The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Este es el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en Europa. Es un antiguo edificio histórico y todos los interiores han sido renovados. Lo mejor es que conservan un ascensor histórico y, en general, los interiores están impecablemente decorados. La ubicación es de 5 estrellas, ya que el hotel está a solo 6 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y a 10 minutos del centro. Las comodidades también son de 5 estrellas, ya que el hotel ofrece un minibar lleno de bebidas, incluyendo dos botellas de agua, dos refrescos, una botella de zumo y cacahuetes, todo gratuito. Incluye champú, acondicionador, loción corporal, jabón y gorro de ducha. La limpieza también es de 5 estrellas. Habíamos desordenado la habitación con dos maletas grandes y llenas de cosas, y el personal de limpieza nos ayudó a guardarlas bajo el alféizar de la ventana. Seevuxe también es de 5 estrellas. Compramos dos botellas de vino y nos proporcionaron copas y corchos con un servicio excelente. Además, era nuestra primera vez en Génova y el recepcionista nos explicó detalladamente a qué zona ir y cómo llegar. En general, es el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado hasta ahora.

Me quedé en el Best Western Hotel Nazionale en Sanremo y no podía haber deseado una mejor experiencia. La ubicación es perfecta: a la derecha del Corso Matteotti, a pocos pasos del famoso Teatro Ariston y del mar. La habitación es elegante y bien mantenida en todos los detalles. El desayuno, servido en el piso superior con una espectacular vista al mar y al centro de la ciudad, fue uno de los puntos destacados de mi estancia: productos frescos, una amplia selección y un servicio inmejorable. Un agradecimiento especial a todo el personal, que eran excepcionalmente amables y profesionalessiempre dispuestos a satisfacer cada solicitud con un sonrisa. Una referencia especial a la recepción, rápida y extremadamente útil con información y recomendaciones sobre la ciudad. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel a cualquiera que quiera experimentar Sanremo en su mejor lugar: ubicación invincible, excelente comodidad y un ambiente de bienvenida que le hace sentir en casa. ¡Estoy seguro de estar de vuelta!

Está cerca de la estación, está limpio y no hay nada que decir. El inodoro tiene buen flujo de agua y la ducha tiene una presión de agua perfecta. Para un albergue europeo, las habitaciones eran espaciosas. También es bueno que la cama tenga tres puertos de carga: USB, Tipo C y una toma de corriente. Sobre todo, me sorprendió lo avanzado que era descargar una aplicación especial en mi teléfono inteligente y usarla como llave. Fue una molestia tener que ingresar el código cada vez que quería usar el ascensor, pero aparte de eso, lo pasé muy bien allí. Por cierto, no hay comodidades. No alquilé toallas porque pensé que habría que pagarlas, pero cuando me alojé en la sucursal de este albergue en Florencia, en la recepción me dijeron que eran gratis, así que tal vez también fue lo mismo en Génova. .

The staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e minimal. Bagno molto elegante, con lavandino che ho trovato un pò scomodo. Purtroppo all’interno della camera non era presente il phon (probabilmente rubato da qualcuno in precedenza), fatto che ho segnalato in reception. Colazione molto buona e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio un po scomodo (poco spazio tra i vari stalli) anche per il fatto di dover passare ogni volta in reception per validare il biglietto. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Visita de vacaciones, decidió qued**** cerca del aeropuerto en lugar de caminar por el casco antiguo por la noche. El hotel estaba bien, pero no excepcional, la habitación era decente, el personal se esforzó mucho, pero los servicios y el hotel estaban un poco cansados.

The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

Lovely location, beautiful hotel, set back from the road over-looking the sea. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sanremo, only a 10 minute walk into the centre. With a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The spa was lovely, with a large steam room, sauna, Hydrotherapy pool, showers and ice. As well as plenty of loungers, teas, water and fruit.
