温泉も夕食も朝食も大満足でした。特に夕食＆朝食はバイキングで、めちゃくちゃ豪華で種類も多く、どの年代の方にも合うと思います。特に海鮮系はお刺身、お寿司海老にホタテ、イカ、タコと、よりどりみどり！松阪牛の鍋やシチューもあり、フルーツやデザートも豊富でした。夕食時に、ちょっとしたアクシデントにみまわれましたが、スタッフの方々の素早い対応と気遣いに大変感激いたしました。本当に素晴らしいホスピタリティとお心遣い、そして、どのポジションのスタッフも情報共有をしっかりとしていると実感できる安心感！ 心より感謝いたします。 機会がありましたら、是非ともまた鳥羽シーサイドホテルへ宿泊したいと思いました。

孝行のつもりで高齢の両親と共にした旅行でしたが、両親とも全てのスタッフの対応に感謝しており、頂いた料理なども期待以上のものであったと喜んでおり、その笑顔を見て、この旅館を選び良かったと思っています

As we are going to Ise from Nagoya, so we just stay there for a night. Given the price, it’s a good deal.

The hotel staff were one of the friendliest I've ever met...always there with a sincere smile and pure heart to serve. Very pleasant check-in and out experience. The room heater was working very well. The location was excellent as it was connected to a department store and opposite Family Mart. Parking was convenient due to basement parking the hotel had. One downside was that the parking had to be paid per night even though it was the hotel's own parking...but I assume close to all other hotels charge for parking in Japan too, so it's fine. Overall pleasant stay, appreciated the older decor vibes of the hotel and would definitely come back again.

整個酒店大環境很漂亮，雖然遠離城市，但是有固定班次的bus還算方便。房間很漂亮，是我要的那件主題房，設施很完備。度假村裡吃飯的地方還算多，按照google上的打分去吃沒有踩雷。整個度假村的服務人員素質都很高很友好。

The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an ”international crew” but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

スタッフの方たちの対応がとても良かったです。 部屋も綺麗で、夜の花火も、子供達とても喜んでました。 ご飯も美味しかったです。 また来年も是非宿泊したいです。

La familia ４ No hay muchos hoteles que puedan vivir solo en una habitación, pero él incluso ha preparado una cama de bebé para mi madre. La habitación es una habitación grande con ２ habitación. Muchas gracias. La propia instalación debe ser muy vieja. Sin embargo, dado que el hotel tiene suficiente diseño y servicio para pasar cómodo por la habitación, creo que es una residencia relajada. No hay gran problema con los padres de edad avanzada para caminar. ¿Señor Teniente? Pero este es un hotel que da una impresionante impresiones y que me sirven todo lo que pueden.

Excellent staff service. Although the onsen is not big , it is well designed. The food (if you include breakfast in your booking) served in the restaurant is very nice. The dinner is highly recommended.

La habitación es amplia y limpia con terraza, la habitación de paisaje marino ve la hermosa Zhimo es encantadora y de alto precio. Aunque la comida es una cocina, tiene características muy especiales y muchas opciones.
