I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The room offered breathtaking views of the sea, making each morning a delight to wake up to. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, with impeccable service from the staff who were always attentive and friendly. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would wholeheartedly rate my experience as 5 stars and highly recommend the Grand Jersey Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

La peor experiencia en un restaurante. En nuestro último día aquí, tenía mi desayuno hasta las 10 horas cuando el tiempo de desayuno llegó a su fin. Pregunté a uno de los empleados si puedo tomar mi té a mi habitación, el empleado dijo sí. Otros clientes también están tomando bebidas y comida a casa. Mientras estaba saliendo del restaurante, otro personal caminó por mi camino y miró el té en mi mano. Luego ella rodó sus ojos drásticamente y dejó un sonido ”tsk” alto y dismisivo.

I booked for a family room for me and my friends . We are so delighted we didn’t expect it to exceed on our expectations considering that it’s a 3 star hotel but went beyond.Room is clean esp the bathroom ,beddings are done neatly and clean.All room amenities are replaced generously,But the best are the staff from reception down to the restaurant .All are nice,approachable and helpful.We will surely comeback to stay.Kudos to all the staff  💯

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. The rooms were clean. Be aware that the extra beds are very short, so if your child is tall, they may be hanging over the end! The food was good and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and was always being topped up. Would definitely stay again.

Location is Amazing .. over looking the Sea plus central to the city Center and bus stations . I enjoyed my stay My bed was clean Sheet were fresh Breakfast is great Plus swimming pool and Gym Definitely am coming back

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy) 10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu. Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.

La cama es difícil de dormir y ya está en una decadencia. La salud en general también es más general, pero es buena a precios baratos, y el desayuno.

It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.

El hotel está en el suroeste de la isla, muy ubicada, muy conveniente para jugar desde el aeropuerto. El equipo jugado desde el hotel es muy conveniente, el autobús es un poco problemático y la carretera es muy oscura por la noche. El entorno del hotel es bueno, pequeño pero es un hotel de alto nivel, el servicio no dice nada. También puede alquilar bicicleta y prestar atención a la seguridad de la bicicleta. El avión también tiene desayuno para llevar a la habitación.(Todas las imágenes son reales, sin espionaje)
