KKaiJieMumI am from Singapore. I like Qu Shi because the staff service is 5 stars, super friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Their hall deco is very classy and artistic as the boss is an interior designer. Complimentary local fruits and tea sessions. There are 3 pets, 2 cats and 1 dog, clean and people friendly. I love the USB plugs in the room, not an issue if you don't have a converter. They even have loccitaine shower gel for some rooms. Super Super recommended.

He always tried his best to assist us with transportation arrangements and travel questions, and followed up proactively to make sure everything was smooth. His attitude and service truly made our stay more comfortable and stress-free.
The hotel location is also excellent. It is located right inside the Sophia Cathedral area, in the same vicinity, so you don’t even need to cross the street. Extremely convenient for sightseeing, walking around, and finding food nearby. Highly recommended.

Iiris83Las instalaciones del hotel son satisfactorias. Las señoras de la recepción son muy educadas. El gerente del restaurante y los camareros son muy receptivos. Los camareros en cada mesa son buenos. Sin embargo, alrededor de las nueve de la mañana, había dos. Personal del restaurante con traje y uniforme fuera de la mesa del buffet charlando, ignorando por completo el bloqueo del paso de los clientes que van y vienen, poco profesionales y chismosos.
Eran alrededor de las dos de la tarde cuando nos fuimos. El camarero del vestíbulo del primer piso actuó como si no pudiera vernos. No nos saludó ni se despidió. Estaba ocupado charlando con el conductor del coche de alquiler. quien entró. Lo mismo ocurre con los uniformados que encontré en el pasillo, sin ningún signo de interrogación. Al contrario, la tía que limpia las habitaciones está muy entusiasmada.
El Ritz siempre ha sido conocido por su servicio caballeroso y femenino. Algunos de sus camareros necesitan mejorar la profesionalidad de su servicio.

CColin and Robyn Logie¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Nuestra estancia ha sido absolutamente de 5 estrellas. El personal es increíblemente servicial. No recuerdo todos sus nombres, pero Suyu, de recepción, fue muy amable y nos ayudó a instalarnos al llegar. Era temprano y hacía frío cuando llegamos, pero este hotel nos brindó un cálido refugio.
Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas que esperarías y más. Las múltiples piscinas termales son un punto a destacar. La piscina exterior climatizada fue increíble durante la nieve.
El personal nos ayudó a navegar fácilmente en los autobuses urbanos (el señor de recepción también fue genial).
Volveremos a este hotel en cuanto podamos.
Harbin es frío, pero las aguas termales ♨️ son cálidas.

UUsuario invitadoFirst time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying.
Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions.
Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience.
At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!!
The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces.
Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!

UUsuario invitadoThis was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. When I first arrived, I didn’t have high expectations since the lobby is not located on the ground floor. However, once I went up to the 4th floor, the lobby felt spacious and luxurious.
The check-in process was fairly standard, taking around 10 minutes. The staff had limited English skills, and there was no warm welcome as you might expect from a four-star hotel. However, since this is in China, this may simply be the local standard.
I stayed in a room for three people. The room was not very spacious, but still acceptable for three large suitcases. One strange thing was that only two towels were provided, and even until check-out, they were never replenished to three, despite the room being booked for three guests.
The room heater worked well. There was no bidet in the toilet, and the shower’s hot water was sometimes inconsistent, occasionally turning cold unexpectedly. The TV channels were limited to local Chinese channels only, and the TV was not a smart TV.
Breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. The location is excellent — about a 7-minute walk to Zhongyang Street, a 2-minute walk to Sophia Cathedral, around an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a mall next door, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the supermarket for daily needs.
Overall, it’s a fairly good option. If I visit Harbin again, I would consider staying at this hotel again, especially considering the reasonable price for such a strategic location.

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

TTravelDestinationsI think they clean the rooms daily especially in winter because the hotel is always booked during winter. The location is perfect! It is in the Volga Manor scenic area, so it is very convenient to go around and back to the hotel. The staff are super nice and accommodating. I was not able to speak Mandarin with them but they used a translating app to be able to inform me of important stuff. I love how cozy the room was. Highly recommended! ☺️ There is a Western and Chinese restaurant nearby. 🥗🥘

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel que habíamos reservado originalmente fue cancelado por algunas razones, por lo que temporalmente encontramos este albergue juvenil cerca. Aunque tuvimos que subir nuestro equipaje por las escaleras, la señora del mostrador no sabía si era porque cada uno de nosotros tenía un 28. equipaje de pulgadas o algo más, así que nos dio un check-in. Nos pasaron a una habitación cuádruple y solo estaba en el segundo piso, lo que nos ahorró mucho esfuerzo. Excepto por el terrible olor en el baño, es Definitivamente un buen lugar para quedarse.

This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.
