We booked 3 bedroom apartment for ourselves, our son, daughter-in-law and their 5 year old twins. we stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very pleasant, communicated well, and assisted with the organization airport transfers. The apartment was spacious and clean, and offered all of the amenities we needed. The pool was a refreshing break in a hectic schedule. Altogether, a great place to stay.

Sunny Guest house is spotlessly clean and in a perfect position. It’s very quiet for sleeping despite being very central as it’s down an alleyway. The air conditioning is very efficient and the shower hot. We were helped with organising bus tickets even for our future plans - above and beyond assistance. Aunque el hotel dice que pronto habrá electricidad, se recuperará de 9:30 a 11:00, pero se desconectará el ascensor. Al preguntar a los amigos que viven en un hotel cercano, dijeron que la electricidad estaba normal allí, y parecía que era sólo un problema para el hotel. A las 11:00, creo que la experiencia del hotel es demasiado mala para comprobar. Cuando voy a la oficina, el personal de servicio me dijo que esperaba unos cinco minutos para inspeccionar la habitación. Después de 15 minutos en el sofá, vi a la oficina hablar conmigo con un huésped vietnamita, ¿Me preguntaron si estaba terminando, el personal de la oficina me miraba una bebida de refrigerador ¿Tienes algún valor? Te dije que no había vuelto a una frase. La experiencia de la vivienda es una diferencia de número uno y no volverá a elegir la vivienda.

Si estás pensando en alquilar un apartamento de Glenwood o utilizar su Resort, deje aquí a menos que quieras pagar $300 USD por mes en electricidad. Este lugar aprovechó plenamente mi novia y mía durante el bloqueo de Ho Chi Minh en septiembre de 2021. Durante el no salir fuera de la orden del gobierno vietnamita este lugar nos forzó a salir (por desactivar nuestra electricidad y el agua) nos obligaron a cruzar la calle para pagar nuestro alquiler y nuestra factura eléctrica que era un 7 millones de electricidad ($309 USD) El hotel tiene una gran cantidad de coches que se pueden encontrar en el centro de la ciudad, y se puede encontrar en el centro de la ciudad. Cuando nos encontramos en la calle para pagar la cuenta, también estaban filmando y nos dijeron que desactiváramos nuestras cámaras. Nos negamos, en mi experiencia, las únicas personas que no quieren ser capturadas en la película son las que están haciendo algo malo. El video de YouTube también mostrará nuestro metro eléctrico girando como loco, tan rápido no se puede ver ni siquiera el marcador negro en la rueda giratoria. Instalaron un nuevo contador eléctrico en nuestra unidad y puedes oír que grita las artes a veces porque ni siquiera puede ir tan rápido. El mes que viene nos obligaron a pagar seis millones de dólares por la electricidad porque no podíamos dejar debido al bloqueo duro y Ho Chi Minh. Greenwood fue dado la oportunidad de devolver toda nuestra electricidad, excepto por una cuenta media para evitar una revisión de una estrella. No han escuchado la advertencia. También estoy haciendo una revisión negativa en todos los sitios del Resort a continuación. Just a few steps away from the lively ben thanh market. Wonderful night life surrounded by many cafes, massage places and good food options. There are traffic lights in this area making it easy and safe to cross the streets. But disappointed that the hotel lobby isn't air conditioned and that 1 of the 2 showers in each of the connecting rooms doesn't come with hot water. Only 2 small bottles of water free, it wasn't clear and they charged for the rest :/

Really nice affordable place to stay in district 1. The apartments are cosy with a small lounge room (some have a balcony) and your bed is up stairs. On the 5th floor is a rooftop patio and laundry that you can use. The owner is really helpful and makes a whattsapp group so you can ask questions etc. Our daughter was ill via whattsapp the owner recommend a doctor and nearby chemist. Just outside the door you can buy drinks and there is a number of good restaurants nearby by. Ben Thanh Market is just 10 minutes by foot away and you can easily get a Grab for a few dollars to anywhere in the area

La habitación era amplia y limpia; y la limpieza del baño estaba bien e incluía las comodidades habituales. ¡Olvidé tomar fotos antes de que arruináramos la habitación! La ubicación es buena si quieres un lugar más tranquilo lejos de los bares, etc., hay una vía de tren justo detrás del hotel, pero solo escuchamos un tren por la mañana, así que no nos molestó. Caminamos 45 minutos desde el hotel hasta la catedral de Notre Dam y otras atracciones cercanas, un agradable paseo con muchos cafés y restaurantes.

The Odys is a tricky one for us to review. Overall we stayed 3 nights during our trip, 2 nights together then a break and a further night after a trip to the mekong. The hotel itself is quite nice.. nothing really wrong with it as such, the rooms were clean and had everything in there like all the others we've stayed in during our time in Vietnam. I wouldn't really call the Odys a ”Boutique” hotel but that's a matter of opinion.. but where we feel the Odys was a let down in this regard was that ”personal” feeling. Earlier in our trip we stayed in many places and all of them without question made us feel like we'd been before.. and in the case of multiple nights and multiple visits indeed the return welcome felt very personal (Bonsella.. you are the best in this regard during our trip!). The staff in reception were pleasant and polite but but it did seem very ”clinical” in approach? Maybe the city thing? But in our opinion it was a little too sterile feeling for a ”boutique” hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was fine, with the usual options available but the staff in the restaurant were our least preferred of the whole trip (anywhere in Vietnam), they were disorganised to say the least.. There were plenty of them around but service wasn't exactly the best. We did take advantage of one of the offers for the restaurant one night, booking a table by the side for a good city view. When we arrived that evening we find that the table we booked had been given to someone else, and in fact there was no mention of our booking. We waited and before long another suitable table became available. After eating we got the bill, and queried why the offer wasn't applied. We were told in order to get the offer we needed to book a table beforehand, this was by the very same person who led us to the table after finding out our booked table had already been given to someone else. It was sorted out, but this is just one of many examples of the staff not being the best. Oddly enough it was also the only place in Vietnam where we struggled with staff not being able to speak English (very few seemed to?), this took us by surprise as even in the remote locations in the north this didn't seem an issue. So In summary, we think this hotel is ok for the night, but that boutique feel is not there, its much more of a large hotel kind of feeling.

Teniendo en cuenta el precio, era un lugar muy limpio en el dormitorio. Estaba ubicado cerca de la calle Bui Vien y tenía buen acceso al transporte. We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

酒店的門頭很小，不容易被發現！ 同樣是新裝修的酒店，味道有點重！ 房間晚上有很多很多蚊子，根本無法入睡！ 由於商務出差，呆了十多天，被迫換了好幾次房間！ 強調很多次每日打掃，可是他們偏偏忘記！ 很氣人，最後要求他們打掃，他們草草打掃，甚至有時候忘記放浴巾！ 住十多天貌似就換了1-2次床單！ 衞生間水也不太通暢，洗個澡跟水漫金山一樣！ 個人真實入住體驗！
