La ubicación es realmente inmejorable, el hotel ofrece un servicio gratuito de autobús turístico a West Street, es tranquilo pero cerca de todo. Además, está súper bien conectado con atracciones como el Show de las Mil Edades y la Galería de Diez Millas de Paisajes, por lo que no hay que preocuparse en absoluto por el transporte. Las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares; al abrir la ventana, se pueden admirar directamente las magníficas cumbres kársticas de Yangshuo, verdes y exuberantes como una pintura de tinta. Se puede disfrutar de la inmersión en el paisaje de las montañas desde la cama y las fotos salen increíbles. Una experiencia de alojamiento maravillosa, llena de encanto de la era de la República de China, que satisfizo totalmente mi nostalgia por la historia. Las vistas nocturnas de los Dos Ríos y Cuatro Lagos de los alrededores también son impresionantes. El servicio del hotel realmente encarna el principio de tratar a los huéspedes como en casa y de satisfacer todas sus peticiones, con un estándar muy alto. Si tengo la oportunidad, definitivamente me volveré a alojar aquí.

Como era de esperar de un hotel tan recomendado, estaba bastante concurrido incluso entre semana y en temporada baja. El ambiente del hotel era impecable y la comida, especialmente buena; ¡el té de la tarde y el desayuno superaron todas las expectativas! El vestíbulo funciona como cafetería y restaurante, con vistas a la piscina y al río Yulong. Con esas vistas a la montaña, ¿para qué ir a una cafetería? En este hotel se puede encontrar todo lo necesario. Al registrarse, se puede tomar una balsa de bambú desde la zona panorámica del río Yulong directamente hasta la entrada del hotel. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca, incluyendo uno donde sirven pescado a la cerveza especialmente delicioso. La habitación era excelente, con dos grandes ventanales que iban del suelo al techo con vistas a la montaña y a la piscina: una vista fantástica. Se puede acceder fácilmente a la piscina, que está justo afuera, lo cual es muy relajante. Aunque el tiempo no acompañó, la atmósfera brumosa y nublada tenía un encanto único. Los artículos de tocador de la habitación eran de Acqua di Parma, con una fragancia exquisita, lo que demuestra la atención al detalle del hotel. También había agua caliente disponible en todo momento. ¡Sin duda, un hotel al que vale la pena volver!

La ubicación es súper conveniente, puedes alquilar una moto eléctrica justo en la puerta y llegar al Valle de las Diez Millas (Shili Hualang) sin esfuerzo. La insonorización de la habitación es excelente; a pesar de estar cerca de la zona turística, por la noche es muy tranquilo y el descanso no se ve interrumpido. El Sky Mirror en la azotea es perfecto para fotos, ¡cualquier instantánea captura paisajes montañosos y acuáticos espectaculares!

De todos los hoteles en los que me he alojado en mis viajes por el país, este es uno de los más bonitos y característicos. Tanto el entorno del hotel, las habitaciones, las instalaciones como la gestión del equipo son de nivel internacional. Estoy muy, muy satisfecho. La ubicación del hotel también es muy conveniente, se puede llegar a la mayoría de los lugares turísticos en 20 minutos. Su cerveza de marca propia también es muy recomendable.

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

Por último, el selector de fotos es muy paciente al ayudarte a elegir tus fotos y no te presiona para que elijas más de las que quieres.

La reserva de la habitación a través de Ctrip incluyó una sesión de fotos de viaje, una sesión de cuencos tibetanos y una sopa de bolas de arroz para la cena, todo lo cual fue muy satisfactorio. If you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel. I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry. I am a returning guest. First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031 Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003 During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway. On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet. On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage. I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them. During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected. This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing. This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

This hotel is a wonderful place to unwind for anyone looking to escape the stress of city life. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally attentive every member of staff welcomed us warmly and always greeted us with a genuine smile. The rooms are beautifully designed in a timeless style. What stood out to me most was the high level of cleanliness and the excellent amenities. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and you hardly want to leave your balcony. We also had a private whirlpool, which was perfect for this time of year and made our stay even more relaxing. I would especially like to praise the housekeeping staff. The ladies did an outstanding job—everything was spotless, hygienic, and cleaned very thoroughly. Another true highlight was the incredible food experience. Every afternoon we were treated to attentive afternoon service with desserts that were clearly prepared with love and care. The breakfast deserves special mention. I have stayed at some of the best five-star resorts, and I can honestly say that the quality of the breakfast buffet here was outstanding. While it is smaller than those of large resort chains, it clearly follows the philosophy of quality over quantity, and nothing was missing. Many of the vegetables came from the hotel’s own garden, which made the experience feel even more authentic and fresh. The soup selection was excellent, and the beef soup was rich and generous—you could truly taste the passion and love the chef puts into their work. The surrounding area offers several attractions, although some are unfortunately closed during the winter season. I would recommend arriving by car so you can visit places like the nearby waterfall and other sights. My only small criticism would be that the hotel could offer more excursion options for guests without a car. That said, we really appreciated that on our first evening we were kindly driven to the nearby small town for dinner. The resort is also very family-friendly and offers a variety of activities for both adults and children, such as magnet crafting, fishing, and sports activities like yoga. A very thoughtful gesture was made at checkout, when we were given rice from the hotel’s own cultivation. This was something I truly appreciated and found very meaningful. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. My husband and I would love to return—next time in spring.
