There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

Las residencias necesitan actualizaciones y tuve un problema con las rocas en dos habitaciones diferentes. El hotel era agradable y me trasladó a diferentes habitaciones, al final me mudé a una habitación deluxe en el Hotel, mi recomendación sería seleccionar el Hotel en lugar de las residencias como el hotel ha sido actualizado y las residencias no han aún y El programa de televisión se reduce a menudo debido a la pobre señal de Internet y es doloroso volver a la cadena. Incluso con las dificultades de los errores en las dos habitaciones que tenía en las residencias no me ofrecían nada complementario ni ninguna forma de compensación. We really appreciate our 8 nights stay, maganda ung location since hindi facing the sun so pwede ka magstay sa balcony anytime. Amenities are good very convenient kasi may laundry na kasama Enough din ung beds and pillows for us na 5 persons Big enough ung ref to store many food Good aircondition. Very cozy at aesthetic ung room kahit maliit. Space is ergonomically good. Then free access sa pool is a plus Nearby sa mga groceries at food. Enough sampayan and great city view Well recommended the place 100% Super helpful and good assistance of owner din kasi they update us regarding our stay. Mababait din ung mga guards sa lobby at buong compound. Before we leave the unit po we clean the place po. Thank you so much my family loves and enjoy the place. Very well good for a staycation.

Hasta ahora, hemos permanecido en Belmont, Savoy y C Suite, y este lugar ha sido el mejor de lo lejos. Todo lo que necesitas es proporcionado – incluso ellos tenían sal. Muy limpio, nice TVs, y la conexión Wi-Fi fue excelente y rápida. Nos gustaría prolongar nuestra estancia, pero ya era demasiado tarde. Gracias sinceramente y estamos muy satisfechos. Vamos a volver y recomendarle a otros.

We truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.

Not ideal. Proximity to the airport is in its favour but the place itself feels like an ******. Strange dated condo units, quite well furnished but more suited to entertaining a lady with low expectations, not exactly a good standard for family stay. Fortunately we just had one night in between flights. The room was very hot when we got in and there was no cold water to drink. The water machine, despite our best efforts, would only serve warm water. Perhaps our time of arrival affected the service but we had to take all our bags (kids too) to the room through corridors that smelled of cat urine. Check out was lengthy due to them having to go all the way (another building) back to our room to check it was fine before we got our 1000 peso back. This kept our ride waiting and delayed our departure. Not likely to use again or recommend.

Este es un hotel nuevo muy innovador. La habitación tiene una cama grande, una colcha muy cómoda y un lavabo para lavar frutas. Es muy conveniente. El baño también está bien separado de lo húmedo y lo seco y el espacio es muy grande. Lo único que lamento es que el sonido del goteo del aire acondicionado de arriba me mantuvo despierto toda la noche. El aire acondicionado de la ventana era demasiado ruidoso y difícil de adaptarme. Más tarde, a la mañana siguiente, inmediatamente me trasladaron a otra habitación. La actitud de manejo del hotel fue muy ”Correcto. Aunque no hubo ningún sonido de goteo, me conformaré con el sonido del motor del aire acondicionado. Si vuelvo a la isla de Mactán en Cebú, me quedaré aquí de nuevo. El punto clave es que el agua caliente es abundante y la presión del agua es fuerte, lo que hace que bañarse sea muy cómodo. También hay un spa abajo con masajes súper cómodos ^^

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Confortable & cómodo Estar cerca del aeropuerto La ubicación es muy conveniente, especialmente para vuelos tempranos o viajes cortos. La unidad se siente nueva y bien mantenida, con un interior acogedor y moderno. Viene con WiFi rápida y Netflix, lo que le ha hecho fácil relajarse después de un largo día. La cocina totalmente equipada con aparatos completos es perfecta si prefiere cocinar sus propios platos. También se han proporcionado toallas y kits de huéspedes básicos, lo que ha hecho la estancia aún más cómoda. La piscina es un lugar ideal para disfrutar de la piscina y de la sala de gimnasia. El host fue responsivo y fácil de comunicar con, haciendo que la estancia global sea suave y libre de molestias. En general, este es un Airbnb limpio y bien equipado con grandes instalaciones y una ubicación conveniente del aeropuerto.

Pros: Very good location, has an indoor pool, great views especiaply at night. There are toasters, kettle, rice cooker, induction stove for families on a budget. Perfect place to do geocery, shop, eat, buy medicine. Great location. Cons: Towels, sink, beds, couches, need maintenance.

Puedo quedarme sin causar ningún problema porque hay accesorios de cocina allí. La presión de agua en el jardín es un poco débil, pero puede lavarse sin problemas. Muy bueno
