The location closed with city center. Apartment are clean, spacious and check in process super easy and smooth. The best part - host allowed us to check in early 🤩 .

the good thing about this homestay they have washing machine n dryer to dry the clothes, the bed were comfortable it just that so many ants dont know come from where and the bed and floor a bit dusty

Location near to shopping and eating food. Room are clean and tidy.

La ubicación es muy buena, el ambiente también es bueno y también es un servicio de sonrisa. El aire acondicionado fuera de la habitación en la que acabo de registrarme hacía mucho ruido. Después de comunicarme con la recepción, también cambié de habitación después del trabajo a la 1:00 am. Como ingeniero civil, recomiendo reemplazar las ventanas por ventanas mejor insonorizadas, que no estén hechas de buenos materiales insonorizados.

離雞場街確實好近 就一個街口的位置 好方便 過河就係紅屋 去附近景點步行OK曬 係河邊的餐廳樓上 關於噪音其實無乜 訓得算唔錯 但checkin 需要打電話俾CS （門口有告示）有個好難溝通的小哥哥會落來開門 出入需要密碼 而且前後門分別有2個密碼 住咗4晚 🈚️人執房清垃圾🗑️ 唔換毛巾床單還可以接受 但唔清垃圾呢一點唔太滿意 因為垃圾會惹🪳 洗手間有滲水 到房間地下 需要比較小心放個人物品 電視機係擺設 裡面set的app 基本操作唔到 唔知係wifi問題還是遙控問題 放棄…. 除了位置價錢 其他無語😂

Hotel estupendo. El wifi no funciona Desayuno en el cercano Swiss Garden Hotel de 7 a 11. Llegada a las 9:00. Estuvimos en cola durante 20 minutos. La fila avanza rápidamente. El desayuno es rico. La foto muestra una cola para el desayuno.

房間乾淨整潔，條件很好，有陽台可以晾曬衣服，有免費的洗衣機可以使用，免費的飲水機提供開水和冰水，有共用的廚房和衞生間。地理位置也很優越，距離荷蘭紅樓等主要景點步行10分鐘左右可以到達。最最主要的是房東大哥不僅幽默，還十分熱情。本來準備在馬六甲衹待一天，所以衹訂了他家一天的房間。由於後面他家滿房，所以沒辦法續訂，我衹好訂了另外一家。房東大哥不僅幫忙開車送我去另外一家，還幫我辦完了那一家繁雜的入住手續（如果不是大哥以本地人的語言優勢和App優勢幫忙，我可能根本就不能成功辦理入住手續）。收穫了滿滿的感動！強烈推薦入住！

Very nice and clean apartment Strategic location, in the heart of Malacca city Highly recommended to those going Malacca with families

I booked 3D/2N stay at the apartment for 5 of us. The apartment was spacious and reasonably clean. There is a pool table which my boy was initially impressed but realised it was more for show as they have replaced the pool ball to soft sponge ball which you can hardly play. We didnt have a very comfortable stay as the apartment was not very sound proof. The motor at night was very loud and there were constant banging noise coming from the upper floor causing my father to wake up at night. We decided to move to another hotel the next day as it was really uncomfortable stay for us. I think if you are able to stand the noise, can still stay.
