We had the double room at Holiday Inn Hemu for two nights. On the day we visited Hemu village the hotel offered us shuttle service, we really appreciate this arrangement and the driver. The view of the ski mountain from our room is incredible.

Amazing stay at YiJing! The experience at the cabin was truly magical, with its one-window-one-framed view setting that effortlessly brought the beauty of the outdoors inside. Even the bathtub had a stunning vista, making every soak an indulgent retreat. The cabin’s full facilities, including a Dyson hair-dryer, floor warming and an auto toilet, added a layer of luxury that made us feel pampered at every turn. The guest service was simply unparalleled. From the moment we were welcomed at the entrance by the friendly resident dogs, we felt right at home. The welcome drink and snacks, paired with a delightful afternoon tea, set the perfect tone for our stay. Dining recommendations were spot-on, ensuring we enjoyed the best local flavors. The turn-down service, complete with a delightful Chinese dessert soup as in-room support, was a thoughtful touch that highlighted their attention to detail. One of my personal highlights was the Marshall speaker; it allowed us to fill the cabin with our favorite music, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like our own little sanctuary. We were also gifted with a special Xinjiang gift upon our departure, which was a lovely surprise! Despite the rain and cold that greeted us upon our arrival in Hemu, our stay in YiJing more than compensated for the dreary weather. Fantastic hotel close to the Hemu Jikepulin Ski resort. Note that this is NOT a a real ski-in, ski-out hotel that another reviewer has stated - it is not possible to ski directly to the resort. It is about 8-min walk from Cable car station 2 of the ski resort to the hotel, but there is a bit of a walk uphill (so I still requested for pickup service). There is drop-off and pick-up service to the ski resort but there may be a bit of waiting because the cars can get full quite fast especially in the mornings - this was during the Chinese New Year peak period. The room is spacious and I loved the big balcony and floor to ceiling windows which had a nice view. However my room was super far away from the elevator so it's a bit of a walk carrying my ski equipment walking in my ski boots every day. The room was way too hot to sleep in though! The thermostat in the room was 30 deg Celsius! No matter how I adjusted the fan, it was not cooling down so I often had to keep the balcony door open slightly otherwise the room was just way too hot. Breakfast is a feast - there is a huge buffet selection of vegetables, meat, fruits and others - it was my best meal of the day! The staff in the hotel are also all very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

Staff was so friendly and helpful especiallly the girls reception who can speak english and driver name ike. He was helping us and trying his best to accomudate us. The hotel got their restaurant and performance at night
