Our family stayed two nights from the 17th to the 19th of December at the hotel, which has a great location and fantastic service, with friendly lobby staff. We also appreciated the fast check-in, thanks to Xiao Ding's assistance. After they found out we hadn't been sleeping very well, and they changed to another room for us, our family slept so well after that. We were so touched by their caring and excellent service. This hotel has a great location in Nanjing. You can walk to restaurants and malls in Nanjing, which is a university city. However, it can be challenging to find a place to relax without feeling overwhelmed by crowds. This hotel has none of that pressure and allows you to relax in quiet. I got a free upgrade to a corner room on an upper floor with great views. This hotel features a fantastic restaurant and a charming ground-level café that serves excellent coffee. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Nanjing.
