I had a wonderful stay at this place. The accommodation was very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The location is excellent and close to all essential services, shops, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. I would also like to sincerely thank the host for being very kind, responsive, and cooperative throughout my stay. Their support made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

被照片吸引去的。 新房看上去會整潔一些，主要是新裝修的。但是還是有味道的，每天在那裡都是開着窗户的，雖然很靠近路邊，比較吵。但是因為比較累也能睡得着。 想要酒店一樣服務是沒有的。 沒有打掃房間，沒有衣架，沒有吹風機，咖啡茶水包也是沒有的。 一開始水也是沒有的，要問他們討要的。一天限用兩瓶。自來水是不能夠煮喝的，因為有一股漂白粉的味道，還像咱們國內的90年代。 被子上是沒有被罩的。住了兩天以後給他們投訴了，他們拿了一個被罩，但是感覺不是純棉的有靜電。 換了房間又有被罩了，有幾個塑料衣架。 房間有廚具。開始住的套房出去還是新的，後來換了單獨的房間裡邊廚具都很臟，甚至都沒洗乾淨。 總體來説，硬件比較強，在埃及越高端的東西越貴能夠有這樣的硬條件已經很不錯了。 軟的服務的話不能和國內的比。如果想要服務，那就到隔壁的五星級酒店RMB1000-6000/晚

We usually stay at Prime accommodations whenever we visit Egypt, but our usual property was fully booked, so we decided to try Prime Select Bavaria Town. We chose it because it offered a two-bedroom apartment and was conveniently located close to where we normally stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around Cairo. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had a great layout, was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and check-in was relatively smooth. It was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would have happily extended our stay. Before leaving, we shared a few suggestions with management that we believe would make the experience even better. One recommendation was to check in with guests daily regarding housekeeping needs, rather than waiting for guests to request cleaning. We feel this small change would enhance the overall guest experience. These were minor suggestions rather than major issues, and we're hopeful they'll be taken on board. With those few tweaks, we think Prime Select Bavaria Town has the potential to become one of our favourite Prime properties, and we'd certainly consider staying there again on a future visit.

My stay here was absolutely incredible, mostly thanks to Bassel. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His service was truly world-class, but more than that, his warmth and kindness made us feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and helpful. I’m already planning my next trip back just to stay here again. Thank you, Bassel, for making our journey so special!

Very Clean , Near to Malls & Restaurants , Mini Bar on Arrival and everything working fine.

The place is clean and studio,covenant for stay  for  business ,friendly staff,you can order uber easily and move ,close to near by mall and restaurant and AUC,

We had a very good stay overall. Considering Cairo standards, the apartment was clean enough and comfortable. The neighborhood and location were excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. It’s also very close to the Nile—about a 7-minute walk. There are restaurants on boats along the river where you can enjoy a meal while taking in the view, and you can even go on a Nile cruise from the same area. Honestly, we didn’t need to take a taxi at all for dining or cafés. There’s also a really nice café right at the corner with excellent coffee—I highly recommend it. The building itself was very quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors at all. The only noise was from traffic on the street (cars and motorbikes), which is normal and not really a downside of the apartment. The building had a security guard, and we were even able to leave our luggage with him after check-out, which made it much easier for us to explore the city before our flight. Finally, special thanks to Michael, the host. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. No matter what time we messaged him, he always responded and guided us with any questions we had.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special and memorable. I arrived as a guest, but I left with wonderful memories that I will carry with me for a very long time.

El hotel está justo al borde del río Nilo y se puede ver la vista nocturna del río Nilo a través de las ventanas. Aunque las instalaciones de este hotel no se pueden comparar con los hoteles de cinco estrellas en China, deberían considerarse buenas en Egipto. El desayuno en el hotel es bueno. Puedes pedirlo en el restaurante del hotel para el almuerzo y la cena. El precio no es caro y el sabor es bueno. Sin embargo, la comida se sirve un poco lentamente después de realizar el pedido.

На удивление мои апартаменты оказались с двумя спальнями и залом, чего я не ожидал. Приятно удивился. Все чистенько, персонал дружелюбный, есть услуги laundry. Вернусь ещё раз, когда буду в Каире снова. Рекомендация для владельца: добавьте в номера фен, батарейки во все пульты и больше полотенец.
