CCooldayThe Samed Resorts group offers the guests a free boat shuttle service to Samed Island (even free car parking), which I find very convenient. The staff helped us loading the baggage to the boat and from the boat to the hotel. Ban Ploy sea is located right next to the pier with a few minutes walk. The check-in went smoothly. The staff was so helpful and friendly. He even offered me an upgrade room with the sea front view for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfy. At the back of the resort is a log house cafe, offering tasty cakes and fancy drinks. I feel really relaxed lying on a private beach. In the evening we were so lazy to go out, just had dinner at the hotel‘s restaurant every night. It was not cheap but everything was delicious. Overall, we are very satisfied. Highly recommended!

UUsuario invitadoОтличный отель ,расположен можно сказать прямо на пляже .можно босиком дойти от пляжа до домика .Превосходные завтраки ,начиная от фруктов .заканчивая супом .,была в разных бухтах ,эта понравилась больше всех ,очень мало народу,домашняя обстановка .Вечером если захочешь покушать можно пойти рядом в бухту ,там очень много кафе,штук 7,готовят на мангале рыбу ,мясо ,морепродукты .Есть одно замечание,очень громко гудит кондиционер ,и дул прямо в голову,приходилось вешать на него полотенце ,чтоб дуло вниз .,так спасались .Если поеду ,обязательно в этот отель ,может руководство предпримет какие нибудь действия по кондиционеру.

MMcShaneHermosa ubicación. Personal agradable. La comida estaba bien, pero nada especial. Definitivamente regresaría. Vale la pena, excepto que tenga en cuenta el horario del barco hacia la isla. Llamamos al hotel dos veces antes de ir y acordamos con el personal que llegaríamos al muelle de Ban Phe después de las 5 de la tarde, pero cuando llegamos allí nos dijeron que era demasiado tarde para un barco y que tendríamos que organizar otro transporte. ¿Por qué exactamente llamamos para arreglarlo, y por qué diablos aceptarías y luego básicamente nos arruinarías en el último minuto? No es un buen comienzo.

UUsuario invitadothe sky seaside deluxe is spacious, clean and tidy, and it is located very close to the beach.
sawasdee coco is located at one end of sai kaew beach, while it is still near other major beach restaurants, with fire shows, e.g. winkks, grand view and tonsak.
it is worth mentioning that the staff are attentive.
when i get to the sky seaside deluxe, i need to pass a short passageway via the beach and go up to the second floor.
when i check out, the housekeeping staff members were just passed by and they proactively came to us and help us brought our luggages, not just to the front desk, but to the songthaew station.
much appreciate that.

DDaMeiI stayed here for a few days with friends. We checked in on a Sunday and the staff was able to put our 4 rooms together. So the patio space outside our rooms felt like a shared living room, it was lovely.
The resort is right beside the beach, which was a relief because I have some limited mobility.
Bed was comfy, shower was hot, included some water and snacks each day.
The staff was amazing booking my return to Bangkok after checkout. They handled booking the speed boat ride and taxi to pick me up at the mainland. No stress!

UUsuario invitadoThe staff is really helpful and will go all the way to make you feel welcome. The facilities are great. I appreciated the calm and exclusivity of the beach. I had to change my room because they gave me a twin bed ( and I'm travelling alone ) but I noticed that both the bathroom had the same issue : The sink is not as clean as you'd like to. In my first room, whenever I showered all the bathroom is flooded because of the door or maybe the whole design of the showed. That being said, I've enjoyed my stay and would've stayed longer if I could. It's frankly a good hotel, and the food is really delicious.

CChris 王墨迪Overall the hotel has certainly fallen over the past 3 years and it’s pretty sad to see this happen, if you’re a single traveler or a couple I would recommend but I couldn’t recommend the hotel to families in its current state.
Management: Great management they listen to complaints, they are responsible and try to solve all issues. Sadly the management don’t have so much to work with these days.
General staff: A large percentage of the staff are Cambodian and living in limbo with the current issues between both countries. With the exception of one or two Cambodian staff most are either depressed and miserable or damn right rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. (The floor manager explained this himself)
Rooms: Nice and simple rooms the do the job but aging fast. The rooms look good but are not high quality materials and it shows the labor and material quality is low and cheap. Showers have virtually no pressure when the hotel is busy and the water won’t reach higher than luke-warm.
Location: I have to say it’s one of the best locations on the island when considering location and facilities and I guess this is their main selling point. They have shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shop and more.
Patrons: Most of the year the majority of visitors are going to be Tha and Asian, they are respectful, they have manners and they will be great to holiday alongside. During Christmas to New Year there were too many rude Europeans especially Swedish tourists, these tourists camped and took over large areas of the bar and restaurants, they moved around furniture, they were rude and disrespectful to other tourists leaving trash noise and mess wherever they visited. (Staff and management ignored)
Note: This used to be a great hotel and I have continuously visited over the past several years. Unfortunately I have begun to see a degradation of the hotel, the attitude towards western tourists (due to poor behavior of westerners) as well as issues related to the diplomatic issues between Cambodia and Thailand. I due hope this improves in the future.
With new staff or new immigration laws as well as new investment into the hotel it could easily thrive once more.

UUsuario invitadoCute little hotel in the north east of the island. The little cabanas are clean and comfortable, breakfast is solid (although limited options for vegetarians) and - best of all - the hotel has access to a private beach. Note that because of the location of the hotel on the island you will have to cross over to the other side to catch the sunset and you will see the coastline and city lights at night. Other than that, the hotel is great value for money!

SSam DockseyWas a reasonable stay for one night and the breakfast decent range of choice. Room was clean but the only thing which made me concerned was when it came to booking the grand deluxe room
It stated sea view room you can only see a little bit just a heads up for anybody staying here. Would stay here again in the future.
