Stayed at Bayu View Hotel Melaka, a budget- friendly hotel with a good location that made it convenient to get around. The rooms were simple and cozy, providing the essentials for a short stay. Cleanliness was generally okay, but I did notice the bedsheets and towels were quite old and not very clean, which was a bit of a drawback. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the water dispenser provided, which added convenience. Overall, it’s a decent option for budget travelers who prioritize location and friendly service, though the hotel could improve by upgrading its linens and towels.

La ubicación es muy buena, el ambiente también es bueno y también es un servicio de sonrisa. El aire acondicionado fuera de la habitación en la que acabo de registrarme hacía mucho ruido. Después de comunicarme con la recepción, también cambié de habitación después del trabajo a la 1:00 am. Como ingeniero civil, recomiendo reemplazar las ventanas por ventanas mejor insonorizadas, que no estén hechas de buenos materiales insonorizados.

El hotel está a poca distancia a pie del Hospital Mahkota y de la calle Jonker. Es un lugar muy limpio y cuenta con dispensador de agua, así que no tuvimos que comprar botellas (es ecológico). El personal de recepción, Fitri, y el de limpieza, Amin, hicieron un excelente trabajo y fueron muy amables.

Заселение было омрачено тем, что обнаружились скрытые сборы, которые мне надо было доплатить помимо самой оплаты за номер. 3 рингита, о которых было сказано при бронировании и 10 рингит - туристический сбор, о котором трипком умолчал. Очень профессионально и тактично повел себя менеджер за стойкой ресепшн Лим, пытаясь урегулировать неприятную ситуацию. И мое огромное спасибо ему за это. Номер был хороший, просторный и чистый. Чистое белье и полотенца. Из минусов: обнаружилось наличие тараканов, маленьких, но все же неприятно. Вода, которая предлагается бесплатно - ужасная и скорее всего просто набрана из крана. Пить не невозможно. Вкус и запах. Также из минусов - непрекращающийся гул в номере, судя по всему от какого то насоса или аккумулятора. Но нормально выспаться было затруднительно при таком шуме. Расположение в 15 минутах ходьбы от исторической улицы. Приемлимо для той цены которую я заплатила за бронирование- 40 рингит +13 поборы с туристов. Но в остальные дни цена поднялась и этот номер не стоил тех денег.

No tengo quejas sobre la limpieza, ya que la tarifa es muy baja. Es fácil registrarse y salir. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Proporcionan toallas y crema de ducha. Sábanas limpias. El depósito es de solo RM50 y el propietario lo devuelve en pocas horas. Para las personas mayores, soliciten una habitación más baja, ya que las escaleras son muy altas. Dios mío, me dieron el tercer piso. Casi me pierdo el kaki 😂😂😂

The location of this inn is the centre city ( just-a walking distance to the big shopping mall) Dataran Pahlawan & nearby eateries shops The counter staff Mr kampiun is friendly & have a smiling face when ever we approached him . Only the amenities / facility inside the room (A04) need to improve, like bath towel supply are very old & black / the shower curtain can’t cover up the full length , so the toilet floor will get wet when after a shower .

Honestly hoping to gate keep this hotel. Hotel Hong is a great choice if u re a down to earth person, who values a humbling short stay around Jonkers area. Location is walkable to Jonkers Street, just nice to keep u away from the noisiness of it for a good night rest - only if u re ok with paper thin, zero sound insulation walls. The room is compact, able to fit 2 pax but honestly just perfect for one. Aircond working well, if not there’s always the ceiling fan. The queen bed is comfy, towels are clean, water pressure is sufficient to rinse off shampoo for medium to long hair female, but no hair dryer to be found. Overall, the inside of the room and bathroom are clean, but not so much for the window parts, super dusty, and previous tenants clearly violates the no smoking rules as cigarette butts and undies were found threw away stuck on the window panes. Both room and bathroom have good natural day lights and ventilation, but it can attract a bit of mosquitoes if left open. Furnitures are old and worn out, still good enuf to accommodate a few days of stay. Plus, room air re freshener not working as well. And, the bathroom shelves were horrible slanted - couldn’t place toiletries without it fallen off. Although, it s located opposite the mosque, the call of prayer wasnt as much of a sound annoyance compared to the paper thin room walls. The bed head is situated against the wall of the next room which sadly is the bathroom, hence you can hear every flush, water pipe turns happening next door. Best of all, the aunty at the receptionist is the greatest, super accommodating, easy- going and friendly. Psst, theres an upstairs hangout area sorta like a rooftop, nice for a chill calm night, keep the rowdiness at Jonkers. Dont expect a VIP treatment, make the bed services. This is humble hotel, value for money stay that should only be appreciated by like minded travellers.

Habitaciones limpias, hermosas y fáciles de usar. Me he alojado en el mismo hotel antes, esta vez el servicio del hotel es mejor y el mejor. Merece la pena con un precio fácil de usar, repetiré más adelante. Es que este hotel no tiene ascensor, eso es todo.
