El pequeño cortile se ocupa de una limpia y elegante, las instalaciones de la habitación están completas y el agua caliente es suficiente. El servicio de la hermana de la señorita es también muy bueno, muy entusiasta, la primera opción de relajarse, se recomienda a los amigos.

UUsuario anónimoAlthough the hotel’s first floor is very basic with little more than the check-in counter, I really enjoy the second floor. It offers a variety of useful facilities, including clean restrooms, a laundry room, a small fitness room, comfortable seating areas and a complimentary afternoon tea service.
The room was in excellent condition, felt modern and well-maintained, and was completely free of any cigarette smell.
The only drawbacks were:
- There are not enough elevators and waiting times can be very long, especially when large tour groups are checking in and out.
- Breakfast is served in a separate building which requires taking stairs to access. The food selection was quite limited, and the quality was underwhelming. Only black coffee was available, and there was often a long queue for the coffee machine.
Overall, I had a pleasure stay and particularity appreciated the facilities on the second floor and the clean, comfortable room.

Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, safe and secure environment, very delicious food at their restaurant, the staff are all amazing, kind and very helpful, A big Thank you to all the staff working there ( Shi Shi , Hanan . Sune Yue, all restaurant staff and waitress Hannan, and the guy who carved the delicious lamb meat and drove us to the bus station sorry forgot his name ) will see you guys again. I highly recommend Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay.

UUsuario invitadoUn pueblo seleccionado, el hermano pequeño del administrador también nos ha actualizado la habitación, muy amigable para nuestra familia con niños mayores de adolescentes. La ubicación está cerca de la estación de cambio central y la cena, y puede pasar a pie. La mañana se puede ver la montaña negra. Los gatos salvajes de la población son muy familiares. Vienen a Penas cuando viajan en el vigésimo semestre, conocen a personas y paisajes bonitos, experimentan una sensación de abundanteza.

1、早餐很可口，涼菜熱菜都有，花捲都是自己蒸的，還有西瓜。涼菜也很好吃！晚餐更是可口，色香味俱全！！特別是師德做的重慶辣子雞！美味的很！直接再吃兩頓，在打包走一盒
2、房間也很好，實木的床，最好的是！地下不是地毯！可不喜歡外面酒店房間鋪地毯！洗漱杯也是一次性的，可好！
3、院子裏面花真的好美！我感覺整個賈登峪都沒有他這個院子裏面的花多！
4、每個工作人員都特別多熱情！
5、酒店有個大停車場，門口就是公交車站，很方便。
6、酒店雖然沒有電梯，但是有人員幫忙提行李！
7、床上用品也非常的乾淨！

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it.
Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station.
Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

UUsuario invitadoThe front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Since it was the low season, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. However, one aspect that could be improved is the room lighting. While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience.
The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
