⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service in Kanas – Charlie is a absolute star We have travelled all around Asia and China, and Charlie, the hotel manager, is genuinely one of the best we have ever met. We only stayed for two nights, but any problem we had, he helped us with immediately. The standout moment was when a thunderstorm was about to hit. We were just about to message him to ask a massive favour, if he could possibly take in our washing before the rain started. I checked my phone, and he had already messaged us to say he had already taken it in for us! He absolutely went the extra mile, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. This guy should be working at the Marriott or Hilton! If you are visiting Kanas, stay here and you will be in incredible hands.

Although the hotel’s first floor is very basic with little more than the check-in counter, I really enjoy the second floor. It offers a variety of useful facilities, including clean restrooms, a laundry room, a small fitness room, comfortable seating areas and a complimentary afternoon tea service. The room was in excellent condition, felt modern and well-maintained, and was completely free of any cigarette smell. The only drawbacks were: - There are not enough elevators and waiting times can be very long, especially when large tour groups are checking in and out. - Breakfast is served in a separate building which requires taking stairs to access. The food selection was quite limited, and the quality was underwhelming. Only black coffee was available, and there was often a long queue for the coffee machine. Overall, I had a pleasure stay and particularity appreciated the facilities on the second floor and the clean, comfortable room.

I had a fantastic stay at Burqin Night Light City Hotel. The hotel is in a great location with convenient access to nearby attractions, and the night views are especially stunning. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it feel warm and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hot water supply was excellent—showing the hotel’s attention to detail. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. They also provided helpful travel recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Luo, the hotel manager, who was very professional and dedicated. He provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted great, catering to different preferences. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, safe and secure environment, very delicious food at their restaurant, the staff are all amazing, kind and very helpful, A big Thank you to all the staff working there ( Shi Shi , Hanan . Sune Yue, all restaurant staff and waitress Hannan, and the guy who carved the delicious lamb meat and drove us to the bus station sorry forgot his name ) will see you guys again. I highly recommend Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay.

The host was friendly and fetched us from the bus stop, and even provided a free room upgrade allowing us to have a direct view to the snow-capped mountains. Very appreciated on the nice gesture. However, we encountered the sewage flowing out from the underground pipes when we were about to take shower. The host was quickly attending to the issue and whole process of cleaning took 2 hours till 12am. Despite the effort, the smell was still in the air and the sewage still flowed out from time to time. Unfortunately, there was no room available for an exchange and we had to bear it whole night. The experience was discounted. In addition, there was sweating smell from the pillow that I had to use once-off cotton towel provided by the hostel to cover the surface. Other than that, the view was nice and the food was decent.

終於有時間坐下來寫個評論了。住過很多次的希爾頓酒店，以為禾木的希爾頓酒店和以往的差不多，結果感受卻大不一樣。入住兩天前就有前台人員打電話詢問入住人員情況、是否有特殊要求，非常細緻。這裏要特別感謝工作人員Luna ，我隨口問了下，酒店有沒有蛋糕賣，我們有家人過生日，因周邊沒有商業中心買不到。讓人欣喜的是，辦理入住後到房間一看，酒店送了蛋糕、紅酒，並且佈置了生日場所，雖簡單卻用心，我們非常的感動。還有酒店的早餐很豐盛，中式的、新式的、各種粥品。我女兒最喜歡甜品，種類很多，味道很好。還要表揚一下酒店服務人員阿寶，非常可愛帥氣細緻周到的大男孩！

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it. Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station. Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

Fantastic hotel close to the Hemu Jikepulin Ski resort. Note that this is NOT a a real ski-in, ski-out hotel that another reviewer has stated - it is not possible to ski directly to the resort. It is about 8-min walk from Cable car station 2 of the ski resort to the hotel, but there is a bit of a walk uphill (so I still requested for pickup service). There is drop-off and pick-up service to the ski resort but there may be a bit of waiting because the cars can get full quite fast especially in the mornings - this was during the Chinese New Year peak period. The room is spacious and I loved the big balcony and floor to ceiling windows which had a nice view. However my room was super far away from the elevator so it's a bit of a walk carrying my ski equipment walking in my ski boots every day. The room was way too hot to sleep in though! The thermostat in the room was 30 deg Celsius! No matter how I adjusted the fan, it was not cooling down so I often had to keep the balcony door open slightly otherwise the room was just way too hot. Breakfast is a feast - there is a huge buffet selection of vegetables, meat, fruits and others - it was my best meal of the day! The staff in the hotel are also all very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

The room was clean. The breakfast was sumptuous. The front desk staff were very friendly, despite being under pressure because of a lot of guests arriving almost at the same time.

Since it was the low season, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. However, one aspect that could be improved is the room lighting. While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
