La ubicación estaba un poco alejada.
Sin embargo, si está conduciendo, no hay problema.
El hotel está muy bien decorado con lujo.
Es nuevo y silencioso. Había algunos buenos restaurantes en la planta baja. Para aquellos a los que les gusta publicar fotos, hay muchos lugares para mezcl**** y tomar buenas fotos.
Desde el hotel se puede ver el embarcadero y vista al mar.
Hotel generalmente agradable.

Very clean, spacious and beautifully designed hotel. Enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely be recommending the Prestige to my friends should they ever stay in Penang

Service was amazing, check in was smooth and staff offered to carry our baggages and showed us our rooms with explanations of where each items were at. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location is great, a 5min walk from the port (ferry from Butterworth) and it is near the bus stop (CAT free bus). Overall the stay was exceptional and would definitely stay there again if I go back to Penang! :)

The staff are very thoughtful. They gave us very good service from the moment we reached.
The room is very comfortable and very clean. It’s so cozy and we can have a nice cup of tea or coffee in the room at our round table. Very thoughtful.
My family and I love our stay very much.

Our honeymoon at this fantastic 5-star hotel was an absolute dream! The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of all the must-see spots. The complimentary mini-bar and coffee service added a thoughtful touch to our stay. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel truly special with their warmth and professionalism – perfect for solo or couple travelers. Just a small thing, breakfast could use a bit more variety. Nevertheless, highly recommend for an unforgettable experience! 👍😊

Rooms are quite nice. Service was fine. The breakfast was a big miss though. Not great options on the buffet and the ordered . The space and location are 5 star but the staff have room for growth. The hotel is a great walking distance to food and nightlife.

One of the best hotel experiences we've had on the planet. Stupendous dining. Convenient location to truly experience George Town, even walking. A check-in experience and hallway decor that really bring to mind the movie experience. Definitely our top choice for George Town if somewhere historical is not available.
