Es totalmente inaceptable que el hotel asigne estas habitaciones y les cobra un premio sin avisar a los huéspedes que estarán sometidos a este ruido y el problema debería ser destacado por el hotel .cuando reservas. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, pero no se puede quedar aquí si quiere dormir una buena noche.

We had a great holiday here and enjoyed our stay. There was a group of us all and we all had different room types eg some had a bedroom, bathroom and dressing area where others had separate bedroom, bunk beds, separate toilet & shower room with a kitchen/living area. Offers a great shuttle service which runs regularly from 8.30am - 23.00, you could walk into town but it would take a good 20 mins and is on a pretty busy road. Hotel will arrange ski passes for you to collect the next morning. 10% off ski hire (sorry can’t remember shop name) but it is at the ski lift and you just leaves your skis and boots here every night. (Fantastic service) Rooms have shampoo/conditioner/body lotion and proper hairdryers however the rooms are pretty dark. Breakfast is roughly £17 each (continental) pastry, bread, cheese, ham, some cereals, yogurts, scrambled egg, tea/coffee etc. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They do snacks but not meals and limited drink menu but we were going out every night so this didn’t bother us.

2ª vez en este hotel y siempre maravillosa semana en Ferr a Cheval. Un hotel de lujo en el que se siente como en casa. El personal toma tiempo para intercambiar con los clientes, y está en los pequeños cuidados. El restaurante tradicional es realmente el viaje, todos los platos son suculentos y muy bien ejecutados y la elección de los vinos al vaso es muy bien también. El spa realmente merece el viaje (y los dedos de Fee d’Aurore para los masajes). En pocas palabras, una pequeña pepita sin chichi que merece sus 5 estrellas, volveremos.
