Esta fue mi segunda estancia en este hotel. Aunque la ubicación es un poco alejada, no hay problema si vas en coche. Las habitaciones son estupendas; todas tienen vistas al mar, lo cual es una gran ventaja. Sugiero que el hotel añada algunas instalaciones a la zona de la piscina, porque el sol es demasiado fuerte y resulta muy incómodo. Además, hay muy pocas instalaciones para niños. Esta vez, la selección del desayuno me pareció limitada y el sabor había empeorado bastante 😢. Los niños tenían muchas ganas de desayunar, pero se llevaron una decepción.

Is a wonderful stay in ParkRoyal Penang. I celebrated my birthday in park royal anf they have prepared a small cake for me. The hotel bed is comfortable and the room is clean. I think overall is a pleasant stay, I will come back again.

It’s not trying to be “Instagrammable” — instead, it leans into classic elegance, which makes the experience feel calm, refined, and genuinely relaxing. The pool area is especially peaceful — perfect for slowing down and unwinding. Breakfasts were consistently good, with a pleasant atmosphere that matches the overall charm of the hotel. I also really appreciated the thoughtful service. In the afternoon, staff would check in on the room, and in the evening they even offered additional water after check-in — small details that make a big difference. I also noticed how warmly they celebrated a guest’s birthday during breakfast, which added to the feeling of genuine hospitality. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a strong sense of care and tradition. Would gladly return.

Luckily, I only booked one night to see how it was, since the ratings were high. If not for the staff treating me well, I might have given a lower rating than this. Please ensure that the rooms you advertise are accurate, especially since there is no refund and full payment is required. For improvement, please also address the issue of flies and insects while dining at the restaurants and bar. A five-star resort should be better than any stall.

Exceeded expectations! Very good location linked to Gurney Plaza and lots of food options along the streets. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Basic amenities are provided including bedroom slippers, toothbrush, cotton pad, etc. Buffet breakfast has good variety. Would be returning to this property the next time I’m in Penang.

It is a beautiful place to stay, we love it, especially the bathtub and the swimming pool, but there are some things that we really regret, the first menu for breakfast is the same menu on saturday and sunday please change it, the second its buggy not provide for our, who parking car far from the lobby hotel, the third its towel you don't provide for extra , l'm with three people in one room 2 adults and 1 children, we had to share towel..please considered it..this is my second time staying here..
