En conclusión, no cumple con los estándares de un hotel de cinco estrellas. La limpieza no era perfecta y el baño estaba insoportablemente sucio. No soy germófobo y no me importa que algunas manchas de moho y agua no se eliminen por completo. Sin embargo, creo que este nivel de suciedad es equivalente a no limpiar nada. También considero que el servicio al cliente del personal debería mejorar. Al momento del check-out, ni siquiera llamaron a los clientes que se movían con equipaje grande. Había demasiados miembros del personal que ni siquiera hicieron contacto visual ni saludaron. ¿Acaso su trabajo es simplemente quedarse ahí parados mirando a la distancia? Me he alojado en varios hoteles de cinco estrellas en todo el mundo, pero esta fue la primera vez que experimenté un servicio al cliente así, y honestamente me sorprendió. Espero que mejoren, en lugar de confiar en la buena ubicación y el nombre de Le Meridien.

El hotel en Egipto era seguro; era una marca reconocida y el control de seguridad en la entrada fue rápido. El registro fue rápido, las habitaciones estaban bien diseñadas y el baño tenía una zona separada para ducha y secadora. La bañera y la ropa de cama eran aceptables.

Desde el momento en que entré en el gran lobby, me transportaron a un mundo de opulencia y sofisticación, y cada aspecto de mi estancia superó mis expectativas. El Cairo Marriott Hotel es una joya que combina sin fin el encanto histórico con las instalaciones modernas y que se encuentra en un impresionante palacio que se remonta al siglo XIX, exudando un sentido de grandeza y majestad. Los detalles arquitectónicos, desde los techos subidos hasta la compleja madera, añadieron un sentido de romance y autenticidad a toda la experiencia. El hotel de la ciudad de Cairo Marriott, que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, ofrece una amplia ubicación, una decoración de lujo y tranquilidad. La cama era excepcionalmente cómoda y la habitación estaba equipada con todas las comodidades que se esperan de un hotel de lujo, incluyendo un baño bien equipado y una vista estupenda de los jardines o del río Nilo.

Todo está bien, excepto las comodidades, el baño está roto, era imposible ir al baño, las servilletas y el papel son de mala calidad, todo está un poco viejo, necesita algunas reparaciones. Pero este es un lugar conveniente cerca del aeropuerto, ¡excelente servicio! La comida es deliciosa, el bus me llevó al aeropuerto.

Nos quedamos aquí por dos noches  en dos reservas separadas , habíamos pedido el primer día de ingreso para entrar a las camas, pero no lo habían hecho el primer día, ni el segundo día. La televisión no funcionaba la primera noche y me dijeron que dejarían que el departamento de TI la arreglara el segundo día, pero tampoco sucedió. Cuando nos ibamos por nuestro día el segundo día, dijimos a la recepción que manejaba todo mientras estamos fuera, supongo que se olvidaron completamente.

El ambiente del hotel es muy bueno, las instalaciones y la higiene son excelentes; el personal de servicio del hotel es cálido y amable, especialmente George, que habla ”ladrón” en chino y es muy entusiasta y receptivo. El hotel cuenta con un rico servicio de catering y puede hacerlo; degustar especialidades de varios países. Vale la pena recomendar👍

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.
