The condition of this hotel is the worst I have seen in the past 30 years! Customer service / Receptionist We came all the way from Chefchaouen and our driver couldn’t find the hotel. When we contacted the hotel, the receptionist didn’t want to give the address without my booking number from Booking.com. I explained that we booked directly, but he said he didn’t have a direct booking from us either. Finally he explained our driver where it was. Upon arrival I was asking him about the unpleasant and unwelcoming phone conversation we had and he simply said ‘you are here now”. He is clearly not fit for the job or in any other customer service role. Room 614 had a lot wear and tear and is not well maintained. Scratches all over the walls, floor pieces chipped, sliding door to the outside terrace couldn’t be locked, skirting heavily damaged, curtains not in good condition, dusty and were not able to hang properly. Worst of all was the state of the bathroom! They told us the hotel was build in 2016, but can’t believe this is true as it looks more like 1986. All was dirty and full of mold, see photos! The manager promised she would do something about the bathroom, but instead we got offered a different room which we didn’t accept. In our country we could never have a hotel open with such a bad and unhygienic circumstances!! Also the corridors, lift and restaurant area (chairs, bar & tables) were dirty. The people from the F&B department were very kind, helpful, friendly and well trained. Special thanks goes to Hamza, the guy who served the entire restaurant on his own in the evening.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

The room was clean and comfortable. Room provided soap and shampoo. More or less no-frills but safe, clean, and convenient. La dama en el spa no era muy agradable, pero puedo decirle que intenta... definitivamente no vale el dinero como cuando le pedo masaje más fuerte, ella dice que necesito pagar más por eso! La primera vez que un masaje me lo dice. Anw es un hotel decente, una gran habitación. Creo que es más para los viajeros de negocios.

This hotel is more of a 2 star, certainly nothing more. The rooms are very basic, you get only one single towel per person, this will be your hand towel and body towel. The rooms overlook a busy road so can be very noisy. The room has a kettle but no coffee sachets. When I asked the receptionist if there were any places to grab a coffee sachet he couldn’t help or point me in the right direction - not very 4 star. The toilet came with half a toilet roll and the toilet had a bar smell to it which wasn’t ideal as we had to close the toilet door so we didn’t get a heartache. Additionally the door only closed if it were locked otherwise it popped open. This hotel needs to do better or rebrand itself to a two star to reflect the true position.

Lindo apartamento, decoración moderna y elegante con excelente cocina de desaparecimiento. Sin embargo, no hay pollas/tazas/ platos, hay que comprar todo el uso y lanzamiento. Ni siquiera había agua de cortesía que se te da en cualquier riad, incluso a bajo costo. Entiendo que es más un apartamento de negocios de largo plazo, pero sólo es poco para sentir más ... en Marruecos :-) Personal muy amable y reacciona, hemos pedido asistencia en Internet y un chico ha venido y las señoras de limpieza nos han traído las grutas apendicitadas (totalmente ausentes también en la camisa). Cualquier problema resuelto en un cuarto de hora! ¡Excelente ubicación en la ciudad.

View from hotel room was amazing. Booked the deluxe room and was very satisfied with size of room and storage compartments. There was a separate fully-equipped shower/bathroom and separate toilet with bidet. Only problem is that wi-fi is very weak where we were (14th floor), unable to do some work that needed to be finished but in the communal areas in the lobby/ground floor it worked amazingly. Cleaners only speak french however they’re very nice and always restocked mini bar/bathroom whenever needed. Location isn’t very accessible, there’s only a mini grocery store (bim) about a 3 minute walk away.

I am writing this review while attempting to study in my suite despite almost constant construction noise in the hotel. I spoke to reception which only resulted in the noise changing from banging to drilling. I am here for a course over the weekend so did not need to be in the centre of Casablanca and this seemed perfect online. However, despite appearing close to the main road of Ain Daba beach. To get in and out on foot you need to navigate a rabbit warren of dark and dirty streets. Not a problem if you have a car but for me it's 15 minutes of walking just to get to a main road and flag a taxi. Despite these complaints the hotel is very modern and clean. The suite is immaculate (despite the noise), and the breakfast was excellent. I have another few nights so will likely edit this review, but in closing, if you have a car or are happy with lengthy walks then this is a great place to base yourself. Otherwise think carefully as you might regret your choice if you want a short walk for a coffee or bite to eat.

Мне предложили провести один день и ночь в другом отеле, который оказался низкого качества. В свой номер в этом отеле Windsor я попал только в понедельник. Для меня это было очень неудобно. В остальном отель оставил хорошее впечатление, он удобно расположен, номер у меня был с окнами во двор, поэтому не было слышно шума с улицы. Завтраки однообразные, каждый день одно и тоже: блины, выпечка, яйцо, плавленный сырок, чай, сок. Во дворе отеля живут голуби, кошка и петух, так что утром звуки были как в деревне.

New hotel. About 15 miles from the airport. Have stayed there twice for our trip (coming and leaving Morocco) Rest of family staying day before their flight out of Casa, (that's how much we liked this place). Staff will bend over backwards for you. Rooms are good size. 2nd stay was in suite b/c it was only room left. Pull out bed was okay but wished mattress was bit thicker. Otherwise, beds are quite comfortable. Recommend having breakfast-outstanding with traditional Morocco foods along with omelettes made to order.. Nice good size pool and gym. Outside of hotel, there isn't much to walk to. Much construction going on, so this will likely change. There is parking under hotel. Very narrow entrance to get into garage and out. If you have small car -no problem, but be careful -it's narrow. Would stay here again.

Bonjour, j’ai séjourné avec mon mari et mes deux jeunes enfants. Je recommande cet hôtel , mini ketchenette, frigo, four, lave-vaisselle, petit salon avec télé, il y avait une télé aussi en face du lit de notre chambre. Balcon avec une table et deux chaises. Chambre très propre, literie de la chambre très confortable, le divan lit, par contre n’est pas confortable, mais les enfants ne s’en rende pas compte. Deux petites bouteilles d’eau, ainsi café et thé sont offert. Il manquait des serviettes dans la chambre, nous en avons redemandé et la femme de chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner , je vous conseil d’y aller tôt avant 9:30, après il reste moins de choix . Je ne le savais pas mais vous pouviez demander des œufs brouillés, tournées etc ainsi que du thé. Le stationnement est gratuit mais limité à quelques places ( 4,5 places environ). J’ai reçu un très bon accueil, à la réception.

There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

Los restaurantes y bares de los pisos 27 y 28 del hotel están actualmente en proceso de renovación y no están abiertos, esto debe mencion**** en la descripción del hotel, porque creo que muchos huéspedes reservaron este hotel después de ver fotos de edificios de gran altura. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son un poco antiguas y necesitan ser actualizadas. Las principales instalaciones de servicio están en el segundo piso, y la habitación que nos dieron estaba en el piso 6. El hotel dijo que era el piso más alto para este tipo de habitación y estaba completo ese día, por lo que no había espacio disponible para intercambio. La ubicación está en el medio, y las dos torres gemelas blancas y amarillas son muy llamativas. Todo el mundo sabe que cuando se toma un taxi para ir al aeropuerto, un taxi blanco grande tiene un precio fijo de 300 dirhams, cuando se toma un taxi para ir al Mezquita junto al mar, algunos taxis rojos tienen taxímetro, por más de 30 dirhams, ir al MALL marroquí en la playa por 50 dirhams. Debido a que un día hubo un fuerte viento y una tormenta de arena, fui al MALL por mucho tiempo y sentí que debía ir o no... Es muy conveniente tomar trenes entre las principales ciudades de Marruecos. Puede comunic**** con el agente con anticipación para comprar boletos. Puede tomar el tren con el código QR en el correo electrónico. Debe proporcionar su número de pasaporte y nombre. La mayoría de los taxis requieren que acuerdes el precio antes de subir. Puedes preguntar en el hotel el precio aproximado.

Reservamos dos habitaciones para nosotros mismos y para nuestros dos niños. Reservamos también para la cena de sabbat en el restaurante del Hotel. Nos asignamos habitaciones de segundo piso. La primera noche la música de un club de baile de Morrocon en el piso inferior debajo de nosotros era tan alta, ninguno de nosotros podía dormir. Nos quejamos a la oficina muchas veces y cada vez que nos dijeron que se detenía. Esto duró hasta el pasado 3 de la mañana!!! No es necesario decir que nos aburrieron el día siguiente, no dormimos. En el escritorio delantero se dijeron disculpas y dijeron que no volvería a suceder. Sin embargo, lo mismo ocurrió el sábado por la noche. La música se volvió a lanzar a las tres de la mañana, a pesar de nuestras quejas, y cuando le pedí hablar al gerente, siempre no estaba disponible. El agente dijo que no podía hacer nada y que estaba consciente de que ”es un problema para muchos huéspedes”. Cuando nos echamos de vuelta, le pedí que hablara al gerente buscando un crédito. Nunca lo hizo. Intenté llamar al hotel más de 20 veces y fue suspendido indefinidamente, ahogado, y le dijo que no estaba disponible. Nunca pude llegar a él. Cuando volví a ver las otras 1 estrellas, veo que muchas personas tenían la misma queja sobre El club nocturno en el hotel. Saben que esto perturbará a los huéspedes, pero no se preocupan lo suficiente para detenerlo o para alertar a los huéspedes. Prefieren comentarios como éste. Cuando estaba en el escritorio oí que otros huéspedes quejaban y se les daba la vuelta. Todos los demás hoteles que hemos estado en Marruecos fueron buenos. Esto fue horrible. NO ESTÁ AHORA ＞

Today, I visited IBIS Casablanca Nearshore for their ”Menu du Jour” lunch. I ordered a simple meat sandwich with potatoes and a tarte amande to take with me. However, my experience left much to be desired. First, they brought me the sandwich, which turned out to be a basic 1.50 DH bread with meat and onions, lacking any originality or extra ingredients. Then, after a wait of about 5 minutes, they brought me some burnt potatoes, as you can see in the picture. When I inquired about the dessert I intended to take with me, it was handed to me in a manner that made me feel as if I were stealing it. The overall experience was quite disappointing and chaotic. I was charged 119 DH for this subpar experience, and an additional 30 DH for a soda that was supposed to be included with the dessert, but this was not communicated to me. To sum it up, the service was far from satisfactory, and the overall experience left me both dissatisfied and hungry. I strongly advise against visiting this place to save others from a similar experience.

Chose the domo based off its price and the look of the property. It’s a clean and beautiful hotel with decent amenities. The area is very secure with a 24/7 security guard outside. My room was lovely, it had a separated toilet room from the sink and shower room, it had blinds in the shower so you could see into the room and get some natural light through there. I also quite liked that the bed was a few steps sunken down so it felt separated from the rest of the room. It came with a couch that had a pull out as well as a stove, fridge and microwave. The fridge however was set way too high and froze everything I put in it. Check in was a bit slow and the room I had reserved via ******* wasn’t fully done in their system so I did have to wait a bit when I first arrived. The one gentlemen who checked me in I just wished had given me a bit more info as I didn’t even know they had a pool till my third day there. The restaurant was also very good, I enjoyed a few meals there. Very nice property I would just say it’s a bit far from the more touristy parts of the city so I did have to hire a car when I wanted to go into town.
