Un hotel bien establecido con una muy buena ubicación. Está muy cerca de la mayoría de las atracciones, como Parliament Hill. Cuando salga del hotel, puede ingresar a la línea 1 del metro e ir al mercado Byword en 2 paradas. No hay suministros desechables en el hotel, ¡así que trae cepillo de dientes y pantuflas!

Clean room. Simple, easy to understand process. Perfect location for those visiting for sports event, or need Union Station access.

En general, es normal y está por debajo de su precio. La vista desde la habitación no es tan espectacular como se describe. Sin embargo, la habitación está limpia y ordenada. El servicio responde rápidamente a las solicitudes.

Hay un autobús que lleva al aeropuerto y que circula cada media hora. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto. El hotel es un poco antiguo, por lo que el aislamiento acústico no es muy bueno, pero es el único lugar en el que me he alojado en Canadá que proporciona zapatillas gratis, aunque hay que llamar para conseguirlas.

Reservé el hotel porque se levantó como si tuviera un transbordador de aeropuerto. Sin embargo, no puedes usarlo como un parque y una ubicación de vuelo. Tuve que reservar un parque y una ubicación de vuelo que terminaba cuesta tanto como la noche del hotel. Que sólo nos quedamos por 5 horas.

We stayed for a night as our flight was early next morning. We picked this hotel as it was conveniently located in Terminal 3. We landed in Terminal 1 and the hotel was a stop away via airport train. The hotel was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. We ordered room service for dinner and it arrived promptly. There’s a Starbucks next to the reception.

My stay was exceptional! The hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and great staff made it a standout experience. Plus, being within walking distance to Clifton Hill added extra charm to the overall convenience. Highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

Estuvo muy bien. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno incluido fue muy bueno y los trabajadores también fueron agradables. Volvería a visitar este lugar no solo porque los empleados fueron amables, sino también porque la ubicación era excelente, la vista era excelente y las instalaciones también eran excelentes. ¡¡¡Gracias!!!

Abbiamo avuto un brutto impatto all’ arrivo,perché non avevamo ricevuto istruzioni per l’ ingresso e siamo rimasti ore fuori all’ edificio nell’ attesa di ricevere direttive, solo dopo aver contattato l’ assistenza trip sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la persona interessata che successivamente mi ha fornito il luogo e modo di ritirare le chiavi. L’ appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima e i servizi che forniva erano il massimo, siamo rimasti piu di un giorno senza acqua calda ma sembrava essere un problema dell’ edificio, certo l’ ho abbiamo scoperto solo sotto la doccia, potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo, diciamo che la pecca principale è la mancanza di comunicazione preventiva, comunque in generale siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti e la sceglieremo comunque nuovamente se ci sarà occasione.
