El servicio del hotel estuvo bien, pero me dieron 2 botellas pequeñas de agua y me cobraron extra. Me quedé en el noveno piso, pero el agua del fregadero goteaba y el desagüe de la ducha no drenaba bien. Me dieron una actualización gratuita por el ruido, así que escribí sin poder hablar.

We had a great stay. The location in District 1 was perfect for walking to all the main Ho Chi Minh attractions. The was a small mixup with our room, but the staff were amazing and gave us an upgrade with extra services. The bed was comfortable and the A/C kept us nice and cool. Everything was adequate for our needs and we would stay here again.

Nice location but the issue with the show drainage, water doesn’t run and all the dirty water flood over the feet. Addressed the issue , but no repair nor make it right for client. I showed them the video , but, it seems they careless n provided the excuse to me that how their water drainage system works. Imagine your shower dirty water and others flood over your feet.

The room is very spacious and able to view the city. Opposite our hotel is a new 5 star hotel. It is very different from our 4 star hotel. They have a much bigger pool.
The buffet breakfast is delicious, meets the need of different age group. There is pho, porridge, juices, rice, breads, fruits etc.
Free welcome drink on first day, but limited choice, water melon juice.
They have everything a hotel should have, but a smaller scale.

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. You need to get used to the different elevators but that is fine. The Spa is fantastic. The restaurant is good too. Just remember that all Prices are without Tax. It was confusing in the beginning.

We booked a suite, the room was beautiful, with a balcony and a nice view. The rooftop bar was great with live music and pool with jacuzzi. The location was perfect.

Location wise is very good , walking distance to the night market. Staffs are polite , helpful & price is reasonable. Breakfast also fine with a few selections. Overall we are happy with our stay at Alagon.
