Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room. The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done. It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse. This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.

La limpieza en la sala de cenas no era alta. Las placas eran sucias. Había una etapa cuando pedí al camarero un proyecto de cerveza y recibí una botella. Cuando le dije al camarero que le pedí un proyecto de cerveza, simplemente dijo no, así que dije que no estaba interesado. Luego respondió que lo había abierto y no había nada que hacer en nuestra piscina privada. La escalera se rompe. The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price The hotel feels very outdated. The room I stayed in had plain, poorly painted walls and overall looked quite old. The bed was especially uncomfortable—it was actually two single beds pushed together, and they kept shifting apart during the night. The third floor, where my room was located, had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also in need of serious renovation; everything felt worn and far from modern standards. Given the condition of the facilities, the high price is definitely not justified. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Leonardo Club was the perfect Dead Sea trip! When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately. Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel! Shlomit also recommended the ”wet trail” hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free. Shlomit also recommended a hike to ”Zohar Fortress.” What a beautiful and historic place! Also free. The food was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean. The workers were pleasant and polite. We couldn't ask for more.

El hotel está bien situado. Muchas familias y niños pequeños. La parte mejor de este hotel es el personal. Max, en la oficina delantera, fue tan útil con varias cosas. Se fue de su manera para ayudar con las cosas que necesitamos. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba nada.

Great location ! The stuff are very polite and welcoming We want particular to praise the guy in the front desk - I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name - but he is I think Russian. Every time we asked him for help he was so nice and helpful although sometimes the lobby was very busy. Please make sure he gets this compliment.

The Israeli breakfast was included in the room fee, and was excellent. Indeed, I only needed one other meal for the rest of the day, The servioce people were excellent. I used the laundry service which was prompt and efficient. The rooom cleaing service was excellent, by a wonderful Gilipina
