La fotografía complimentaria que se sirve en el hotel es increíble, pero no te obligan a pagar por fotos adicionales, aunque al final pagamos por más como nos gustan las fotos.

KKaiJieMumI am from Singapore. I like Qu Shi because the staff service is 5 stars, super friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Their hall deco is very classy and artistic as the boss is an interior designer. Complimentary local fruits and tea sessions. There are 3 pets, 2 cats and 1 dog, clean and people friendly. I love the USB plugs in the room, not an issue if you don't have a converter. They even have loccitaine shower gel for some rooms. Super Super recommended.

CCindy TravelsThoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff didn’t understand English very well but was still super helpful. I also appreciate the little details they provided such as free water bottles on every floor and free afternoon snacks. Will definitely stay here next time if I’m in Harbin again.

¡Tu hotel me impresionó por completo! La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de atracciones como la Calle Central y la Catedral de Santa Sofía. Desde tu ventana, puedes disfrutar de la magnífica vista del río Songhua, disfrutando del brillo de las olas y las luces día y noche, lo que hace que viajar sea increíblemente cómodo.
La habitación era espaciosa y lujosa, con ventanales que iban del suelo al techo con vistas al río. La ropa de cama era suave como una nube, y los baños, separados (con ducha y seco), estaban equipados con artículos de aseo de alta gama. El difusor de aromaterapia fue un detalle encantador.
El desayuno fue abundante, el entorno precioso y las comodidades, completas. La salchicha roja local, los pasteles rusos y los fideos recién hechos estaban exquisitamente presentados, y los ingredientes eran frescos y deliciosos, lo que nos permitió empezar el día de maravilla. El servicio fue excepcional, especialmente Air, nuestro camarero, que fue muy amable e incluso nos preparó yogur impreso en 3D.
El ambiente era elegante y tranquilo, el vestíbulo olía a perfume y las instalaciones estaban impecablemente cuidadas. Desde la amable y eficiente recepción hasta el atento servicio de habitaciones, cada detalle rezumaba calidad cinco estrellas. Muy recomendable para viajeros que aprecian la calidad: ¡este hotel sin duda hará que su viaje a Harbin sea inolvidable!

Iiris83Las instalaciones del hotel son satisfactorias. Las señoras de la recepción son muy educadas. El gerente del restaurante y los camareros son muy receptivos. Los camareros en cada mesa son buenos. Sin embargo, alrededor de las nueve de la mañana, había dos. Personal del restaurante con traje y uniforme fuera de la mesa del buffet charlando, ignorando por completo el bloqueo del paso de los clientes que van y vienen, poco profesionales y chismosos.
Eran alrededor de las dos de la tarde cuando nos fuimos. El camarero del vestíbulo del primer piso actuó como si no pudiera vernos. No nos saludó ni se despidió. Estaba ocupado charlando con el conductor del coche de alquiler. quien entró. Lo mismo ocurre con los uniformados que encontré en el pasillo, sin ningún signo de interrogación. Al contrario, la tía que limpia las habitaciones está muy entusiasmada.
El Ritz siempre ha sido conocido por su servicio caballeroso y femenino. Algunos de sus camareros necesitan mejorar la profesionalidad de su servicio.

UUsuario invitadoExcellent service, fast response to all inquires. The hotel is in charge of taking you to the train station, as well as to the ski lift. Nice interior and comfortable rooms. It would be great to have a dryer for ski equipment, either in the room or just in the hotel.

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

Ggegetong首先酒店地理位置好，位於中央大街和索菲亞教堂之間，距離兩個景點非常近。實際上就在教堂對面，早晚過馬路就到。出酒店向西3、400米就是中央大街。酒店樓下是新一百和道里菜市場，如果不吃飯館，想吃各種小吃，肯定能滿足。第二，在全國許多城市住過維也納連鎖，這家無論裝修、衞生幹、服務都是非常好的。房間不大（畢竟是在老城區的景區），但温馨、乾淨，4瓶農夫山泉2聽格瓦斯都是免費。現在是冰雪季，每天大量的客人入住、離店，服務員非常繁忙，但路上見到，不論手上有沒有幹活，都是禮貌問好。早餐的種類也較多，中西都有。

MM59243****無意間入住的一間民宿，住得出乎意料，它是冰靈谷裏面的民宿，可以免費參觀冰靈谷的景點，老闆跟老闆娘都很好，幫我們做了一個很好的旅程攻略，因為我們要去雪鄉還有亞布力滑雪，讓我們有充分的時間去玩。另外呢，他們還很貼心的給我們推薦了一個鐵鍋燉大鵝，非常美味，我們第一次吃的見底那個餐廳也非常的乾淨好吃。另外那個老闆還送我們去滑雪，然後又幫我們去租卡，弄裝備呀，租衣服啊，價格又還便宜，反正附加值就是很高。他的民宿環境很好，很新，是新開的，裏面的床跟毛巾都很乾凈整潔，入住的很舒服，並且窗外的景色也很美，住在裏面也很暖和，我們連續入住了兩天。還幫我們推薦了司機帶我們去雪鄉玩了一整天，服務很好，體驗特別棒，全程都沒有踩坑，並且很耐心。那等到我們很晚才到酒店。
如果朋友過來這邊旅行，我一定會強烈推這家店，真實評價，附加值太讚了，拿錢買不到的。

UUsuario anónimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
