UUsuario invitadoA very pleasant welcome by the professional team at the front desk. I had a nice room on 13th floor. I enjoyed a simple meal at the café. The fitness centre is good. 24/7 access with card. A short stay of 1 night and was very comfortable.

1.) Below USD130 for a king deluxe room and room is big.
2.) comfort mattress
3.) key card access to floor
4.) rooftop swim pool and jacuzzi
5.) 24 hours gym is quite complete but lack of storage cabinet
6.) sauna and steam room is just 1 floor below gym and swimming pool
7.) restaurant ala-carte food is good
8.) buffet is good but need more variety towards Chinese/ SEA cuisine
9.) did not see any mosquito inside hotel but I got few bites in my room, no idea where to mosquitoes come from
10.) in room facilities is perfect
Cons:
1.) shower water pressure is not strong, but the shower at rooftop swimming pool is strong!
2.) suggest to adjust the lighting control for 1 touch off/ on all
3.) curtain is heavy, suggest to install a motorised curtain
4.) complimentary buffet breakfast every day same, suggest to provide more different variety at least put up a noodle station
5.) don’t have groceries store within nor nearby hotel premise
6.) a welcome fruits basket will be perfect for long stay guests
7.) a bar at rooftop swimming pool will be good
8.) bar at level 16 don’t know how to get in, a dark glass blocked the entrance.

UUsuario invitadoEste hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, lo cual es mejor por su ubicación, el gran Central Park, la universidad y el hospital están a su alrededor, el desayuno estándar internacional fue increíble. El restaurante tiene una gran variedad de comida en la cena tipo buffet y el salón es amplio. La bañera era fantástica. Llevaba personal de recepción y limpieza. Vivo para vivir allí de nuevo.

Appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category.On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timing—though it’s based on request, not standard. A few thoughtful upgrades could make the experience more aligned with the price.

BBird with no legsThe breakfast have a good selection of choices and it is different everyday. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoy it. The people in Bangladesh are courtesy and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and the area of this hotel is near to many other food choices of walking distance of 10-15 mins. The next biz trip will still select this hotel as my choice of stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that made me feel right at home.
The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences.
The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is very nice, surely in the top 5 of Dhaka, the staff is friendly and professional. Location extremely convent to reach the airport and the expo center.
PRO: location, staff, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good, room is spacious and bathroom also nice
TO IMPROVE: room key stop working way to often, I think in my stay (8 nights) I've been to the front desk to get new keys at least 15 times.... facilities can be better, room need a little renovation to launch this hotel on a higher price point
