La ubicación es de aproximadamente 40 minutos del aeropuerto. El servicio era rápido y amigable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y muy cómodas. El desayuno era mucho mejor de lo esperado con una amplia difusión y excelente cocina local. La calidad de la comida fue mucho mejor que la mayoría de los desayunos de hotel que he intentado.

It was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour. Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

What a perfect hotel for my stay in Padang. Super comfortable room, the most caring and wonderful staff, amazing amenities. If I come back to Padang I would only stay here!

Very good hotel but you need to rent a transport if you want to go to the attraction places as the location is quite dar if you want to walk. Breakfast is good and many choices.

The room was spacious and the location very strategic. The breakfast spread was excellent, and my dad enjoyed it very much. The only downside was the smoking room, which had quite a strong smell. I should have opted for a non-smoking room instead, as the receptionist kindly suggested earlier. Overall good experience.
