i really fell in love with this hotel. super highly recommended! it is really at the heart/centre of district 1. the service of the staffs were truly exceptional! they will really take care of all your needs. we’re given a corner room so the view was really amazing! stayed at 39/F, their highest floor

The hotel is in the CBD of Ho Chi Min City. The room is clean but a bit wet sometimes.

I’m so disappointed and surprised that there’s no one speak Chinese in this 5 stars hotel. We are Tawaniese and both my parents can’t speak English. I just made a reservation for them and they had seriously 5 bad days in you hotel because of the helpless feeling and no one can truly understand them. If you are Chinese or ********* who don’t speak English.
DONT chose this hotel ! You will regret that!
這麼頂級的飯店，應該要有懂得中文的翻譯可以在櫃檯協助我們海外人士；這次幫爸媽安排了這麼好的飯店，也選了很好的房間和相當頂級的房價入住，然而因為你們櫃檯沒有人會中文，爸媽也不會英文，完全不知道怎麼和你們對話；幾乎喪失了很多應該有的權益。
住了五天四夜，直到最後一天，你們才安排中文翻譯，還是透過電話那頭翻譯的，還不是真人，這樣的服務水平卻在這麼頂級的飯店出現，真的是太可怕了！下次不會再推薦中國朋友過去你們那裡，對沒有提供中文的服務感到非常失望！

Really can't find anything to fault with this hotel. It's beautiful, in a really extravagant way (the whole lobby looks like a Fabergé egg) and the rooms were spacious, comfy, clean. LOVE the free mini bar which is fully replenished daily and the turn down service was really lovely to have.
It's right in the centre of town, with the main attractions within walking distance, but it's pricey for Vietnam (it's what I'd pay per night for a Singapore or London hotel). But worth it in my opinion as it's quite unique. I was traveling solo for this stay, would be great value for a couple to share a room.
They also left a cake in my room for my birthday!
