Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Ontario, Canadá

PROS: Nueva, limpia, seclada, decente lo suficiente gimnasio, tranquila, cansada, no hay más limpia química que las toallas y hojas que permanecerán en la piel 100%... Siempre trago mi propia debido a esto. CONS: Las puertas de la habitación pesada se mueven locomente duras, rápidas y se apretarían los dedos, derribaran las cavidades y agitar las paredes. Me desperté cada puerta muerta, duro a no. ¡Escucha a la cabeza a la hora de gastar dinero en construir un hotel y no considere tener puertas tranquilas de calidad seguras! SOLUSIÓN! ¡Tuve que usar un poco de ”ruido blanco” para ahogar las mulas de puertas locas. Casino es un final inviable de la línea en la vibe purgatoria, pero no estoy en esa actividad y no estaba allí por eso. Si desea un hotel limpio, nuevo y en su mayoría tranquilo, esta es una buena opción si encuentra un buen trato. Servicio No he pedido comida pero el té y el café complementarios están bien si se almacenan, NO leche alternativas y la lista de comida aburrida para pagar por.

The hotel is great-well lit, clean, quiet. Staff is friendly. A great place for family outings and also for conventions. The only complaint I had was there was no tea available in the room, just very good expresso coffee and more device plug ins for usb or usb-c without having to find electrical outlets for blocks. The room we had could have been a little bigger and roomier for the price we paid. It was a long room but accessible to the elevator and ice machine and the flooring is  weird and could be  plushier. (321) I Like the lights going on automatically under bed when getting up in the night. Had 2 queen beds which are comfortable. The pool is wonderful and so is the hot tub which is big( can accommodate 10). The cabanas are wonderful amenities. . Like the proximity to fun places, restaurants and bars and stores—-all within the confines of the Hard Rock Hotel. Important suggestion: because the hotel is attached to other businesses, security is important. 1. Maybe have a gate into the hotel proper with a security guard or paid guests could use room key to get into the hotel from the emporium or other businesses like restaurants.  2. Use room key to work the elevator so no other persons who are not authorized could enter the room floors. Will definitely stay there again. Appreciated getting late checkout. Reception girls are courteous and very helpful and friendly.

Upon check-in, the 2 bedroom suite turned out to be a family suite with 2 Queen beds in the same room and a sofa bed in the other and with only 1 bathroom! Not suitable for us, 2 adult couples, to stay in. Upon our request, the hotel staff changed us to another “2 bedrooms” suite with a king size bed in each room and with 2 bathrooms. This turned out far better than the earlier room. But this room was on a higher floor and a better view of the Niagara Falls. So we had a wonderful memorable 1 night stay!w

Es Hilton. Como esperado. Situación excelente con instalaciones cercanas. Bella vista desde las habitaciones. Sin embargo, no hay agua para la máquina de café. Pic es de la Torre CN como se ve desde la habitación. Habría quedado más tiempo, pero ahora es demasiado frío para mí en Canadá, así que volverá en primavera.

Habitación limpia, espaciosa y bastante tranquila. Se proporcionan toallas, además de champú, acondicionador, loción y jabón corporal. Equipado con TV, nevera, plancha, secador de pelo, cafetera, microondas y caja fuerte. Amplios enchufes y buen aire acondicionado/calefacción. Buenas instalaciones con piscina y gimnasio, y centro de negocios (escritorios en el lobby). Hay aparcamiento disponible por un suplemento.

The hotel is very nice and modern throughout. The only issue is the hotel is on a flight path into Pearson International Airport and is very bury with planes going over the top of the property overnight and early morning!

The location was great, the rooms was clean, friendly staff. About 9:30pm the heater in the room started making a popping sound every few minutes. Maintenance came, but couldn't get it to stop. I was taken to another room, but maintenance couldn't get the heater to blow hot air - it was blowing cold air. I was taken to another room - maintenance put the heater on, but it kept shutting off. Head maintenance said to put the heat higher - he did and assured me it would be fine 3rd room. During the night the heater shut off and never came back on again. I woke up at 4am because I was cold. I was afraid to touch the heater for fear it would start blowing cold air, so just pulled the blanket/sheets up higher and went back to sleep. When I told front desk of the issues in the morning on check out, they said they could take off the parking fee, but nothing more because I booked through a 3rd party. I was stressed when I decided to take a night away. The stress of being ushed around to 3 separate rooms and then the heat going off when it's still cold outside created even more stress. Staff was friendly, maintenance was helpful and friendly, but let's face it, I went there to be relaxed and de-stress. Didn't happen.

Si se hospeda en una habitación con vista a la cascada, podrá ver claramente la cascada y podrá disfrutar del espectáculo de fuegos artificiales durante aproximadamente un minuto directamente en la habitación a las 8 p.m. Como hacía frío y viento, elegí cenar el menú del día en el restaurante de Shadian. Lo que más me gustó fue el pan particularmente grande. Estaba caliente y suave. El salmón frito estaba crujiente por fuera. Suave por dentro Sabía bien, pero el servicio del camarero fue muy bueno. Todavía hay margen de mejora en la actitud.

Super basic, wouldn’t go back to a Hilton. Room had depressing, cool-toned lighting, I was surprised that not even the front desk had makeup remover wipes. The snack selection near check in was limited and WAY overpriced. I just thought it would be a LITTLE better. Attention to detail here would go a really long way. Think of the things that people might need during unexpected travel delays - being a hotel beside the airport.

The hotel offers a generally pleasant stay, but there were a few issues during my visit. The building was very cold on all floors, likely due to a malfunctioning central heater. I also noticed visible signs of wear and tear, particularly water hardness corrosion on the showerhead. Although I requested some utensils for personal use, they were never provided. Additionally, there was no complimentary water or toiletries (toothbrush/paste) available. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant was exceptional—delicious and full of flavor!
