Our family stayed two nights from the 17th to the 19th of December at the hotel, which has a great location and fantastic service, with friendly lobby staff. We also appreciated the fast check-in, thanks to Xiao Ding's assistance. After they found out we hadn't been sleeping very well, and they changed to another room for us, our family slept so well after that. We were so touched by their caring and excellent service. ¡El Suzhou Urban Holiday Hotel (Tienda Shiquan Street Wangshi Garden) es realmente bueno! La ubicación es bastante buena, a solo cien metros de la estación de metro. Puedes ir andando al Jardín del Maestro de Redes y a Pingjiang Road. Si vas en coche, tienen aparcamiento gratuito y estaciones de carga, lo que hace que moverse sea súper conveniente. Las habitaciones tienen control de voz en toda la estancia, y detalles bien pensados como un mini refrigerador y cables de carga. Algunas habitaciones son suites dúplex con bañera o habitaciones temáticas familiares, y la insonorización es excepcionalmente buena. El personal de recepción es bastante amable; no solo nos ayudaron con el check-out tardío, sino que también recomendaron rutas turísticas. La entrega con robot también es muy cómoda.

Este hotel que elegí esta vez me ha sorprendido gratamente. Nada más entrar, sentí que había acertado. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, y no me refiero solo a una limpieza superficial, sino que incluso los rincones estaban inmaculados, lo que me hizo sentir relajado al instante. Las sábanas eran suaves al tacto, como recién puestas al sol; las mesas y el suelo estaban relucientes, e incluso el aire tenía un aroma agradable, lo que me dio una sensación de tranquilidad (soy muy exigente con los detalles de la limpieza). La ubicación también es inmejorable. Ya sea para ir de compras, comer o visitar atracciones turísticas, el metro y los autobuses cercanos son muy convenientes, lo que facilita ir a cualquier parte. Sientes que tienes toda la ciudad a tus pies, es muy práctico. Pero lo que más quiero destacar es el servicio. El personal es realmente atento, no te hacen sentir incómodo, sino más bien como si estuvieras entre amigos. Cualquier cosa que necesites, la resuelven de inmediato, con una actitud muy natural y cálida, haciéndote sentir verdaderamente cuidado. Cada día que me alojé aquí fue tranquilo y muy agradable. En resumen, lo que este hotel me transmitió fue: limpieza, comodidad, confort, tranquilidad y un toque hogareño. ¡Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que venga! This one does the job you’re there for business you want to get in and out as quickly and as efficiently as possible breakfast is good. Service is good room are nice and clean. No major issues. Good place to stay good value.

Una estancia muy satisfactoria. El personal de recepción y los conserjes siempre saludaban proactivamente. El conserje me ayudó con el equipaje, un servicio de cinco estrellas. La entrega de artículos en la habitación fue muy rápida, y no hubo problemas cuando pedí cuatro botellas de agua mineral. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, con una cafetería y un pequeño supermercado justo en la puerta del hotel. ¡Definitivamente le doy cinco estrellas!

The hotel is modern design & surrounding very beautiful . The service is excellent. The staffs are friendly & also introduced us the place interests to go. Especially the hotel manager , she is so friendly we feels so welcome. As it is the  season of the “yang mei” fruit , we also received a bowl of free fruit. Really appreciated. I would like to recommend that in the room there should be a night light. Keep up the good standard.

The hotel staff were very friendly. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. The hotel is located near the great Yangtze river, and I could clearly see a large section of the rive from my room on the 48th floor.

Perfect location. Just across the road from Nanjing south railway station. The staff is excellent. Special shout-out to Julia and her team..it's my fourth visit to this property and not once have I been disappointed. The breakfast spread is very good and the amenities are at par. The rooms are comfortable and in the lobby area, you can watch the matches and enjoy beer. All in all, a great place, great staff and a great vibe.
