Hoteles de 4 estrellas en El Cairo

We usually stay at Prime accommodations whenever we visit Egypt, but our usual property was fully booked, so we decided to try Prime Select Bavaria Town. We chose it because it offered a two-bedroom apartment and was conveniently located close to where we normally stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around Cairo. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had a great layout, was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and check-in was relatively smooth. It was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would have happily extended our stay. Before leaving, we shared a few suggestions with management that we believe would make the experience even better. One recommendation was to check in with guests daily regarding housekeeping needs, rather than waiting for guests to request cleaning. We feel this small change would enhance the overall guest experience. These were minor suggestions rather than major issues, and we're hopeful they'll be taken on board. With those few tweaks, we think Prime Select Bavaria Town has the potential to become one of our favourite Prime properties, and we'd certainly consider staying there again on a future visit.

Me alojé aquí durante mi viaje a El Cairo y la ubicación es excelente. El wifi funcionaba bien y tuve una estancia estupenda. El desayuno, que consistía en hummus y pan, estaba bien. Es una excelente opción para una estancia económica.

My stay here was absolutely incredible, mostly thanks to Bassel. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His service was truly world-class, but more than that, his warmth and kindness made us feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and helpful. I’m already planning my next trip back just to stay here again. Thank you, Bassel, for making our journey so special!

Un hotel agradable y limpio. El desayuno es excelente, con mucha variedad. Las habitaciones son tranquilas y apacibles; teníamos vistas a la Torre de El Cairo. Hay un paseo marítimo de peaje cerca, ideal para dar un agradable paseo.

Es increíblemente frustrante. Necesitábamos hacer transbordo y nos quedamos solo medio día, así que los tres reservamos dos habitaciones. Una de las personas era una pareja. Al registrarme en Ctrip, solo registré dos nombres, pero al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que, como la otra persona no estaba en el sistema, teníamos que pagar 1700 libras egipcias adicionales, que son más de 300 RMB. Nunca había oído algo así. Ctrip solo registró a dos personas para dos habitaciones, ¡pero en realidad nos registramos tres personas, y solo por medio día! En la mayoría de los hoteles, dos habitaciones son más que suficientes para cuatro personas, pero este hotel nos cobró extra porque el número real de huéspedes registrados no coincidía con el registro en línea, alegando que era su política. Discutí con ellos, pero fue inútil, y terminamos pagando. Esta regla absurda ha empeorado mi impresión de Egipto y nunca volveré. Registrar a una persona en una habitación, pero que se registre otra persona y tener que pagar 50 USD o 1700 libras egipcias adicionales por la misma habitación... ¡Jamás había oído algo así! ¡Compatriotas, tengan cuidado con esta estafa!

Debería ser el primer hotel de cinco estrellas de El Cairo, ubicado en la isla ZAMALEK, con un excelente paisaje del Nilo. Aunque las instalaciones del hotel son un poco antiguas, son muy convenientes. Reservamos dos habitaciones con vistas laterales al Nilo, y una de ellas fue ascendida a una suite con vistas al Nilo de forma gratuita. El desayuno del hotel se sirve junto al río Nilo y se puede tomar al aire libre o en el interior.

En esencia, puede ser un problema de comunicación vocal, muchas personas no hablan inglés bien. En general, la actitud de servicio es muy buena y muy amable. El lugar es muy bueno, es conveniente ir dondequiera que no tengan lugar. El hotel es un poco viejo, pero puede ver una sombra antigua, con el estilo de los colonos británicos y Turquía. Mi habitación está bien el primer día, el día siguiente y el día tercero no sé por qué fuma mucho la noche. No fumo yo mismo, ni sé de dónde viene, tal vez en la cama.

The hotel is very conveniently located near airport, making it a best choice for travelers who are on short visit to or transit via Cairo. The facilities are outstanding with a well maintained swimming pool, nice restaurants, souvenir shops and with nice & attentive staffs. The check in was made a little earlier and smoother via online check-in. The room is clean, well maintained and spacious for the price range. The hotel offers free shuttle service to all the departure terminals (once in 30 minutes for 24 hours) and the complimentary buffer breakfast was awesome with a wide spread of menu items.

El Swiss Inn Nile Hotel ofrece una estancia confortable. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas con hermosas vistas al Nilo. El personal es servicial y amable y el servicio es excelente. El restaurante sirve comida deliciosa y el desayuno buffet es variado. También es geográficamente conveniente y tiene buen acceso a las atracciones turísticas. La única mejora es que la señal de Wi-Fi a veces es débil. En general, el Swiss Inn Nile Hotel es un lugar estupendo y relajante para alojarse.

The service was okay the stuff were all helpful and polite The whole Building needed taking care of from the entrance of the building to the lift is so dirty and very old and rusty then when you get into the studio it’s nice and decorated but very dusty, three days I had blockage of drains in the shower room. I had no hot water. Tv does not work doesn’t matter how many times you called them to fix it. It does not work believe that trip.com need to check the whole building not just the rooms the balcony was very dusty. I had to ask them to come and clean it. You can’t sit in there and relax too noisy because of so much traffic the only time I enjoyed myself is to go out of the Property. I only come and sleep..
