Overall, I had a pleasant stay and a good experience. The staff were all very polite, friendly, and helpful, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is a little dated, and some areas could benefit from better maintenance. The tiles underneath the sink were cracked and looked as though they might come loose, which was a bit concerning. There were also some marks and stains around the sink area. They may simply be due to age or water stains, but they gave the bathroom a less clean appearance. One thing that concerned me was the presence of Charlie ants (rove beetles). We noticed them outside the room, and there were also quite a few in the steam room. Although the hotel has placed notices to warn guests about them, they are extremely small and difficult to spot unless you look very carefully. Since contact with them can cause skin irritation, it was a little worrying. Overall, the staff provided excellent service, and we enjoyed our stay. I hope the hotel can improve the maintenance of the facilities and continue taking measures to reduce the presence of Charlie ants, as these improvements would make the experience even better.

Me encanta todo de Lone Pine. Tiene todo lo que necesito para una estancia familiar en la playa. Bonita ubicación con muchos restaurantes a poca distancia caminando junto a la carretera; un hotel y un dormitorio de lujo tranquilos, sencillos pero elegantes; amplio espacio al aire libre para pasear que da a un hermoso jardín y a la playa. Recomendado.

Esta fue mi segunda estancia en este hotel. Aunque la ubicación es un poco alejada, no hay problema si vas en coche. Las habitaciones son estupendas; todas tienen vistas al mar, lo cual es una gran ventaja. Sugiero que el hotel añada algunas instalaciones a la zona de la piscina, porque el sol es demasiado fuerte y resulta muy incómodo. Además, hay muy pocas instalaciones para niños. Esta vez, la selección del desayuno me pareció limitada y el sabor había empeorado bastante 😢. Los niños tenían muchas ganas de desayunar, pero se llevaron una decepción.

Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia en Parkroyal. El servicio fue excepcional; nos recibieron con amabilidad y calidez desde el momento en que entramos y todo el personal fue amable y servicial. Las instalaciones son fantásticas y la ubicación, con la playa de Batu Ferringhi a la vuelta de la esquina, fue excelente. La habitación está bien equipada y muy limpia, y el desayuno es uno de los mejores buffets que he probado, con una abundante selección de comida y bebidas de excelente calidad.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. Breakfast was one of the highlights — there were so many different options to choose from, and everything we tried was really tasty. There was plenty of variety, so it was easy to find something we both enjoyed. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful grounds and the easy access to the beach. Our room was comfortable and the whole resort felt very relaxing. The location is a little further from George Town, but Grab made it easy to get around. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

Este es el único hotel en el que pedí un ascenso de categoría en recepción y me lo concedieron, lo que mejoró muchísimo mi impresión. La habitación no era muy grande, pero la iluminación le daba un toque moderno y la lámpara de mesa tenía elementos de guitarra. La zona de juegos para niños era divertida. Lo único es que la cama king-size de 1,8 m era un poco pequeña para dormir tres personas.

I had an excellent stay at G Hotel Gurney in the Executive Suite. The suite was spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed and a great view. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Penang. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right next to Gurney Plaza and within walking distance of many popular eateries. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. The Executive Lounge was a great addition, offering a quiet and comfortable space to unwind with complimentary refreshments. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection of local and international dishes. Overall, everything from the room quality to the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose G Hotel Gurney again on my next visit to Penang and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

El hotel es muy cómodo, estupendo y familiar. Nos encontramos allí durante sólo 2D1N el sábado por la noche, no tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de las instalaciones afortunadamente nos gusta el desempeño de la banda en vivo. Altamente recomendado especialmente para familias o parejas.

En general, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa de 4 días y 3 noches. La ubicación era muy conveniente, lo que nos permitió acceder fácilmente a atracciones, restaurantes y tiendas cercanas. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes al solicitar artículos de tocador y servicio de limpieza, ya que la respuesta podía ser bastante lenta. También se recomienda a los huéspedes no dejar objetos de valor sin vigilancia en la habitación por precaución.
