Obiekt słabo oznakowany. W dzień jest niemożliwe znalezienie obiektu, ponieważ nazwa hotelu świeci się tylko w nocy. Nazwa hotelu jest w mało widocznym miejscu. Personel pomocny. Pokój i łazienka czyste. Miałem zastrzeżenia co do czystości pościeli. Wyglądała na czystą ale odczucie było inne. Śniadania odżywcze i sycące ale przy dłuższych pobytach ( więcej niż dwa dni) mogą być monotonne.

Mi novia y yo viajamos a Egipto y después de haber sido informado por nuestro hotel reservado originalmente que no había más habitación disponible (a la llegada en El Cairo) nos hemos dado la última opción de permanecer en el hotel Cecilia por Booking.com. Afortunadamente el destino ha hecho las cosas correctas!! Wi-Fi gratis, aire acondicionado y desayuno con una hermosa terraza donde pasar la noche bebiendo algo y conocer a gente nueva. La habitación era limpia y buena para 2 estrellas hotel. Absolutamente recomendado y volverá!

This hostel has a good location and I would say that it is pretty walkable in the early morning and very late at night but the walking infrastructure is not the best in Cairo. Mid day the traffic makes it very tricky to walk around even though there are many good restaurants and attractions nearby. Finding it is a little tricky but it is down an alley that doesn't allow cards and it is located on floor 2 of an older building. There is an elevator but all doors and gates need to be closed in order for it to work and we found guests at the hostel weren't good at closing after themselves. The staff are very kind and welcoming but we got a bit hung up on the payment. We booked on Trip with the ”Pay at the Hotel” option for 3100 Egyptian pounds for three nights in a private room but they were asking for 3600 when we were checking in. After a little back and forth they let us check in and gave us the keys so we could rest and wait for the manager's answer. The manager said no to our booked rate, we were told we booked on Expedia and we now had to pay 3900 Egyptian pounds. I'm at a loss of words for this discrepancy between Trip and the hostel but there weren't better deals in the area we wanted to stay and we very reluctantly paid. The room was just a place to sleep with a box to the side where our shower and toilet were. The box had no ceiling or ventilation so there were smells throughout the room from the drains. The beds were comfy but were not completely clean when we arrived - there was hairs in the bed sheets. The room cleanliness overall could have been better. The area is quiet at night and we got a good night's rest to spend our days exploring Cairo. The breakfast was ok but there wasn't much room to eat in the common areas during our stay so we asked for breakfast in our room during our stay. We had a simple breakfast with a fried egg, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, banana, tea/coffee and Arabic bread. It is enough to get you through until lunch and is served starting at 8 pm. There is a convenience store close by that offers fairly priced snacks and drinks which you might want to seek out because they do not provide water at this hostel. We hope this property improves because it seems like it used to be really good and the location is good as well.

Algunos desventajas: el ruido de la calle se oye muy claramente desde dentro de las habitaciones (las ventanas no están doblar), y Cairenes AMO a ahogar por cualquier motivo y por todas las razones, así que todavía se sentirá muy en contacto con la vida de la calle incluso dentro del hotel. El desayuno es bastante mediocre: esperar tostadas, huevos cocidos duro, un poco de jamón y una pequeña taza de yogurt, acompañado de té o nescafe. Las habitaciones son un reflejo - sólo un rincón en la habitación con un cristal semicongelado, por lo que se recomienda que usted comparta muy cómodo todas las funciones corporal con quien comparta la habitación. A pesar de una señal clara de no fumar en el escritorio frontal, el personal sigue fumando en zonas comunes (entrada, zona de comedor). Nos quedamos en el cuarto al final de la calle (solo hay seis habitaciones) y pudimos oler el humo muy claramente desde dentro de nuestra habitación con la puerta cerrada. Cuando fui a pagar por nuestra habitación en el check-out, un empleado sentó directamente delante de mí fumando. Le llamé a él, señalando la señal de no fumar justo delante de nosotros, y se disculpó profundamente y se fue con su cigarrillo. El hotel está en una habitación de 3 personas, y el resto de la ropa estaba fuera de los limpiadores, y ya que sólo había una persona en el personal, La habitación no viene con jabón, pero nos dio una botella de jabón líquido cuando lo pedimos. La entrada temprana es de 25 USD por encima de la tarifa habitual de la habitación. El personal ofreció un coche de vuelta al aeropuerto en nuestra salida, citando un precio doble de lo que pagamos para llegar desde el aeropuerto al hotel en primer lugar. En general, no es un mal hotel, y la bondad del personal va mucho camino para compensar las debilidades mencionadas anteriormente.

Ich hatte kaum Zeit, diese Unterkunft zu bewerten. Das liegt daran, dass ich daran hänge und ich dachte, mein Text wäre lang. Jetzt habe ich endlich mal Zeit dafür. Im Folgenden schreibe ich meine Meinung als Backpacker-Mutter mit zwei Kindern. 1, Gastfreundschaft ist über den Preis hinausgeht.    2, Das gesamte Personal ist wunderbar. Es gibt kein Personal, das Kunden eine schlechte Laune macht, weder bei Kindern noch bei Erwachsenen. 3, Die Staffs sind großzügig und tolerant gegenüber ihren Gästen. Sie sind sehr bemüht, Kunden zu begeistern. 4, 24 Stunden täglich geöffnet. An dem Tag, an dem ich in Kairo ankam, hatte der Zug fünf Stunden Verspätung. Ich kam um 3 Uhr morgens im Hotel an und alles war in Ordnung, und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. 5, Der Standort ist der beste. 6, Internetverbindung ist der Hammer. 7, Frühstück ist der Hammer 8, Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. 9, Wäscheservice ist verfügbar. Die Gebühr wird pro Kleidungsstück berechnet. Ich wollte sie eigentlich selbst waschen, aber ich habe mich an die dortigen Regeln gehalten. Ich möchte, dass sie mit diesem Teil Geld verdienen. Aber bitte Waschmittel etwa weniger. 10, Wir blieben in einem Zimmer mit einer Gemeinschaftstoilette. Die Kinder und ich konnten die Toilette und die Dusche sauber und bequem benutzen. Ich sah die Professionalität des Personals, das aufrichtig und geschickt mit einigen der schlimmsten Gäste umging, die die Gemeinschaftsräume verschmutzten. 11, Ich war insgesamt einen Monat lang in Ägypten unterwegs und habe diese Unterkunft in Kairo für die letzten neun Tage genutzt. Wir waren auf einer anstrengenden Rucksacktour und ich schlug vor, die letzten zwei Tage in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel wie dem Grand Hyatt zu verbringen, um den Kindern eine Freude zu machen, aber sowohl mein 14-jähriger Sohn als auch meine 10-jährige Tochter sagten, dass sie das Freedom Hostel vorziehen würden. ★Einige Leute beschweren sich über das Fehlen von Auzug, aber bleiben solche Leute in einem Sternehotel, bitte. Als Rucksacktouristin bin ich eine Mutter vor 50 mit zwei aktiven Teenagers, der sich nicht über das Treppensteigen beschwert. Danke, dass Sie meinen Kindern so viele Erinnerungen an ihre letzte Kairo-Reise nach Ägypten geschenkt haben. Wir werden wieder kommen.
