Nos alojamos por cuatro noches y todo estuvo bien hasta que fuimos a desayunar la mañana del check out y el personal nos detuvo en la puerta del restaurante diciendo que habíamos hecho el check out la noche anterior y que no había desayuno para nosotros. (Es cierto que la cuarta noche fue una extensión, pero había ido a recepción con un día de anticipación para confirmar la orden de extensión y actualizar la tarjeta de la habitación. De lo contrario, ¿cómo podría entrar a la habitación?) Pero no importa cómo Se lo explicamos, le mostramos la tarjeta de la habitación, después de hacer la reserva y la hora de salida en la App Marriott, y decirle que teníamos prisa por llegar al aeropuerto, ella solo respondió con indiferencia que no podíamos. Entré y tuve que ir a recepción. No tuvimos más remedio que correr a la recepción. El personal de la recepción resultó ser el joven que extendió nuestra estadía la noche anterior. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail reflect very positively on the hotel. She is without doubt a wonderful asset to Kempinski. We arrived on the 31st, and the room immediately had a comforting and welcoming feel, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Fue mi primera visita al hotel en El Cairo y fue increíble. La ubicación es conveniente, cerca del aeropuerto y lejos de la zona concurrida, pero es fácil moverse por la ciudad debido a su ubicación céntrica. Las atracciones están a 20 minutos en auto y este horario es muy normal en El Cairo debido al tráfico pesado... El personal fue excelente, el servicio fue más que increíble, las variedades de desayuno fueron excelentes y muy deliciosas, la piscina está limpia y el personal fue muy amable y siempre se adaptaron a nuestras solicitudes. ¡Todos los recepcionistas fueron geniales! Stayed here for a short trip with friends, hotel is beautiful but not near shops or city center. Inside is absolutely lovely.

El precio para una persona en la misma habitación es diferente al de dos personas. No me di cuenta de que pagué $60 por dos habitaciones en la tienda. Asegúrate de revisarlo cuidadosamente antes de hacer una reserva. El desayuno es muy rico, pero no apto para el estómago chino.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. Buen día, Tuvimos un problema al entrar al hotel, por la reserva, habitación superior con vista a la alberca, pero nos dijo que no era la habitación renovada como se muestra en las fotos de su sitio, fue un error de su parte, y nos exigió que pagáramos $70 más por cada noche, lo cual no es honesto de su parte. Segundo, en cada factura tenemos que hacer una revisión, nos añaden artículos que no pedimos.

El Swiss Inn Nile Hotel ofrece una estancia confortable. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas con hermosas vistas al Nilo. El personal es servicial y amable y el servicio es excelente. El restaurante sirve comida deliciosa y el desayuno buffet es variado. También es geográficamente conveniente y tiene buen acceso a las atracciones turísticas. La única mejora es que la señal de Wi-Fi a veces es débil. En general, el Swiss Inn Nile Hotel es un lugar estupendo y relajante para alojarse.
