Hoteles con Desayuno en Estado libre, Sudáfrica

2023 I visited this hotel with my mom and a few of my siblings. The location is amazing, the hotel rooms are also very clean and spacious with great stuff and it’s a very quiet space because of this past experience I decided to book my mum for two days in winter 2025. My mum has been sick so the doctor advised her to rest and get some sauna and since the hotel claims to have if we thought it be convenient for her to stay. It’s currently winter in South Africa and yet the were no gowns in the room this really upset me because I am not even in South Africa now I have to call for that request while I’m busy. I am truly disappointed at these two points.

酒店很好，TRIP平台非常差的入住體驗。 我們疲憊地到達酒店，前台有我們的預定信息但是否認我們是預付款的，我出示我的預訂單，上麪清楚顯示已預付全款且包括早餐，但是酒店電腦顯示的是未付款。沒辦法衹有另行付款辦理入住。 隨後聯繫Trip 平台，被告知Trip是通過第三方所謂合作夥伴預訂的,他們又聯繫了當地的合作夥伴，最終前台才確認收了我們兩次費用。 Trip客服隨後又打來電話，表示是酒店前台沒看清訂單，，而我完全不認同這種解釋。我清楚看到酒店的電腦顯示我們是未付款預定。 應該是Trip當地合作夥伴沒有責任心所導致的。 另外就是酒店完全沒有餐廳，根本不提供早餐，凡是入住的客人都可以得到20%折扣的優惠券在旁邊加油站服務區的快餐廳購買餐飲，餐飲很便宜。而我們預定的含早餐的住宿白白浪費接近200港幣。（ 我的收銀小票顯示，客房單價為1178ZAR ,而我實際支付的所謂含早餐的價格為627港幣）。

Все очень мило, это загородный дом, с цветами, со стильными номерами и очень приветливыми хозяевами. Все очень понравилось. Удобная кровать, хорошие ванные принадлежности, поют птицы и ароматно пахнет.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, hay un gran centro comercial cercano, pero se recomienda volver al hotel lo más cerca posible antes de que se oscurece. Está muy cerca del Museo Nacional y necesitará diez minutos en coche al aeropuerto. La habitación es ligeramente antigua y el desayuno es bueno.

El hotel estaba limpio y el personal era amable.El desayuno era fresco y tenía un poco de todo.Desafortunadamente, por mi compañero y yo, reservamos el hotel debido a sus instalaciones, Cuando llegamos, recibimos la noticia de que el hotel está haciendo algunas renovaciones por lo que no podíamos utilizar las instalaciones que reservamos para el hotel.Sugerí que al menos se nos actualizara como estamos infeliz, pero nada de eso sucedió.Así que estaba muy infeliz que el hotel No podían al menos reunirse a medio camino. Acabaron de decir que el sitio que reservaba necesita asumir la plena responsabilidad de no notificarme la renovación.

La habitación era limpia y acogedora, el jardín tranquilo y el personal muy amigable.

Reserva este lugar para viajar a la familia a través de Bloemfontein. Como siempre el lugar era limpio. El servicio es bueno y la ubicación es grande. Mucho mejor que permanecer en los 2 hoteles “grandes” dentro de Bloemfontein.

¡Qué personal maravilloso! Habitaciones limpias. Facilitación tranquila. Nos encantaría quedarnos en este hotel y le recomendaría a los demás!

來之前看到了很好的評論，所以我非常堅定地就選擇住在了這個地方。來了之後發現這是非常正確的決定，在來這裏遊玩的第一天，回來的路上因為出租車公司中介的原因，我遇到了一個非常不禮貌的男人。然後我將這件不開心的事情告訴了房東奶奶，她特別耐心的安慰我然後幫我恢復情緒，還給我泡茶喝做了美味的三明治給我吃。中間我們就一直在聊天，她也一直寬慰我讓我感到非常的暖心。爺爺非常的好，從一開始給我推薦shuttle car，再到每天早晨準時並且很美味的早飯以及我回家以後關心我一天過得怎麼樣，真的很像自己的家人一樣，我也會很樂意去跟他們分享我一天都過得好不好。不僅是這樣的擁有人文關懷的一個guest House，本身的設施和配置也是非常的好。我之後如果還會回到南非還會回到布隆方丹我一定會回來再看看你們非常感謝你們這段時間的幫助以及關心和支持。 Before coming here, I saw very good reviews, so I chose to live here firmly. Then I told Lettie about this unhappy thing. She comforted me very patiently, helped me recover my mood, and made tea for me to drink and delicious sandwiches for me to eat. We were chatting at that time and she kept comforting me, which made me feel very warm. Her husband is also nice. From recommending the shuttle car to me at the very beginning, to making the punctual and delicious breakfast every morning and caring about how my day was after I got home. I am also very willing to share with them whether my day was good or not. Not only is it such a guest House with humanistic care, but its own facilities and configuration are also very good. The lodge is amazing! The location is very good it’s right in the middle of the city which makes it easily accessible. The room was clean. I would absolutely recommend it.
