This is a residence and not a hotel, so you should not expect the same level of service as a hotel, but there were sufficient services such as cleaning and security. The room was spacious and had a good view, so I had a comfortable stay.

Suites amplias, con buen diseño de interiores y acogedoras a unos 30 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Nairobi. Personal muy agradable. Bonita piscina aunque la temperatura del mes de agosto no invita a bañarse. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Very good hotel, good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly personnel. Stayed for 3 weeks, housekeeping every day - doing dishes, exchanging bedsheets cleaning the barhroom. Good size pool on GTC courtyard. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Excellent customer service by Violet Musembi. Amazing interior and exterior spaces. Very cozy, luxurious and chill. It’s one of those places that offers great experience, customer service and unparalled views of the city. Highly recommend

We had an amazing time at your hotel! The pool area was fantastic, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. When i call to make my booking my call was received by venon he did assist in making my booking, and when i came to check in reading the name tag it was venon who was checking us in the middle of the night, he took us to the room gave us a brief of the hotel the rooms where so amazing the pool so beautiful not forgetting the hotel is next to the mall, Thank you so much venon for your hospitality you made our stay so great from booking to check in Can't wait to come back!"

Great place for a family. Nice rooms, wonderful service. The suites had washer and dryer which was useful. The location is central in the city. Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Good buffet breakfast. We recommend staying here in Nairobi
