Hay mucho que está bien con este hotel. La habitación es limpia, luminosa y moderna. Si hay algo como una cama de tamaño super rey, entonces estaría. Confortable firmeza con 4 pijamas. Limpiabotas de dormitorio, toallas de mano y toallas usuales proporcionadas. La presión del agua y el control de la temperatura son buenos. Aprecio tener salidas USB/electrónicas junto a cada lado de la cama. Hay habitaciones para fumadores y no fumadores disponibles. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. El servicio era un poco lento cuando se trataba de limpiar las placas utilizadas si no estabas cerca de la estación de servicio, pero todavía aceptable. El personal que conocimos fue muy amable y amable, desde el escritorio delantero hasta el mantenimiento de la casa. Localización wise es bastante central. Muchas cafeterías y unos mini-marzos alrededor del área del hotel. Puedes usar la grab si necesitas ir más lejos.

Location at the center of surabaya, you can go north, west, east easily - medium distance. The food is taste is just okay recommended for transit hotel, where you need a bit time for rest.

The hotel lobby is huge with a bakery and a lounge. The swimming pool is good for children as it has a slide. From the hotel lobby to the rooms is quite a distance as you need to take a lift and walk across to another building and may require you to take another lift if your room is not on the same floor to the connector bridge. Breakfast spread is good but some food gets cold fast. Need to improve on the nasi goreng as it is tasteless.

We choose to stay in Swiss-Bel due to our great experience with Ciputra in Semarang which is owned by Swiss-Bel. Unfortunately, Swiss-Bel Surabaya can't compete with Ciputra Semarang. Both hotels have similar pricing, but Ciputra has a much better atmosphere and amenities. Swiss-Bel Surabaya has no bar area. The breakfast is served in the lobby where guests check-in and people outside walk by. The food choice is much less than Ciputra and Swiss-Bel Malang. However, the hotel itself is good and breakfast sufficient if you don't compare it with Ciputra and Swiss-Bel Malang. One thing which absolutely needs to be improved is that jam, chocolate paste and peanut paste should be served in cups, not jars where guests have to scoop out the sweetness themselves with a knife or spoon. This is unhygienic and not tasteful.

The stay at Double Tree Surabaya is fantastic. All the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. All of them will great you when seeing you. The breakfast serving in the restaurant is fantastic! Thousands types of varieties served! Please choose this hotel when you visit.

Eventhough there was a little miss, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cozy comes with strattegic location. anyway, thanks for the upgrade, i appreciate it!

El hotel era grande: es un lugar limpio y estratégico (es un complejo de tiendas muy grande y moderno), el servicio es de primera calidad, especialmente durante el desayuno en el restaurante Djaman Doeloe. Uno de los empleados (Evi, creo) me preguntó qué era mi favorito que no tenían esa mañana. Le dije que me gustaba el tradicional ”crust”. La mañana siguiente, Pak Andik, el chef de pastelería, me trajo 3 crust, fresco de su cocina. Qué sorpresa. La torta era deliciosa, especialmente con café negro. Gracias, Pak Andik y Evi, por su hospitalidad. Volverá en un futuro próximo.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en el Wyndham Surabaya. El hotel es elegante, moderno y está muy bien mantenido. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy cómoda, con todas las comodidades que necesitaba. El servicio del personal fue impecable: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Me encantó especialmente el desayuno, con una gran variedad de opciones deliciosas. Además, la piscina es estupenda para relajarse. La ubicación también es muy práctica para explorar la ciudad. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y volvería sin dudarlo.

Instalaciones: buenas Higiene: bien Buen ambiente buen servicio La ubicación es muy buena, ubicada en el centro de Surabaya. Me alojé aquí por tres noches y tuve una buena experiencia.
