Ambiente: el hall del hotel es pequeño, también es pequeño en general, pero es muy rica, el puerto de la ventana del lago de la habitación es muy bonito. Es realmente muy sorprendente cuando se abre la puerta de la habitación para ver el paisaje por primera vez

I enjoyed the pool for a quick swim. It has long hours.. I had a quiet night with my best sleep in weeks. The hotel pillows are very comfortable and I fell asleep before I had time to judge the mattress. Turns out it is really comfy too! The staff were very friendly even in the middle of the night. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay.

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

We had an amazing experience at the Hilton, Toronto. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Our train got into the city, and we had a few hours before our scheduled show. The staff graciously tagged and stored our luggage while we toured around.
The lobby, room and the pool were both amazing and very clean! The pool (and sauna) was a highlight for sure! Just beautiful!
We were given late checkout upon asking, and enjoyed the pool more the next morning.
Also, the little coffee shop in the large hallway attached to the hotel was SO good!!! They were wonderful there as well.
We highly recommend and will certainly book our next stay here!!!:)

Very Nice Hotel. It provides spa & Kids Playhouse. We spend a whole days to walk around and enjoy the wonderful night. Recommend to stay for 2 nights at least.

Gran habitación limpia y me encanta la vista de la ciudad! La habitación es espaciosa. Bonita cama firme. ¡El baño también está limpio y espacioso! Tenga en cuenta que no tienen hervidor eléctrico en las habitaciones, así que solicite uno si lo necesita. Un poco fuera del centro de Toronto, a unos 20-30 minutos en coche, dependiendo del tráfico. ¡Conseguí la habitación a un excelente precio durante el Black Friday, fuera de temporada alta!

Debe traer su propia pasta de dientes, cepillo de dientes y zapatillas. El hotel proporciona jabón de baño, champú, acondicionador, toallas y toallas. El hotel dispone de aparcamiento de pago, que cuesta 20 por día sin aparcamiento. Si entra y sale varias veces, se cobrará 20 adicionales. El restaurante del primer piso es asequible y muy recomendable para viajar a Ottawa. La ubicación es buena y el ambiente es bueno y rentable.

UUsuario anónimo¡Reservó este hotel como está cerca del aeropuerto tan bueno para quedarse el día antes de mi vuelo! La habitación era muy espaciosa y limpia, y podía ver la ruta fuera de mi ventana. Check-in y check-out rápido y sin problemas, así como. logró comprobar en el inicio y el final :)

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

UUsuario invitadoWhere to begin... first of all, when I made this booking, there was no mention whatsoever of HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION beginning every day at 7 a.m. Naturally upon checking in, I'm informed that there is intense construction happening right next door. And yes, it was brutal. I also SPECIFICALLY booked this hotel because there was an option to reserve now, pay at the hotel. Here are some direct quotes from my booking confirmation email: ”You'll need to pay upon check-in at Andaz Ottawa Byward Market, by Hyatt,” ”Your payment will be handled by Andaz Ottawa Byward Market, by Hyatt,” and ”Pay at Hotel.” Sure enough, I get there, and the money's already been taken out of my credit card and I owe nothing to the hotel upon check-in. (This matters for reimbursement purposes at the company I work for.) Lastly, I was told when I checked in that housekeeping would be visiting every third day -- that was fine by me. But the very first day, I come back to my room after a long day and someone's been there, replacing towels, removing the minimal garbage in there, etc., which I was not at all prepared for given that I was advised the opposite. It made me extremely uncomfortable because all of my personal effects were left throughout the room, not expecting housekeeping given that I was advised no housekeeping would be coming until the third day. I'll be honest, that creeped me out as someone travelling alone. The staff were apologetic but I didn't find their explanation at all sufficient. (The housekeeping manager and front desk attendant completely contradicted each other.) Overall, such a chaotic stay. Oh, and, the heat in my room didn't work. Had to request a space heater... I mean, c'mon.

However, I would like to highlight a couple of areas where practicality could be improved:
• Study Table Placement: The study/work desk is positioned directly beneath the wall-mounted TV. This setup is not practical, as it places the guest in a position where they are working directly in front of a screen that may be distracting. It would be more functional to have the desk in a location that supports focus and productivity without unnecessary interference.
• Coffee Cup and Saucer Mismatch: The coffee cup provided has a round base, while the saucer has a square design that does not accommodate the cup securely. This mismatch not only affects usability but also detracts from the overall attention to detail expected at this level of hospitality.
• Bathroom Dustbin Design: The dustbin in the bathroom does not have a foot pedal for hands-free operation. Guests are required to bend down and lift the lid manually, which is inconvenient and unhygienic. A foot-pedal bin would be a more user-friendly option.
• Lack of Proper Kettle for Tea Drinkers: As tea drinkers, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine. The water has a noticeable coffee taste and smell, which affects the flavor of the tea. A small electric kettle in each room would be a simple but impactful addition to cater to all beverage preferences.

NNgMoonAntes me preocupaba quedarme en un hotel ”antiguo”, pero mis preocupaciones se descansaron. El hotel ofrece un parque con un río tranquilo, un lugar ideal para descansar y recuperar la vida ocupada de la ciudad. La estación de tren más cercana está a 5 minutos a pie y a 30-45 minutos en coche al centro de la ciudad. Las herramientas no se han proporcionado en la habitación así estar preparado para traer su propio set. Los ascensores del hotel parecen un poco agotados, pero no se habían descomponido durante mi estancia. En general, me disfruté realmente de mi estancia dada la tranquilidad alrededor de las vibraciones y el maravilloso servicio. Me gustaría volver en el futuro

Hotel staff very nice, I arrived by uber but my son lost a handbag, so I ran out to see, and a receptionist lady also ran out for help, she is super helpful to help me to contact the driver, even we cannot reach out the driver, and when I checked in the counter, another super nice receptionist lady explained very detail to me for how to contact the drivers again or report police etc, both 2 receptionist ladies are super super nice and helpful and professional.
The last one is the manager and we lost another backpack and wonder it was lost in hotel, he spend long time to look for me and review cctv few times for me, they all are very kind hearted and helpful when you have problems. Really appreciated and touched.
Room was a bit old but everything looks good, room service food also good.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is great-well lit, clean, quiet. Staff is friendly. A great place for family outings and also for conventions.
The only complaint I had was there was no tea available in the room, just very good expresso coffee and more device plug ins for usb or usb-c without having to find electrical outlets for blocks. The room we had could have been a little bigger and roomier for the price we paid. It was a long room but accessible to the elevator and ice machine and the flooring is weird and could be plushier. (321) I Like the lights going on automatically under bed when getting up in the night. Had 2 queen beds which are comfortable.
The pool is wonderful and so is the hot tub which is big( can accommodate 10). The cabanas are wonderful amenities. . Like the proximity to fun places, restaurants and bars and stores—-all within the confines of the Hard Rock Hotel.
Important suggestion: because the hotel is attached to other businesses, security is important.
1. Maybe have a gate into the hotel proper with a security guard or paid guests could use room key to get into the hotel from the emporium or other businesses like restaurants.
2. Use room key to work the elevator so no other persons who are not authorized could enter the room floors.
Will definitely stay there again. Appreciated getting late checkout. Reception girls are courteous and very helpful and friendly.
