Estuve por el LOI SUITES RECOLETA BUENOS AIRES desde el 29/Marzo/2022 hasta el 31/Marzo/2022 alojado en una habitación cuyo costo noche era de más de USD.150.-. La mía era una suite tipo gemelas con la puerta divisoria entre las 2 habitaciones. Tal situación no me incomodó dado que supuse había alguna separacion insonora..Pues bien el huesped que se alojó en la suite de al lado era muy ruidoso escuchándose en mi suite desde la TV, Radio y hasta los ruidos propios del uso del baño. Así las cosas llamé a la recepción para: 1) Me confirmen si había alguna cuestión que neutralice o mitige los ruidos a lo que me contestarion que SÍ; y, 2) Que por favor conversen con el huesped para pedir que no haga ruidos molestosos. Fue una mucama para abrir la puerta separadora y era puerta contra puerta es decir no había NADA que neutralice ruidos y vaya sorpresa el MALEDUCADO de al lado no estaba en su habitación por cierto SIMPÁTICA la situación. En fin TENGAN CUIDADO Y GUARDEN ATENCION, lo vivido fue lamentable una total falta de cuidado al huesped. Lo curioso fue que quién me atendió ante mi reclamo me dijo: HAY QUE APRENDER A CONVIVIR SOCIALMENTE. No se si es para llorar o reir, yo gestióno en demasia mi convivencia sana con mis prójimos el tema es que el LOI SUITES DEBE PREOCUP**** DE CUIDAR EL RUIDO ENTRE HABITACIONES GEMELAS CUANDO TAL SERVICIO NO ES CONSUMIDO ASI DE SIMPLE TODO LO DEMAS ES UN DISPARATE JUSTIFICAR.

Desayuno completo, fuimos cuando ya no habia tantas restricciones. Lo mejor es que los fines de semana y feriados el desayuno es hasta el mediodia no hace falta levant**** temprano. Hay late check out de cortesía hasta las 12Hs. Wifi malo. La piscina muy bien en la planta baja te dan toallas, pero no hay barra, igual hay servicio a la habitación o podes consumir en la pileta. Muy buena ubicación en Palermo Hollywood. La vista del balcon no es la mejor. El hotel no es ruidoso.

La ubicacion. la atencion, y la habitacion, son excelentes, ducha y camas geniales, es decir lo imprescindible, cumple perfecto. Ahora , los detalles a corregir en mi opinion. Frigobar vacio, ni un agua,nada. Argumentan x pandemia (con solo limpiar las cosas en cada cambio de huesped se resuelve. Terraza clausurada sin aviso previo, justo con un dia climáticamente excepcional, siendo el unico lugar donde da el sol esta terraza. No pudimos tomar una cafe a la noche, simplemente x q en la habit no hay cafetera y la maquina de abajo esta rota según el encargado hace un año. (si hacen para el desayuno) . el desayuno sin jugo natural y calidad a mejorar. Creo que en este nivel de hotel deberia prest**** atencion a estos detalles.... el resto, la estructura y la gente, de primera...

No tenía muchas expectativas sobre el hotel pero realmente me sorprendió muchísimo y para bien, obviamente que en algunos temas. La ubicación es buena, en cuanto a qué tenés todo a mitad de camino y en microcentro. Por las noches parece ser peligroso pero yo he salido y ningún problema, aunque no es muy lindo para andar, mejor de día. En cuanto a las instalaciones, me gustaron. Tenes cocina si deseas cocinarte, heladera, dispenser de agua caliente y fría. En cuanto a la habitación que me tocó, no me disgustó pero las camas no son cómodas, y no tenía cubre colchón por lo que las sábanas se salían y después por la madrugada te levantabas con la cama pelada. El baño me lo dieron sin ningún trapo y lamentablemente al ser todo el piso plano por igual, a veces era un desastre. Algo muy importante es que nunca vino la mucama a limpiar mi habitación. Pues así quedó después de siete dias. Ellos sabrán por qué se los digo. Tampoco me cambiaron sábanas ni toallones. Cero de eso. Pero a ver, por precio calidad no está mal, para nada, deberían aprovecharlo si van por un viaje gasolero. Recepcionistas, bien, podrían ser más amables igual. Y por último, medio molesto tener que llevar siempre la llave a recepción antes de salir. Deberían crear copias que faciliten que uno se pueda llevar y no estar de aquí pa allá. Ojalá les sirva mi opinión

Nos alojamos por segunda vez, la anterior en diciembre 2021.- Desde la reserva, ya sentís que la atención es distinta, y cálida. Ingresamos al hotel, temprano, antes del horario; y mientras tomábamos un café, nos aprontaron la habitación (si bien eso es sujeto a disponibilidad, la predisposición siempre existió). De ahí en más, calidez y el servicicio de todos; supera cualquier espectativa. El lugar, un oasis dentro de Palermo, un jardín bello, habitaciones cómodas, confortables, a paso de todo, y sin ruidos. Un lugar distinto. La suma de los detalles y las atenciones recibidas, hacen que vuelva a elegirlo, y recomendarlo siempre. Gracias por todo.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, en pleno barrio de Recoleta, de lo mejor de Buenos Aires. Está en muy buen estado general, y presenta muy buenas condiciones de aseo. El personal es amable y suficiente. La cama, sus almohadas y sábanas, son excelentes. Al igual que su sala de baño. Para mejorar apenas un poco, requiere un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, que es suficiente, y servido con mucha amabilidad. Única contra, que es común en Buenos Aires, es que carece de cochera propia, pero hay varias muy cerca.

La ubicación es exitosa, todo está cerca, y lo que no está cerca - en transporte o taxi a un precio pequeño (para el comercio es necesario, o el próximo conductor de taxi será más cooperativo) En todas partes tiendas, restaurantes, caminando calle Florida. El cambio de divisas es el mismo. En 10-12 min. terminal de caminar desde donde se envían ferries a Uruguay. La habitación es grande, doble, con balcón y ventanas panorámicas, asombrosas mañanas y solsillos. (en el 37o piso) Pero muy polvo. Bosic no se ve. La ciudad se ha convertido en una zona de la ciudad que se encuentra en la zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los lugares de interés de la ciudad. También después de regresar, le pedí 2 toallas más para la piscina, el gerente respondió por favor, pero por $10, muy no visionario de su lado.Para personas muy lacias hay un café justo en la entrada, sirven buenas bistecs por un precio aceptable. El personal es lo suficientemente amable. Nos decepcionó mucho cuando pedimos más papel higiénico. Acabábamos de regresar de una salida nocturna y notamos que cuando la habitación estaba arreglada, el papel higiénico no fue reemplazado y nos estábamos quedando sin pañuelos. Llamamos a la recepción para pedir dos papeles de tejido y nos dijeron que solo se nos permitía un papel por día (no nos habían dado ningún tejido ese día). Conocí al miembro del personal en el ascensor donde me asignaron un papel que era la mitad del tamaño de un papel completo. Entonces, ¿la asignación diaria de papel higiénico es ½ papel por día para dos personas? Si nos hubieran dado un papel completo de tejido cuando hicieron la habitación por la mañana, no hubiéramos necesitado pedir más. Desafortunadamente, ninguna cantidad de personal sonriente puede compensar la mezquindad de papel higiénico. Teníamos dos habitaciones en este hotel y habíamos tenido dos habitaciones aquí anteriormente, así que no era la primera vez que me alojaba en este hotel, pero será la última.

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, dado que está emplazado en pleno barrio de Recoleta. Pero el hotel en sí mismo no cumplió con mis expectativas, sobre todo si lo pone en términos de relación precio/calidad. La infraestructura del hotel es bastante básica, los espacios comunes son muy reducidos, sus pasillos y sobre todo los ascensores que son super angostos. La habitación es de pequeña superficie (algo que de todos modos aclaran en la oferta de la estadía). Algo bueno es el baño, que es cómodo. La limpieza es una cosa a destacar, todo está muy limpio. El desayuno es bastante amplio en su oferta de alimentos, pero no es de calidad, insisto, sobre todo si se lo pone en relación precio/calidad de la estadía.

Este hotel ha sido de las mejores experiencias en Buenos Aires, está ubicado en un excelente lugar Justo junto a la plaza Dorrego dónde encuentras de todo tipo de restaurantes, galerías de arte, hasta demostraciones de tango al aire libre. Las habitaciones son cómodas, el hotel es muy elegante y bonito, silencioso y puedes descansar plácidamente. El desayuno es bastante bueno, y el bar es muy acogedor en una terraza muy bonita. Pero lo mejor es todo su staff que es de lo más amable, servicial, súper cordiales y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos a resolver cualquier duda o necesidad. Mi mamá se lesionó un pie y todo el staff del hotel nos ayudaron de todas formas para resolver su tema de salud, llamando al doctor, dándonos silla ruedas, y estando al pendiente de cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. Especialmente estoy muy agradecida con Camila en la recepción que fue de extrema ayuda y Verónica en el restaurante que también fue muy amable, cordial y servicial. Definitivamente siempre volveré a este hotel cada que regrese a Buenos Aires.

Nos alojamos con mi señora y mis dos nenes a principios de Diciembre. La habitación es doble pero te agregan unas camas por lo que queda un poco chica. En caso que no pienses estar mucho en el hotel no es un problema. La ubicación es excelente, a dos cuadras de Plaza Serrano y esa zona comercial y gastronómica. Caminando un poco llegas sin problemas al Botánico, Ecoparque, etc. El desayuno te lo sirven en el restó y es genial, muy variado. Una de las tardes fue muy calurosa así que disfrutamos un par de horas de la pileta. Destaco la amabilidad de todo el personal. Así que es un a muy buena opción para unos dias de paseo por Bs As.

La habitación que nos dieron era para 4 pers y habiamos reservado para 2, era muy grande, antigua y pico armoniosa, arreglada sin tener en cuenta detalles y desprolija. La caja fuerte no andaba. El baño muy chico y tenía muebles antiguos. El teléfono no andaba y los veladores de la habitación tampoco. El servicio de conserjería muy limitado y el desayuno pésimo. Buena la cochera.

Tratándose de un spa categorizado como el mejor, debo decir que dista bastante de la realidad. Las venecitas de las piletas y de las duchas están saltadas, lo que es grave a nivel estético/mantenimiento y peor a nivel seguridad, porque alguien puede cort**** los pies. Tratándose de venecitas negras en las piletas, hace falta demarcar los escalones, o agregar luminaria bajo el agua, porque uno no sabe dónde está el siguiente escalón. No funcionaban dos picos de la pileta grande ni los chorros de una esquina del jacuzzi del medio. Sobre las duchas del circuito hídrico, dos no andaban correctamente, sólo funcionaban un aro de lluvia en la ”ducha de sensaciones”... El pediluvio? Tristísimo, agua medio sucia y alguien que caminó dejó una curita flotando... Dicen que brindan aguas frutales y frutas...uno espera ver alguna variedad...pero no. Dos mini bowls con pasas de uva y almendras. Y solamente manzanas... El agua es con algunas rodajas de cítricos y té frío/caliente. Y el ”detallazo”: el baño de mujeres que está dentro del spa, tiene el esmerilado de la puerta a medio salir. Así que todos los que están afuera, te pueden ver mientras estás sentada en el inodoro. No hay silencio ni calma dentro del recinto...estaría bueno que lo mejoren de alguna manera. Funcionan muy bien los saunas. Las temperaturas de las piletas están muy bien también. Tuve que hacer captura de pantalla de los vídeos, porque acá no puedo subirlos. Los dejo a disposición de la administración del Spa si así lo requiere. Por el precio que cobran, no volvería. Una pena.

Yo soy japonés, pero si pudiera enviarle algo útil a los japoneses futuros, no sería mejor. La ubicación es un poco difícil. Pero está en un lugar donde puede salir de la ciudad inmediatamente, por lo que no tiene miedo de moverse. El servicio es excelente. Habiéndome hospedado en Ibis Congreso antes de la pandemia, veo que ha decaído ya que ha perdido algunas de sus rasgos que son importantes para el viajero de negocios como asimismo para el turista nacional y extranjero. Una pérdida muy importante es que no ofrecen ninguna computadora de escritorio siendo que hasta la pandemia habian 2. Es algo que deben restablecer y se lo hice saber a la SubGerenta, quien tuvo una actitud desafiante al respecto. Otra depreciación es que no están ofreciendo el diario de papel como lo hacán en la prepandemia, me parece una excusa pésima sostener que pude contagiar covid.... La SubGerenta sostiene que ambos empeoramientos son parte de la pol{itica de IBis en la región, sin embargo, y tal se lo refuté, en países como Brasil siguen brindando ejemplares de los periódicos en papel y hay PCs en el lobby oen un Internet corner. Lo que sigue siendo de alta calidad es el desayuno, con mucha variedad. El servicio de bar también positivo.

This hostel is very good for location and all amenities At the top 7 floors you can see the bird eye view of Recoleta Cemetry .There are a lot of restaurants,kiosk and supermarkets surrounding . The room is nice and cozy . There are elevator from ground to all upper floor as well . Recommend this hostel if you plans to stay in Buenos Aires

Para los que quieran aloj**** en el hotel, la habitación en la que me alojé estuvo muy bien, muy agradable con calefacción y aire, acogedora y un baño sensacional, nuevo a estrenar y una ducha muy buena, una cascada, la recepcionista del hotel Miss Liz fue extremadamente amable, ya que nos dio muchos consejos sobre restaurantes y cómo moverse por Buenos Aires.
