí estoy!

El hotel es muy bonito. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Una de las principales razones para reservar este hotel fue utilizar el skybar, sin embargo, debido a un evento privado que se cerró. Estaba bastante decepcionante y leer otras opiniones, parece que pasa mucho. Así que definitivamente algo que considerar si la reserva. Las camas fueron muy cómodas. La ducha era poderosa con agua caliente adecuada. El aire condicionado funcionaba bien y era muy necesario. ¿Habría sido agradable tener un pequeño refrigerador para mantener el agua en el agua? ¡Nos gustaría volver a reservar si llegamos a Berlín, ya que fue en una gran estancia!

Un hotel muy bien emplazado frente a la estación de trenes - metro de Osbahnhof, solamente cruzar la calle, unos 100 metros. Fusión entre hotel y hostal. Muy nuevo y con una decoración muy atractiva, la recepción como una biblioteca, las moquetas de los pasillos rematan en una simulación de alfombras. Muy tranquilo el ambiente, a pesar de un público muy joven entre semana. El cuarto de baño completo con plato de ducha, calentador de toallas, secador de pelo (casi profesional) y cer amenities. Gel de manos y gel de baño en tamaño normal (eco friendly). La limpieza de la habitación es sobre demanda (código QR en la puerta) y hay que pedirla por la tarde para el día siguiente. En la planta baja hay lockers para dejar la maleta (de pago) 3 euros / 4 todo el día (mediano y grande respectivamente). Cafetera con cápsulas y hervidor (cortesía, no me las cobraron). Si bien la recepción es 24 h, también se puede acceder a la habitación con un smartphone (lo haces online, te llega un email, etc). También había una recepcionista que hablaba español.

new place , weel designed , great staff, lovely design , very clean , very confortabile , good lication , 100% privacy in your apartament ,I didn't like : the fact the tv was beside and not in front of the bed and covered from the screen between the bed and the dining table , there is no bedside table on one side of the bed ,the wardrobe is too small for 2 people, I totally didn't like than in 4 days nobody come to clean the apartment even to change the towelss .
