La recepcionista fue muy amable y atenta; nos preguntó si necesitábamos un mapa y nos explicó brevemente la zona. La presión del agua en el baño era baja; cambiar la alcachofa de la ducha fue un poco complicado. El desayuno ofrecía una buena variedad. El Museo Guggenheim y la parada del autobús del aeropuerto están a solo diez minutos a pie. Sería aún mejor si pudieran informarnos sobre la suspensión del servicio de autobús del aeropuerto el 1 de mayo, ya que hicimos el check-out el Día del Trabajo y esperamos en la parada durante más de media hora.

Muy buenas instalaciones, pero un poco apartado del centro.  La habitación quizá demasiado justa sobre todo si es para estancias de más de dos o tres días

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

On m'a demandé une bonne dizaine de fois si j'étais cliente de l'hôtel car c'était pendant le festival du film. J'avais l'impression de les déranger car j'étais là en simple cliente et non comme invitée du festival. Ou ma tête ne devait pas leur revenir... Quand on paie un hôtel 2 fois plus cher qu'en temps normal à cause de ce festival et qu'on a l'impression d'être un intrus constamment epié... on se dit que l'hôtel n'avait qu'à fermer ses portes aux ”simples” clients pour l'occasion.

El Hotel es grande las habitaciones están limpias. El establecimiento del Wi-Fi tiene cierta dificultad. Pero el balance es adecuado y suficiente sacando buena nota en la relación calidad/ precio.

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

I stayed at Hotel Zinema7 for 4 nights. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. However, there were a few disappointing aspects to the stay. The location is not very central, which means you need to rely on buses or taxis more often than expected to reach the Old Town and main tourist areas. The biggest frustration was that the telephone in the room was not working throughout the stay, despite reporting the issue. Unfortunately, it was never fixed, which made communication with reception inconvenient. Another disappointing point was the complimentary water policy. Water was provided only on the first day, even during a 4-day stay, which felt unnecessarily stingy for a hotel of this category. Overall, the hotel has good design and comfortable facilities, but the service experience and attention to guest convenience could definitely be improved.

Vinimos aquí sin coche habiendo cogido autobuses desde Bilbao. No es fácil encontrar un hotel con piscina y dentro de LaGuardia, así que funcionó a la perfección. Podría decirse que no es un cuatro estrellas, pero era cómodo y la piscina era encantadora. Recomendaría por el precio

Muy buena experiencia, hotel limpio , céntrico , spa incluido en el precio previa reserva y parking en el mismo hotel(25€) , volvería sin dudas

Era un edificio precioso, tal y como lo imaginaba. Justo en la entrada, en las escaleras, había un ascensor para maletas y el personal de recepción me ayudó a subir la mía. La ubicación era muy conveniente, muy cerca de la estación y del área de bares cruzando el río. Me quedé por mi cumpleaños y me encantó que me sorprendieran con un regalo. Aunque elegí la habitación más pequeña y lo esperaba, apenas había espacio para abrir la maleta.
