10 night stay in October with friends. We have all said that we could not find anything to complain about. Hotel is kept immaculately clean. Food is plentiful and varied. In fact we turned down an al a carte restaurant as we couldn’t eat the amounts of food that ware being served. Every day we found something new that we had not discovered before. Staff were so friendly and attentive couldn’t do enough for you. Special mention to Burhan, in the main restaurant who looked after us for breakfast every day. Always delighted to see us and remembering our drinks and how we liked our tea. He wanted to improve his English so charted to us at any opportunity, he was so funny and kind. I cannot fault an exceptional stay at this hotel and would fully recommend. Top tip is the boat trip from the water sports team on the beach. Luxury boat with 5 people takes you to the water falls and caves. 2.5 hours. 70euros. Bit expensive but what an awesome experience.

The pool, which should be heated, is icy! It’s too cold to swim even for adults!!! All the pools in the hotel area are cold. Vacations with kids is ruined. The only comments the hotel personnel gives us — it should be warm. BUT it is not !!!!!! Do something please

I spend 4 unforgettable days at the hotel. Amazing experience. Food was super, served via different restaurants at convenient times with great variety that suits all tastes. All inclusive concept was also well applied and inclusive of all and any high quality food and/or beverages. Pools, facilities and spa were also magnificent. On top of all comes the hospitality and the continuous smile and eager to serve you better than what you expect that defines the way the staff are offering their services. The venue is super with lot of spots to gather and enjoy the weather and the company you are with. Rooms are great and spacious but I believe they could be better.

I am very confused by the situation created by Papillon Zeugma, especially considering that I have been coming to this hotel for the last 13 years - I liked the place despite it being far from perfect. However, in August 2023, assistant General Manager Mr Tuna demanded that I pay 55% over the room rate that had been previously confirmed to me over email by Mr Baris, a member of the hotel’s Sales team. 55% that the hotel demanded me to pay was due to a booking error on Mr. Baris' side. It was eventually agreed after several days’ worth of arguments that Papillon Zeugma’s demands were unwarranted and that, to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of both parties, I would make an additional payment representing a 31% increase to the originally quoted room rate. Having to meet the additional charges which were neither quoted to, nor agreed with me, did leave a sour taste. However, I was content that the matter had been, in my understanding, conclusively settled. Be careful before deciding to stay at this hotel and, to the extent you do, make sure you have enough spare cash to cover any extra charges that the hotel applies seemingly quite liberally without consulting, or agreeing with you first. Please also be prepared to be blacklisted by the hotel should you decide to query those charges. Other than that my stay was pretty much the usual: okayish food (I have to admit that quality of food has gone drastically down after Chefs Bey and Ahmed left Papillon Zeugma), friendly staff, amazing beach bar with great sea views, good drinks. Some evening shows were nice, the others could have been a lot better but I guess it all comes to personal preferences. Rooms could have been cleaned better - it’s very dusty in the rooms; floors are dirty.

Ramazan bayramı tatilinde ailecek 4 gece konakladık. Muadillerine göre de, fiyat/performans açısında da üst düzeyde diyebilirim. Otelin girişinden başlayan sıcaklık, lobideki karşılamayla devam etti, karşılayan arkadaş direk "Hoşgeldiniz Ozan bey" diyerek karşıladı. Deniz manzaralı standart oda seçimimiz vardı, otelde müsaitliğimiz var, sizi 55m2 lik ısıtmalı havuz çıkışlı suitte ağırlayalım mı dediler!!. Biz de bakalım dedik.. Buggy ile götürdürdüler.. Herşey muhteşemdi. GM manager Ebru hanım'a da ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum, hatta araçla dışarıya çıkıpta tekrardan otel girişinde benden oda kartını soran güvenlik biriminlerine, gösterince de isim soyisim ve oda numarası isteyerek resepsiyondan teyid alarak "tekrar hoşgeldiniz" teşekkür ediyorum. Bu şekilde daha fazlasını hak edeceğinizi düşünüyorum. Tekrar görüşmek üzere...

Papillion Zeugma is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in to when we left. We arrived quite late and were taken off to a lovely lounge where we were cooked a beautiful meal and bought macaroons on our return. The service here is exceptional, from waiting staff on roller skates by the pool, the waiters in the restaurants and to the entertainment staff. A special shout out to Umut, Teena and Jose. You guys go above and beyond to make everyone have the best time. The evening entertainment is amazing. We cannot fault this one bit, they really go above and beyond. From the night time shows, to the after parties. Nobody is pushy in this hotel which is lovely as you can just sit back and relax. The food is premium quality, with lots of variety for everyone. The drinks are again all premium bands. The lunch huts are the best, my son couldn’t wait for his lunchtime kebab. The coffee shop on site is beautiful. Wonderful coffee and cakes for a snack in the afternoon. If I had a few very minor negatives, the beds are slightly hard (but that’s personal preference) and there could be a little more for teenagers, but saying that they were never bored. The swimming pools are great and never feel over-crowded and there are sun beds a plenty. We had been down at lunchtime and still managed to get them. The slides are ok for a break away from the pool. The spa is a must to visit. I had a full body massage and came out feeling so refreshed. The rooms are a lovely size (we stayed in a 2 bedroom) with 2 bathrooms. The attention to detail is a lovely touch. The beach is actually on site, no shuttle needed. Loads of sunbeds available. (Bring beach shoes as the sand is hot and it is quite stoney going in) It was lovely of an evening to sit on the beach listening to the waves. Overall I would definitely come back here over and over again.

we stayed at this hotel in july-august 2023 and it was the best vacation. cleaning, everything was fine. high-quality cleaning was every day. secondly, food. the food was really delicious, high-quality and varied. once we visited an Mey’hane a’la carte restaurant. everything was very tasty, I recommend it. it's also great that you can visit other restaurants during the day that work according to the menu. so we discovered an Italian restaurant with an unforgettable pizza. spa. I also visited the spa during our vacation. the spa is new, everything is very nice and cozy. the massage was great. sea. the beach is clean, the water temperature at this time is wonderful. aqua park. we also visited the water park, it’s really great animation. of course I want to mention the animation in this hotel. every day there are various activities that are suitable for everyone. the animation is carried out by wonderful guys who made the whole vacation unforgettable. thanks to Huseyin, Eren, Umut, Rustem, Teena. thanks to these guys, I want to come back again🫶🏻 also, the concerts were perfect every day, at a high level. in conclusion, everyone was satisfied with this holiday and want to come back again. everything was fine as

Having arrived we were welcomed with champagne and shown to seats whilst they conducted our check in. Cases taken to our duplex room, a no hassle start to our holiday. On our first day we were welcomed by Hussain, Tina and the whole entertainment team who remembered from our previous holidays to this hotel. They have become friends over the years and offer complete dedication to their job. Our children absolutely loved the entertainment and activities provided which are available throughout the day. There are shows nightly followed by after entertainment. The staff as friendly and upbeat last thing at night as first thing in the morning. It was lovely to be remembered by staff such Kadir, Urgar, Solemon and Mustafa just to name a few who always greet you with a smile and eager to please. Kadir a special mention to you, always happy and such a good friend. The hotel offers various options for food all of which are freshly cooked and to a high standard. From an eatery based poolside to the a la cartes. Whilst the hotel was very busy it never felt crowed especially important when around the pool/beach when put altogether makes a perfect holiday destination. A perfect holiday destination for a beach or pool lover. We will certainly be returning to such a wonderful hotel, thank you again team
